I love coming to this Just Tires! I've been coming here for about a year now because their service is great and the prices are fair. I don't go anywhere else now, I trust Miguel to take care of my car every time! Thank you! read more

More like "Just Criminals." A few months ago I went in for one tire. They tried to convince me I needed 4 new tires, even though I had gotten 2 new ones within the past year. Upon telling them this, they reconsidered and decided that I only needed two tires -- but that I also DESPERATELY needed new brake pads. I said no and went on my way, and today went to an actual mechanic for the brake pads. They looked at me like I was an idiot and asked who told me I needed them, because mine still had a good 2k miles to them. This mechanic also quoted me a price over 2x cheaper than Just Tires....i don't know if Raj was taking advantage of me for being a young woman or if he does this to every customer, but I am SO not coming back. read more

Great service, I showed up for a nail in my tire - took 15 minutes. I have the tire insurance because I am always running over nails and screws at construction sites. Great investment to say the least! read more

Went to a service station to put air in my tire only to learn that the tire had a hole / slow leak; took the car to Just Tires in Reseda and met Tigran Karapetyan...he found that there was a large staple in the tire causing the slow leak...I thought the tire would need to be replaced...Tigran was able to repair the tire and did so at no charge...if you need your tire(s) repaired, this is the place to go. Thanks again Tigran. David Tademy read more

I had a great experience. Had a screw in my tire and brought it in for a patch. Jerome was professional, fast and did a great job. Thanks so much! read more

Couldn't be happier about my trip to Just Tires. I called them at 6 PM, I had noticed a leak in one tire and needed them to evaluate it. When I got there, I was disappointed to hear that they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 90 minutes, I had a son at home and didn't have that long. Tigran overheard that conversation and jumped right in, took the wheel off and patched it within 15 minutes. My tires are special order tires that you can drive if they are flat so they didn't have those in stock, but he got me a price and explained how long I could go with the patch. And, to top it off, he refused to take payment! I'll definitely be back to have the new tire installed. Class act all around. read more

we took our car there to get a flat fixed and waited an hour and a half then asked why our car isn't being worked on... turns out they lost our FOB and didn't tell us! we waited another hour and a half until they found it on the ground so we left without a tire repair and asked for the supervisor's name to which he said "SHIT HAPPENS AND I DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF YOU CONTACT MY SUPERVISOR!" how about my wasted time and your shitty attitude? read more

We had a tire blow out on the freeway and at that time we learned that there was no spare tire in the trunk. So, we had the car towed to just tires and Tigran was great, instead of upselling us on 2 tires he put 1 tire on the spare rim and recommended we take the other tire back to the place we bought the tires only 2 years earlier and get them to check the warranty. Very honest business practice. The other place honored the warranty so Thank you again Tigran for saving us some money read more

These guys are THE BEST - don't go anywhere else. They're fast, friendly and fair. Tigran showed me exactly what was wrong and his guy was able to fix on the spot. Couldn't have a better experience. THANK YOU!!!! read more

I've been coming here for over a year and these guys definitely know what they are doing. Never had a bad experience and they have always treated my car as their own. If you need anything done I would definitely check these guys out. The alignment warranty has come in handy for me as I diagnosed my failing steering parts. Took awhile to figure it all out so glad I didn't have to keep paying for an alignment! Thanks Just Tires! read more

I had to wait for over an hour and a half although I have made an appointment and was promised that replacing two tires and the alignment will take half an hour. After replacing the tires my car was driven out and I had to wait forty five minutes until someone got it inside for the alignment. I was standing there seeing every car that arrived after me getting the service. Hint, if you're not hispanic do not bother with this place. The stuff was completely unresponsive. Moreover their prices are definitely not a good deal. First and last time I'm there. read more

Wonderful fast service on a Monday morning 4/3/17. Tigran was super nice and efficient he fixed my flat tire in 15-20 months mins!! First time customer and now I'm a customer for life. Bill Northridge, CA. read more

Took my car in yesterday and 1st, the guy started arguing with me if I have run flat tires - I told him I didn't at least 3xs that I didn't but he insisted I did and they couldn't work on my car. 2nd, I clearly left my phone number and asked to leave my vehicle and have them call me when ready - they took my number down incorrectly and I had to keep calling to follow up. 3rd the tech told me they couldn't find a leak or puncture, that they dunked my tire n a water bath and didn't find anything. If that were true I wouldn't have gotten a flat later that same day. Don't waste your time here, I went to America's Tires today and they found some metal pieces in my tire and plugged and patched it within 35mins. Eff you just tires!!! read more

We have tried to go to this location several times for tire rotations and the employee turned us down by telling us he was too busy even though there were no cars and since we live very close we intentionally passed by several time in the next hour and there were NO cars and the lazy manager and the employees were just sitting around read more

