No, I didn't expect it to come anywhere close to the stratospheric experiences you could have were you to choose any wine bar you fancied, but, the minute I got inside, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience that I will want to repeat. First of all, it's downright beautiful. Flawlessly decorated with a chic living room vibe with just the right elements to suggest a curated museum-level sensibility. I spent the entire time noticing little details like the plush velvet banquet, the clubby wing back arm chairs, the art deco artefacts and furnishings, paintings, sculptures, even the ceiling lights were unique and obviously carefully selected.
