Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Stopped by because of the reviews, should've gone to a different shop, when I pulled up I let the guy know I can't find the nail it's most likely the valve stem he said it's $35 for the patch I hesitated since down the street they do it for $25 at Stan's I agreed since I was there already he said let me check the tire.. he then proceeded to remove the tire & check with soap & water. He couldn't find the leak didn't really check the valve stem I told him my tire keeps getting low it's definitely something he put the tire back & charged me $10 for the labor. The owner and mechanic Martin explained the concerns with my car, I knew it was driving and felt funny. Martin drove my car with me to show me the concerns.
