I stopped by this 7 Eleven location to use my reward from T-Mobile Tuesday that I added to my 7 Eleven app. This location was on my way home and kind of hidden after a freeway exit. There not a lot of parking here but there also a 76 gas station here too so you can park at the pump station. I parked at a gas pump next to the entrance. When I went inside the store, I got my large big gulp first. I went with the original coke soda option for my drink. I then got the 7 Select brand barbeque chips bag. When I went to checkout the lady working the counter was already going to charge me for taquitos which I didn't even select. So I had to tell her I'm not getting that and to remove the charge. She scanned my barcode on the 7 Eleven app and I finish my checkout since I used my rewards. When I got home, the coke soda did not taste the same or good. The mixture was off or the syrup was bad like it was old or somethijg. I barely drank it since it wasn't good, likely the worst cola I ever had. The barbecue chips were good though. read more

This is one of the better locations I've visited. So clean inside, great customer service, and just a better shopping experience. It was over 100 degrees the other day and I wanted to treat my nieces and nephews to their iconic slurpee. I mean what could be better on a hot day than an ice cold slurpee? I got over 20 variations and the employee was so kind. He went and got a box and helped me stack and store them for easier transport. He didn't have to help but his willingness and ingenuity was unmatched. All I had to do was load it in my front seat to take over to all the kiddos. 20/10 for customer service read more

This is the worst 7/11 I've seen I came here everyday to get my gas and have shopped here to get snacks so many times and there customer service is terrible , there is one guy there who won't even speak to you won't even say anything and there is a lady there who is extremely racist and says racist slurs towards her customers a few Hispanic customers were waiting in line and she made a huge deal about them buying something when they had already pumped gas, accusing them of stealing. I did my own research and seen some very suspicious backgrounds of there employees as well. read more

Pretty decent location. Usually the people working here are nice. And the gas pumps always work. The Only reason why I'm not giving a five star review is because their air compressor outside is the worst I've ever seen. And needs to be maintenanced. He wiped his nose in his hands and Continued cleaning the coffee machine with the dirty towel then went straight to the cash register and started working the register all without ever washing hands. This is ridiculous! I have been always coming to this gas station and also purchasing all of my snacks and needs from my near 7/11 and after today's incident, I will never step into this gas station or 7/11 ever again. I don't know where they get their gift cards from or who the company is, but they are all FAKE. I purchased a gift card as a surprise to my sister for her birthday worth $163 so I can buy her a gift online. As I got home which took only 5 minutes and tried to purchase her gift online, it said the gift card is invalid. I called the number on the back of the card it says the card number is invalid. Open the website to check the status of the gift card, it showed two transactions from a website called FLUZ with different amounts that's match up to $163. I don't know who those hackers are or what the company does before selling them, but they are all FAKE. If I don't end up speaking with the manager to solve this problem, nor get my money back in the next couple of days, this case will go to the police and their agents to figure out by opening up a claim. It's not a dollar that I lost to just let it go, it's $163 which my little brother collected throughout the year to buy a surprise gift to its sister. read more

This store SUCKS. The old man who was working behind the counter was so RUDE. I came in to buy a lottery ticket and exchange my scratcher but he gave me some BS excuses, saying I couldn't. He was only on his personal phone while AT WORK, and when he has a CUSTOMER. He kept saying my ID wasn't valid to buy a ticket and I couldn't even understand him with his thick accent. I go to this location often for my usual , iced coffee The cashiers are very helpful and friendly.i love that they tell me of promotions going on. When the machine ran out of coffee they filled it up at that moment no hesitations . They are very quick with transaction which is a major plus because I go during break and my time is limited. NO RESTROOMS Every once in a while, you patronize an establishment that makes you feel embarrassed for the chain as a whole. This is one of those places. Gas is expensive, hot food wasn't appetizing, the window washers are bone dry and there are no restrooms which is usually a mark of low income communities, but it doesn't look like a poverty stricken area if you're not inside the store. The folks who run it are friendly, but they are probably in a good mood because it's obvious they aren't working very hard to maintain a semblance of professional retail. I just spent about $10 more than I should and I still need a restroom and a clean windshield. So sad. read more

DO NOT Shop here and or get gas. This location is only a rest stop for LAw enforcement to grab snacks they will harass you if your car is not to standards or if the police officers see you in a car they deem that you should not be driving. Example in a Mercedes LOOKING like you sleep on the floor . If you get in any trouble there even if it's not your fault. The cops will have the employees lie to cover their ass. Long story short if you want to go to 7-Eleven go to the one on Sepulveda and chatsworth or on Devonshire and Woolley. There nearby from there. Even the one i by sylmar metro link is okay. Just do not go to this one . Also. If you want gas there's a shell on Rinaldi that's cheaper or check out the one on Sepulveda and Chatsworth. They were really cruel to me and all I did is linger there sporadically. To buy stuff they made me really not go to any more stores because the company has failed me. Even shell has failed me. Well if you like then stand 7 eleven then go for it but don't go there. This review was long due about a year ago. And I'm still suffering from My terrible experience. read more