On 2/16 I needed an oil change on my Toyota, and gave them a call on a Friday afternoon, and arrived at their facility 15 minutes later. The employees were very friendly and polite, and the facility was very clean. I browsed the dollar store nearby, then the gas station across the street and my car was ready to go. Great price and done quickly and professionally, would go to again and would recommend. read more

For the past 4 months + I've had to put air in my tire every so often... Past 4 days I had to do it every other day... Yeah it was time to deal with this... $23 bucks, 20 mins, patched and on my way!!! Oh did I say that I stopped by here 6-8x to fill up that tire FOR FREE before I finally patched it! Yeah this place is awesome! See ya next time! read more

This location has just horrible service. I waited 10 hours to have my breaks put on and get an oil change. They were just so unprofessional and did not update me at all when I asked how long they expected it to take. I had a line of credit to Just Tires and have gone to other locations with no problems but after my last experience I will never go back there again. I would not recommend this location! read more

I bought a 3-year wheel alignment plan, and came in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. The team informed me that the 2 rear tires have already worn from the inside. They quickly found the exact matched tires and replaced for me the same day. The price was also competitive Great place, highly recommended read more

These guys are the most professional and most knowledgeable tire shop I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and they always take great care of my car. They are prompt, professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend just tires on Saticoy. I have been to other just tire stores and they gave me a 4 to 5 hours window to get my tires fixed. Here I have never waited more than 30 minutes. Thank you. You have a customer for life read more

Wow, just wow. I came here on 11/20/16 for an alignment check. The person helping me, Mel, told me if I did it, and the alignment was bad, would I go through with the alignment? My response was yes, of course. The results came out to be, that the right rear tire was off, including the left front, but the left front couldn't be adjusted. I asked what I should do? Mel told me to take it to a body shop because it must have been struck recently or I might need a part to be replaced first then, since I got an alignment now, I can get another alignment within six months after they fix whatever they fix. Sounded fair. First off, I haven't been in an accident in over 10 years. So I asked a friend who owns a body shop and he said that no body shop does alignment, everyone sublets their work out to alignment shops. And from looking at the car, all the alignment shop needed to do was adjust the camber/crash bolts on the car no need to replace anything! My friend stated that the shop might just be lazy and that purchasing a camber kit would be no more than $30. I went back today, 11/22/16 and the worker there(forgot his name) said that they couldn't adjust it. I told them how about a camber kit? Then immediately he said that the camber kit with alignment would be $130 and usually everywhere else it's $175! He said he called around and that no kits were available for my vehicle. I asked if he asked for aftermarket and he said he called NAPA and that was aftermarket and rolled his eyes and shook his head, as if I knew who he called over the phone and was listening to the conversation. I asked him if I got the kit and brought it back, would they do it, and he said that I had to pay labor to install the kit and an alignment on top of that even though Mel the other day said I can do it as long as it was within six months! I have to pay double labor AND buy kits for them, after doing EVERYTHING they already said? hell no. So I took my car to an alignment shop LA alignment and tires on chatsworth and my man Luis checked it out for me and he told me that by reading the spec sheet he can easily fix my predicament and it wouldn't even require a kit, just a minor adjustment of the bolts! He even threw in a tire rotation, because since the inside of my left front tires were being worn by negative camber he suggested that I move the tires around to prolong their life. So for adjusting the bolts, a 4 wheel alignment, and a tire rotation, it was all $80! I will never, ever go to just tires ever again. Never mind that it is within 5 min walking distance from my house, and that I've been a patron for many years ranging from alignments, oil changes, and so fourth. I realize they can't be trusted. But okay, I found a gem in LA Alignment! I should have asked around first on who to go to, but now I know. Never again Just Tires, shame on you! read more

Stopped by for the first time today for an oil change and I could not believe how fast they got me in and out! At the dealership I have to schedule an appointment in advance and STILL have to leave my car for a couple hours. Here at just tires I walked in on a busy day and their crew got me in and out in less than an hour. And rest assured it wasn't like one of those jiffy lubes, they do a free 32-point inspection while your car is there. Thank you Miguel, and your crew for such a speedy and professional job. Will be back not sure. read more

Very kind and friendly place. Love that it is close to my neighborhood. They had friendly staff and refreshments were offered. Got brakes and tires looked at. And had a tire sensor changed with the hour. read more

Great and excellent work quick service and always offers beverage inside waiting room.

