My tire after i got it patched
Yervand A.

Called before going there because it was right before closing. The gentleman answered my call and said it's ok for me to take my car. After getting there, I don't get his name but he had a bald head. He inspected the tire and found the area where the tire was punctured. They patched the tire and was kind of enough to give some recommendations which I know most places wouldn't but he still presented his concerns on why I should get a new or used tire. I ended up just patching it because I normally get my tires from another place. The patching wasn't expensive, it only cost me $25 but I was solid for a few days until my new tire was ordered. Thank you

Gotta get up, gotta get out, gotta get home before the morning comes...what if I'm late, gotta big date at a Yelp event...hold the song...my tire pressure emblem just came on!!!! No!!!! Incorporating my favorite Harry Nilsson song with this place cause this is how I feel when I wake up to get my day started, hop into my car and that dreaded "low tire pressure" symbol illuminates. Phew!!! Valley Tires is not too far from my house thank goodness. I just pulled up, told them about my tire and 15 mins later I am back to singing my song! "Up and away, gotta big day, sorry can't stay, I gotta run, run yeah... Very nice here. Cost me $20 to have my tire plugged up and air out in all 4 tires. Jose is awesome!!! I highly recommend coming here. They also change your oil, alignment of your tires, replace old tires with new ones & automotive repairs. *Located on the Southwest corner of Sherman Way & Hazeltine next to the 7-11.

Beautiful clean shop!

Diego is very professional and the shop is so nice and clean. He did my breaks, tires and oil change for the best prices in the valley! I highly recommend coming to this place for all your brake, oil, tires, alignment needs. I appreciate him greatly and will be back when I need him.

Where do I start! So I have a Tesla and I ended up getting a screw embedded in one of my tires. I…read morewas freaking out thinking I would have to take it to the Tesla Service Center to have it fixed and pay an unimaginable amount. I luckily remembered to go to my trusty Yelp app and search for places that service Tesla tires. Davis Bros Tires was the first to pop up and so I sent them a message just looking to get a quote on their services. I was so surprised that they responded to me right away even though it was 9:30pm at night! I was so appreciative of their responsiveness to my questions and the fact that I could be serviced next day. So next day, I arrive at 7:30am and was greeted by a wonderful older gentleman that was at the front desk. He told me to pull my car in and that they would get to it right away. As I was waiting, I saw a few people come in and strike up conversations amongst each other. I overheard them say they only go here for their car needs and it definitely offered me some reassurance and peace of mind that I took my car to right place. After waiting for about an hour, my car tire was patched and ready to go. The gentlemen told me that it takes a bit longer to patch Tesla tires because they have foam in them. I had no idea and thanked him for the information. The price was great and I definitely will be back for anything my car needs. They are honest and sincere here and you can tell they aren't one of those places looking to rip anyone off. They have a wall of celebrities that have taken their cars there over the years and that goes to show that they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend David Bros Tires to anyone who is looking for quality work at an affordable price! Thank you guys sooo much! XOXO

I've been to Davis Bros a few times over the years, but my last visit left a bad taste in my mouth,…read moreand I won't be returning. In September 2024, David Bros serviced my brakes. For some time now, I've been hearing very loud squeaking from my brakes, so I brought my car back to Davis Bros. I know some squeaking can be normal, but what I've been hearing sounded abnormal, and it was extremely loud. I felt the person who assisted me was really dismissive, but he had a mechanic check my brakes. I completely understand they are busy, and I had no issue waiting or leaving my car to come back later. About 10 minutes later, I was told my brakes were great; there was just dust and dirt they couldn't clean off. I responded, "Really? It seems so loud!" and he assured me everything was fine. Another customer in the waiting area called me "annoying," I guess because I was questioning their expertise. I have always trusted David Bros, but I knew something was not right. I took my car to another mechanic a few hours later, and it turns out that the shims were missing from the front pads. The shims were not missing before my brake service at Davis Bros in 2024. At the very least, they could have left the old shims in. I'm really disappointed the shop didn't fully replace the parts during my last brake service, and even more disappointed they didn't catch it when they rushed me out this week. Again, I understand they are busy, and my brakes may not be a big deal compared to all of the other services being provided that day, but this experience has completely turned me off from returning.

However, I took my car "that I've always taken to the dealer for an oil change" here. And the next day it was leaking oil everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.
