The customer service here is outstanding! I've bought tires from America's Tires and they are my go-to for any maintenance/repairs. I came in today for a patch since I got a nail in my tire and from start to finish it was a smooth process. Aaron was very prompt, informative, personable and welcoming. Aaron explained all of my repair options in detail and I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured into buying anything. Car was returned clean and within the estimated timeframe. Shoutouts to the mechanic that replaced both of my tires and Sean for being very friendly. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this location. read more

The Bottom Line 5 stars: My second visit and another great experience! Highly recommended! Location 4: Corner of Devonshire and Balboa in a busy, commercial area of Granada Hills in the San Fernando Valley, California. Parking on the side and back was not a problem this time unlike last time when I ended parking in the Wells Fargo lot (the guys at America's Tire told me to do it :)). Venue 5: Nice and spacious waiting area. Clean private rest rooms. No coffee or snacks but they have complimentary bottled water. I recommend making an appointment online before going in as they can get quite busy. They text you regularly prior to and during your visit to keep you updated of the progress. Service 5: The sales advisor checked me in, inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimated completion time that they met. Excellent service! I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Value 5: One of my tires was damaged beyond repair from a pothole encounter (thanks again City of Angels!). I purchased a replacement tire from Tire Rack and they set me up with America's Tire for installation. You do get a price break this way compared to America's Tire walk-in installation price. read more

I had a good experience at America's tire. The customer service was great. I was assisted by Prynce and he was quite helpful. The staff was hardworking and they got the job done quick even though it was very busy when I went. Pros: Great customer service Good selection of tires Hardworking staff Cons: They do not offer wheel alignment at this location. It can get busy and cause wait times. read more

My first time at this location, as I usually frequent my home store in Santa Clarita. I needed two new tires and reached out to a couple of America's Tire stores for a price match. The manager of this store Sean contacted me back that same day and made my order happen. The service his team provides at this location is outstanding. I had an 11:30am appointment, it was packed and I was back on the road at 12:08. That's pretty darn good if you ask me. Wonderful location here in Northridge, hats off to Sean and his hardworking team. America's Tire is the best tire shop in America, period. They are always, always busy and it's for good reason. America's Tire will price match any price you find lower online. They have done this for me countless times now and saved me hundreds!! So, do your research, save some good money and then get that great service and installation that comes with America's Tire. Once again, a very satisfied life long customer! read more

I have been here for over an hour with an appointment, my car hasn't even been touched. Whats the point of an appointment if you treat it as a walk in. Don't overbook appointments if you cant make the work happen. Disrespecting customers' time is insane. Im changing to 3 stars since my brother vouched for them and the manager on duty was sincere. read more

I wanted to preface this review by stating that I've been regularly visiting this America's Tire location in Northridge since 2024. The staff is professional and always competent and capable of answering my questions in a meaningful way. Pricing is fair and they explain their policies for tire patches in a concise fashion (tire damage must meet safety criteria). Will continue to bring my vehicles to this location! These guys have saved me from fixing flats to installing my tire and wheel package orders from Tire Rack. Thanks to Andy and Jairo for helping me out recently for my tire repair. read more

Had a very unexpected flat on a very rainy day, I gave them a call and they told me to come right in. I was able to get my car there and I told them I was planning on getting all new tires but not today, and asked if there was maybe a used tire I could buy. The guy helping me out was very friendly and helpful in making that happen. They were extremely busy this particular evening and they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2hrs! I have always come to America's Tire, but usually not this location. The area can be really hard to pull into, it's very tight as far as parking but they make it work. I choose this place because their pricing is fair, their work is done quickly and professionally. They text to give updates if you'd like to leave and have an awesome financing option if needed as well. read more

Second time having my tires serviced here, and once again, a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional from start to finish. I really appreciate their online chat feature--you're connected to a real person who helps you find the right tires and offers the best pricing, which makes the process so much easier. If you come in around 8:00 AM, the service is quick and efficient. Overall, I'm delighted with their service and will definitely continue coming back. read more

Ive been calling a few times a day for about a week. Not once has anyone picked up to even tell me it's busy or that someone will get to me in a moment. It just rings straight until you give up. Sucks because this place was my go-to for tires since Just Tires down the street closed many years ago. read more

Solid, Professional Service from Sebastian I came into America's Tire in Granada Hills on Balboa at 4:53 p.m. with a flat tire, just before their 5:00 p.m. closing time. Since I arrived before closing, they were able to take me in, and Sebastian handled everything smoothly and professionally. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and got the tire taken care of without any issues or attitude, which I appreciated at the end of the day. The process was straightforward, and I left feeling confident the job was done right. Thanks to Sebastian and the team for providing good, reliable service. read more

Hands down, an amazing establishment! First and foremost, I want to recognize Yash and Sean for their professionalism and their truly spectacular A+ customer service. I came in because my girlfriend's tire pressure kept dropping, even after I had filled it with air multiple times. My intuition told me there was a nail in that specific tire, so I brought the car in. Sean immediately took it in, put it on the bay, and got it checked out. The tire was quickly repaired and returned to us in a reasonable amount of time. This is exactly why I purchase all of my tires from this store--you simply won't find another level of customer service that matches what they provide here. Huge shoutout again to Yash and Sean! read more

Sales team was amazing and very helpful. I came in with a tire repair caused by a nail. Sales person was honest about possible repair. And, also gave me an option on a new tire if repair was not possible. in the end, tire was repaired free of charge. I liked that the sales person was not just trying to make a quick sale, but was honest and patient with the options I had. I will definitely return when I need new tires. honesty says a lot about their service and customer respect. read more

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced for $25 a tire in mid- June (confirmed with front desk on screen). I can't say enough good things about America's Tire! I showed up a few minutes after closing time with my three kids and a nail in my tire. I was stressed and worried about being stranded, but Aaron immediately noticed we were in distress and didn't hesitate to help. He took a look at my tire and decided right then and there to fix it, even though the store was already closed. Sean, the manager, also came out to check on us and was so kind. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly meant the world to me. What could have been a really difficult evening turned into a moment of genuine kindness and relief. My kids, who were scared and crying at one point, left saying, "Thank you Lord for Aaron!" . Thank you, Aaron and Sean, for your compassion and for taking care of us when you didn't have to. Good value. Nice and easy. Pick out your tire, setup the appointment and go. To be honest, leaving a review is not always what I want to do, but I do it because it's good for the consumer, but this character requirement is total BS! read more

BUYER BEWARE! This place is absolute scam. They sold me old Tesla tires, not used but years old, and then try to use that to negate any warranty on those tires. They will avoid any responsibility in order to not honor extra insurance you take out on the tires. Plus, it's not even like you get a discount for the old tires so why come to a place that sells old stock for new stock prices. Avoid this place. read more
