The conchas were good, and the coffee was okay. The artwork throughout the place was beautiful, especially Frida. I really do love the concept of having a big cup with a huge concha. 09/12/26: Went in there Saturday, September 12, 2026 @ around 7pm and it's not what you see on social media. Yes, I went because I saw amazing things online but I believe their focus is to portray a certain imagine online to get foot traffic and forget about in person customer service! I will give it to them when it comes to the inside and outside sitting that's always a plus! I went In there and order 7 drinks, all large and medium only to get all of them the same size! I was not provided with a receipt and when asked if my drinks were ready after nearly 15mins - 20mins of waiting I was ignored multiple times by the staff, if it wasn't for another customer who told me "if you are waiting on drinks check yourself because they don't call it out, you have to get them yourself" and boy she wasn't wrong! The customer service was horrible and the drinks were okay. Honestly the latte was not what I expected as a seasonal drink, not only was it water down but didn't taste the coffee or pumpkin at all! The only drink that was decent in my opinion was the duvalin frappe, the mazapán lacked flavor as well. 9/21/26: Went by again today, it wasn't as busy as earlier this month when I went in yet it was busy enough where all tables inside were full. 1 cashier and 1 barista. Order this time took about 10mins and they actually called out my name and this time around the cashier gave me the option of getting a virtual receipt. This time around i got a ham and cheese croissant, a Dulce de leche frappe, Gancito Frappe and a pina refresher. Then croissant was burnt but good. I have to give it to the register, she was taking orders and doing all the oven stuff. The Dulce de leche was decent. Where I was let down today was with the PINA REFRESHER, it was so water down... as soon as I got in the car it and my daughter took a zip I knew it was not it. You were able to taste something with flavor but it was so minimal that you couldn't make the flavor, it was so water down! Today I do have to mention the staff was busy but the girls were friendly and kept good under pressure. The coffee here is delicious however, they take so long to make it! 10-15 minute wait time for a single iced coffee is absurd. They need to figure out a better and efficient way to get orders out in shorter times. And yes, I've gone in and ordered when it's not busy, literally one person ahead of me. I have been wanting to stop by for a minute because I grew up in Sylmar. I stopped in today with my brother in law for a much needed coffee. Cindy helped us and she was incredibly friendly. FALL FLAVORS ARE HERE! Took my brother with me to grab a mid day pick me up, safe to say we'll be back. Pumpkin concha...are u kidding me? So delicious and adorable. We both devoured ours! I've been here twice and have had a great experience both times. I absolutely love the artwork and ambiance. I even took some great pictures with the swing while I waited for my drink. Depending on when you go, the wait time can be a little long. However, they do have a kiosk right at the entrance where you can order a head and I believe they have a website or app where you can also order ahead. I've tried their matcha drinks and love them. I also had their breakfast burrito and enjoyed every bite. On one of the occasions that I was there, I got to meet the owner and they gave me a complimentary horchata foam just for me to try it on my drink, and it was delicious! On another occasion I needed to use the restroom and it is beautiful with the artwork and even the mirror is in the shape of a coffee mug. I found the bathroom clean but I did have to inform them that they were out of toilet paper. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be tough because they share it with five or six other businesses in the same plaza, but you can park along Foothill. If you come on the weekend and don't order ahead, please pack your patience for parking and your order. Went to give this place a try since I was seeing a lot of traction about it online and I was very intrigued by Mexican-inspired flavors! I stopped by and ordered the Horchata Latte. As far as horchata lattes go, this is definitely among the better ones I've had. It wasn't overly sweet, which I really appreciated, and the cinnamon notes came through nicely without overpowering the drink. My only real gripe is the value. I was in the neighborhood and wanted a coffee so I ordered a Mazapán Latte, I was highly disappointed the coffee was freshly made so the whole coffee was different temperatures even when shaken, warm in the bottom cold on top. Using the straw made me just get big chunks of mazapán not even crushed enough. The color of the coffee was a darker colored not much oatmeal milk. Today we tried the $6 ham & cheese crossaints, & once received it didnt look appealing, it looked like my toddler slapped it together, it looks bigger in the picture bcus of how it is thrown together but its actually small. So. excited we now have a Con Azucar Cafe close to home. We finally made it in and had to try the Giant Concha. We went with the pink one and they do have different colors. What a cute little spot! My friend and I came late on a weekend and there was hardly a wait. Parking is pretty standard- there's a lot in the plaza and more parking in the back. My first impression of the place was how cute the decorations were on the inside! I also was told by my friend that they sold the GIANT concha's here. Next time, I'm going to have to get one to share with my whole family and friends! We ordered the matcha dulce de leche I believe, and a banana muffin and dulce de leche croissant. Finally a different coffee shop opened up instead of another Starbucks! I came on their soft opening and it was super busy which is awesome to see!! The ambiance is so nice laid back colorful murals and see through grave doors that they do open up to a patio. The service was so friendly the staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. We also tried the horchata; it was definitely sweet but full of flavor. The matcha horchata was a great balance, though still on the sweeter side if you're sensitive to that. The concha pan was everything--soft, airy, light, and absolutely fantastic. The ambiance is so cute and welcoming, and I'm genuinely happy to have this spot in our community. So glad these guys are finally open. They have a lot of great drink options and food. The parking is a little scarce but they have a sign that says there's parking in the back. I usually love this place but today it was such a miss with the chile verde burrito. I paid almost 10$ for this burrito with door dash. The ingredients were not as advertised at all. It's listed to have pork, rice and beans. It has none of that. It was a small frozen egg burrito with some green chiles.
