The staff is professional and always competent and capable of answering my questions in a meaningful way. Pricing is fair and they explain their policies for tire patches in a concise fashion (tire damage must meet safety criteria). Will continue to bring my vehicles to this location! Had a very unexpected flat on a very rainy day, I gave them a call and they told me to come right in. I was able to get my car there and I told them I was planning on getting all new tires but not today, and asked if there was maybe a used tire I could buy. The guy helping me out was very friendly and helpful in making that happen. They were extremely busy this particular evening and they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2hrs! I have always come to America's Tire, but usually not this location. The area can be really hard to pull into, it's very tight as far as parking but they make it work. I choose this place because their pricing is fair, their work is done quickly and professionally. Location 3: Corner of Devonshire and Balboa in a busy, commercial area of Granada Hills in the San Fernando Valley, California. I will just say that the parking situation is a mess! They have plenty of parking on the side but they were all taken, which cannot be as there weren't that many people changing tires :D. After I gave up and tried to make a temporarily stop in front of the service bays, I approached by an employee and was told to move my car and use the Wells Fargo Bank lot next door. Not sure how legit this was ;) but I did what I was told and thank god did not get towed away! Venue 4: Nice and spacious waiting area. Clean private rest rooms. No coffee or snacks though (a little bummed for that :)). I recommend making an appointment online before going in as they can get quite busy. Service 5: Michael W checked me in, inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimated completion time that they met. Excellent service! Value 5: I had a nail in my tire. I purchased the replacement tire on the Tire Rack website for a good price and they set me up for installation at America's Tire (who btw owns Tire Rack). Tire Rack had the tire shipped to America's Tire on time as promised. America's Tire also honored Tire Rack's estimated installation fee down to the penny which is refreshing and highly appreciated! Customer service is poor! The workers are not skilled. So far they have lost the lock to my tires. Broke the back up camera. And appointments are not honored! BUYER BEWARE! This place is absolute scam. They sold me old Tesla tires, not used but years old, and then try to use that to negate any warranty on those tires. They will avoid any responsibility in order to not honor extra insurance you take out on the tires. Plus, it's not even like you get a discount for the old tires so why come to a place that sells old stock for new stock prices. Avoid this place. read more