I blew out my tire, which sucks on all levels, but I'm so glad I came here. Recently my girlfriend and I took a trip to San Bernardino for our first Hard Summer festival (btw it was epic AF!) and we had to pull over for a flat tire, at the worst possible timing! But anyway, I knew I couldn't ride my spare tire for too long, so I decided to use my line of credit from Goodyear, to replace my shredded one. Once I arrived here, Mel took good care of me from A-Z and we even had a few good laughs. Oh, while you wait, check out the taco place next door for some incredible street style tacos. Paying a legit price for my tire to be replaced was an awesome experience here. Highly recommended! Cheers read more

I have been here 3 times now, each in the morning without an appointment. In every case their service has been friendly and prompt. I've even brought my car in early for a "free" six-month alignment check and they said, "No problem. Of course we'll take care of it." Free wifi in the waiting room which can get lots of sun by late morning and become uncomfortably hot. Not too spacious either so may wish to eat some tacos next door or get a ride. This place is far away from my house but I'll continue to make the trek. Well worth it. read more

Got a nail on one of my tires and came here 6:45pm. They were happy to have it fix. It was fast and simple no drama at all. I even gave the gentleman that fixed my tire a tip for the trouble. I had gone to Firestone at 6:30pm on Plummer & Tampa they simply told me to leave the car here and pick it up tomorrow... I had tires fix it before and it usually an extra side job and it doesn't take that long. Go to Just Tires they are the best. read more

I needed to change two tires. They checked all my tires and they told me I should change all of them. Bought four tires from them for $400. They told me they'll align the wheels for $50 additional. My money wasn't enough that time so the guy told me I can come back in a later date and he'll give me the alignment for the same price which is $50. When I came back a week later, he told me he didn't tell me that and the lowest price he could give me is $69. WHAT A RIP OFF. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS TIRE SHOP EVER AGAIN. BTW, I heard them talk to another customer saying the same things they told me. Coincidence? I think not. read more

I came here on Friday the 13th to get a plug in my tire because there was a nail in it. I've gone to this location at least twice before and they were always good. But just when I thought their service couldn't get any better, they prove me wrong. The manager, Tigran, not only had one of his crew start it immediately, but he also gave it to me at no charge. You couldn't ask for any better service than that. Thank You Tigran and your crew. read more

Just got home after a Google search on "cheap oil change". Just Tires was running a special on a liquid dinosaur swap, so I went in. Made the deal for $5 off an upgraded synthetic oil change. $57 out the door, I was told. They looked at my brakes and I was informed (and shown) that they were getting thin. The cost for the rears only, would be $261 with ceramic shoes. Thanks, but I'll check with my mechanic to check the deal. They also showed me the dirty air and cabin filters, and I agreed to change them out. Parts cost was $29.12 for the air filter, and $19.95 for the cabin filter, PLUS $26 ($13 each) for installation. I checked with AutoZone and Pep Boys, and the filters averaged about $10 and $12 each... I asked if next time I could buy the filters and bring them in for installation, and Arin said that they would just charge the $26 installation fee... Whereas I don't feel completely ripped off (Arin did give me a $20 discount overall after I mentioned the high parts markup), I do feel that we all need to be more aware that costs may not end up as what they may initially appear, and bring in your own filters! :) By the way, tires are very high priced, and don't include installation... read more

Terrible customer service. Misleading website. Worse customer service afterwards. My wife scheduled an appointment online, specifically for a check engine light issue in addition to an oil change. She selected "Check engine light" and put in our zip code. Reseda "Just Tires" popped up (http://www.goodyearautoservice.com/checkout/appointment.jsp). There even is an expired coupon from this year that shows that they have done "Check Engine Lights". I go in the morning ahead of my schedule, tell them what we need done. The manager says that they don't do that. I show him the coupon on the website that its specifically for this store. He rolls his eyes at me and says that its Goodyear's fault. Fine, that happens, but don't freaking roll your eyes at me. I ask to use the complimentary shuttle service since they didn't give an estimated time, "How far is it?" I tell him its 10 minutes away. He says wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later I get picked up to go. I understand you get busy, but seriously, you don't even apologize once? I get a call about an hour later saying my car is ready, but a pick up service isn't available for an hour because they are so busy. No problem, I understand that. Just send someone as soon as you can. I wait 90 minutes. Nothing. I call them. "Yeah, he'll be there in 10-20 minutes". 40 minutes later, I call them back "I sent him out 10 minutes ago, he should be there soon". Nothing. I call them back in 20 minutes. "Yeah, he said he waited for you for 15 minutes but you didn't show up" No shit, give me a call first, I'm not going to wait for a service you said would pick me up over an hour ago on a whim. Judging by other posts, my experience is an outlier, not the norm. Will I come back here? I don't know, but Goodyear / Just Tires websites are misleading customers by saying they do check engine lights. read more
