Aaron explained all of my repair options in detail and I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured into buying anything. Car was returned clean and within the estimated timeframe. The Bottom Line 5 stars: My second visit and another great experience! Highly recommended! Location 4: Corner of Devonshire and Balboa in a busy, commercial area of Granada Hills in the San Fernando Valley, California. Parking on the side and back was not a problem this time unlike last time when I ended parking in the Wells Fargo lot (the guys at America's Tire told me to do it :)). Venue 5: Nice and spacious waiting area. Clean private rest rooms. No coffee or snacks but they have complimentary bottled water. I recommend making an appointment online before going in as they can get quite busy. They text you regularly prior to and during your visit to keep you updated of the progress. Service 5: The sales advisor checked me in, inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimated completion time that they met. Excellent service! I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Value 5: One of my tires was damaged beyond repair from a pothole encounter (thanks again City of Angels!). I purchased a replacement tire from Tire Rack and they set me up with America's Tire for installation. My first time at this location, as I usually frequent my home store in Santa Clarita. I needed two new tires and reached out to a couple of America's Tire stores for a price match. The manager of this store Sean contacted me back that same day and made my order happen. The service his team provides at this location is outstanding. I had an 11:30am appointment, it was packed and I was back on the road at 12:08. That's pretty darn good if you ask me. Wonderful location here in Northridge, hats off to Sean and his hardworking team. America's Tire is the best tire shop in America, period. They are always, always busy and it's for good reason. The staff is professional and always competent and capable of answering my questions in a meaningful way. Pricing is fair and they explain their policies for tire patches in a concise fashion (tire damage must meet safety criteria). Will continue to bring my vehicles to this location! Had a very unexpected flat on a very rainy day, I gave them a call and they told me to come right in. I was able to get my car there and I told them I was planning on getting all new tires but not today, and asked if there was maybe a used tire I could buy. The guy helping me out was very friendly and helpful in making that happen. They were extremely busy this particular evening and they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2hrs! I have always come to America's Tire, but usually not this location. The area can be really hard to pull into, it's very tight as far as parking but they make it work. I choose this place because their pricing is fair, their work is done quickly and professionally. Went back for the same exact service in mid August and was quoted $50 a wheel for no explainable reason. Same truck same exact tires with previous invoice on screen of half the price. I was stressed and worried about being stranded, but Aaron immediately noticed we were in distress and didn't hesitate to help. BUYER BEWARE! This place is absolute scam. They sold me old Tesla tires, not used but years old, and then try to use that to negate any warranty on those tires. They will avoid any responsibility in order to not honor extra insurance you take out on the tires. Plus, it's not even like you get a discount for the old tires so why come to a place that sells old stock for new stock prices. Avoid this place. read more

Showed up to this location on the 22nd of last month. Had a nail in the front passenger side of my car. Sean immediately helped me out and was able to determine that the nail that was in my tire did not puncture through the teeth of the thread, very thankful for that. I went there to repair my leaking tire. The guy just scanned all 4 tires with his device. And he said the tire is beginning to wear out and he even said the thread is not coming out yet but the tire needs to be replaced. I said i just bought that a few months ago and it's should be under warranty. We went back inside to his counter and he said he will give me $120 discount and i still have to pay $260. Note... He didn't take out the tire to check any leak. He just went for the tire replacement. I went to a different place and there was a screw in the middle and very repairable. Not even close to the side. I trusted this place... Everytime I come here I buy a new tire. They never actually showed me where the damage was.