The wait time can be a bit annoying but it's because they take their time with each costumer. They really do go above and beyond. I had an issue with 2 of the 4 tires a year later after installed yet there was not one issue when I took them to get changed. They confirmed the warranty and took care of it at no cost. Went back for the same exact service in mid August and was quoted $50 a wheel for no explainable reason. Same truck same exact tires with previous invoice on screen of half the price. I was stressed and worried about being stranded, but Aaron immediately noticed we were in distress and didn't hesitate to help. Showed up to this location on the 22nd of last month. Had a nail in the front passenger side of my car. Sean immediately helped me out and was able to determine that the nail that was in my tire did not puncture through the teeth of the thread, very thankful for that. I went there to repair my leaking tire. The guy just scanned all 4 tires with his device. And he said the tire is beginning to wear out and he even said the thread is not coming out yet but the tire needs to be replaced. I said i just bought that a few months ago and it's should be under warranty. We went back inside to his counter and he said he will give me $120 discount and i still have to pay $260. Note... He didn't take out the tire to check any leak. He just went for the tire replacement. I went to a different place and there was a screw in the middle and very repairable. Not even close to the side. I trusted this place... Everytime I come here I buy a new tire. They never actually showed me where the damage was. ok, let me start this by saying I am shocked that what happened to me here apparently happens in other shops alot. I caught a nail (newer cars do not come with spares) so I called AAA and they recommended this place, and I had it towed there because of that reason and only that reason. I have a buddy who works in a shop a little further away and I thought why not save the tow miles and I trust AAA. I get there and waited in their very comfortable chairs for a few hours as there was a line in front of me. When they finally get to my car they bring in a tire with a big hole in it, and the insides are all messed up. They claimed because I drove it (all of a mile) that the nail tore up the inside ( they said, and I am quoting - that it was UN patchable) Ok, looked pretty bad. So they offer me a deal on 4 new tires. ....The car is a 2025, the tires have 3 thousand miles on them, so why do I need 4? two at most because its rear wheel drive get a matched set, sure. But Im hesitant so I get the cheaper set. Now this is where it gets interesting. They've shown me the messed up tire. They've put the new ones on. I thought they put the good one in the trunk - nope. I also got no receipt or invoice, but I had been there so long I just wanted to get home and I wasnt thinking clearly. I get home to find out they have not put the perfectly functional other tire in my trunk, only to find out the next day when I called, that they "gave me" a $20 discount by keeping the good tire. Its brand new, its worth $300! This is just the beginning. So the next day I called twice to see if they still had the good tire so I could get it back and why wasn't it in my car. He informs me about the $20, I laugh out loud as he asks me about my invoice, the one they didnt give me. So I say I want the tire back, and do you still have the one with the hole, I want my buddy to look at it. He says yes, so I go in. There is the good tire, and there is the other tire WITH THE NAIL STILL IN IT! They showed me a different tire with a huge hole in it! I take the bad tire to my friend whos people patched it and informed me that it was fine, that the tires I have are Michelin pilot sport 4s, a racing tire ( I knew that part) that they likely planned to patch to keep or sell. I ask around about this, and every single person I talked to and had look at the now good tire (including a friend that works for NASCAR) said the same thing, that they were running a scam. So I go back with the tires I bought from them and demand my money back, which they claim the refund is in process and it may take a few days, ok. I have the receipt this time. He asks why, I tell him the whole story, he wants to look at the tires, so we do. Then he goes on a rant with every possible excuse he can think of, also DEFENDS the two guys who were trying to rip me off. I even asked him flat out why they would show me a different tire, and he claims they don't remove a nail and then put it back. Of course not, but the tire they showed me didn't have the nail in it, and the one I got back did! So maybe he's in on it and this shop does this often. Long story short, do not go to this shop, do not buy tires here, they are running a scam. And if you are reading this with a grain of salt just keep in mind every detail I gave you when one of their managers or corporate goons responds with more stupid half assed excuses. read more

When I told them at 7 why my tire hasn't been service they said it would now be ready by 9:30.. the guy behind me was waiting 4 hours to get one tire replace. I came in because my girlfriend's tire pressure kept dropping, even after I had filled it with air multiple times. I was really satisfied with my experience here. On the phone, employee was helpful and nice with helping me figure out if I had warranty or not. Had blown out a tire hitting a curb and was able to get it replaced within an hour or two, they didn't have the exact tire I needed in stocks so actually upgraded me and gave me a better tire than my other three. Front desk person was nice and the technicians I talked to were all great as well. Quick service and clean waiting room, was in and out within a couple hours even though it was pretty busy when I got there. Due to having warranty only cost me $40 for the tire. Used to be amazing and it's plummeted. Order tires from their site that said in stock with 3-5 day arrival. One week passed and no communication. I call and wait on hold for at least 10 minutes. They tell me it's back ordered and they'll call me back in the week to say when. No call. I call again and wait again for at least 10 min on hold to find out it's over a month wait. They find them in another state and have them shipped. Lo and behold it's the wrong wheel size. So I waste my morning sitting around for them to tell me it's the wrong wheel size they ordered for me and the correct ones will take another week. Absolute mess. read more

I've been coming to this place for years and this time I was in need of 4 new tires. I made an appointment for next Monday, but my tires came in early, so I called to come in. Even though you make an appointment, you still need to wait in line. The guy came out and looked at my tires and lugnuts and recommended that I replace those as well, which I did since I was getting all new tires and one of my lugnut parts was missing. I did get an AARP discount of $40.00, but with tax, labor, tire waste disposal, etc., it wasn't much. They take about 45 minutes to an hour to do the work. I'm so glad I got my new tires. I could feel it while driving immediately. The service techs are polite, informative, and friendly. I highly recommend this place for getting your tires serviced. read more
