Terrible service, no help upon arrival. No parking anywhere, no guidance with that. Needed a patch, charged me $20 after service that took a 45 min to do. He was lost on how to lift a Tesla to remove the tire. Nobody else was there needing assistance but 1 family. Only 2 employees and both didn't want to help me. Never been charged a patch anywhere, max $10 if I have to pay. Dont go there. read more

I needed to have repair on my flat tire. Adrian greeted me and said they'll do the patch for $20. He didn't disclose up front of the cost after patching the tire he said go and pay. I'll put the tire back so I said aren't you gonna do the wheel alignment? He told me that would be extra $5. Other places charge $20 for patching and wheel balancing.Had I known that he will charge $25 ,I would've gone to another place. Bad customer service! read more

I had a bad tire and they fixed it but the next day my tire was flat. I took the tire to a repair shop near my work and they found out that my tires rim was bad. So basically they didn't fixed the tire leak because there was no leak. The leak was on the rim. they didn't tell me that. They still charged me and told me the tire was fixed. Go to H&S tires in Pacoima. You will get a better deal and professional services. read more

I took my car to C Tires to get another tire since I had a flat. The guy that sold me a tire gave me a much smaller tire I did not know this so I paid & left and all of a sudden my car started moving side to side and all my Sencers started turning on warning me something was wrong. I took it back to C Tires they gave me a new tire and ask me who help me to change my tire I described who it was and the owner son told me that guy just got fired because lots of people were complaining about him. My Sencers were still on I had to go back 4 more times so that they can turn off the Sencers. The son ask me to bring my car today at 8:00am it was going to take 3 hours to take it to another mechanic to turn off the sensors so I left them my phone number so they can call me once my car is ready... it is now 2:00pm I never got a call from them to go pick up my car supposedly the owner was going to take it to a mechanic to have it programmed when I got there his son lied to me and told me that his dad drove the car and no lights were turned on I asked for my keys and went to check myself when I turned on my car all the Sencers were still on I went back and told the owner son how is it possible that you said your dad drove my car and no Sencers were turn on but yet I just turn on my car and they are still all on. At this point he was ignoring me and he said well what are we going to do. The father "Owner" was no were to be found. He was rude and lied to me about taking my car to another mechanic. This are not honest people they give you tires that are not for your car they are so rude and dishonest. They kept on telling me that the owner was going to get there and he never did so I left and brought my car back home after it was parked for 6 hours and nothing was done to it...they did not take responsibility for there wrong doing. Unbelievable Service and Standards! A friend of mine told me about this guy. I live in Ojai, but because he was so highly recommended I choose to do business with him. I was in the market for new tires for my newly purchased motorhome. His prices were great, included in the price is mounting and balancing. I made the schlep and drove Betty Bounder up to SB (about 45 min ish from Ojai). Shortly after arriving the gentlemen realized that the 6 tires he quoted the price for would not fit the current rims (I guess the width was different). I was a little upset at the oversight of this important detail and he could tell. BUT, along with an apology, HE OFFERED $40 IN GAS $, JUST FOR MAKING THE TRIP!!! A tire guy that offers gas money to a customer when he's not able to sell or service nothing?! AMAZING business ethics! Horrible service, don't come here if your trying to save money . These guys will just rob you, we came for a nail in our tire . After they were done they told us there was nails in both front tires. They didn't show us they just told us and charged us 30 dollars. We paid it seems a bit pricey but cheaper than taking it to the dealer. The next day we noticed the nail was still there.
