One of my favorite new cafes in the sfv! Tried the mocha, matcha horchata, cucumber refresher and the vanilla frap. All were amazing! Their empanadas are also so delicious. I love the interior design and seating. Perfect to work or catch up with a friend. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was so inviting! Definitely about to be a regular here

Banana Cajeta Protein Latte with Banana Cold Foam

Came in on a Thursday morning and the place was packed. Such a cute spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, and I loved the interior design. Definitely the type of cafe that's perfect for studying or catching up with friends. I ordered the Medium Banana Cajeta Protein Latte with Banana Cold Foam ($8). The coffee flavor itself was good, and I appreciate the added protein. If you usually don't like that protein taste in drinks, they do a pretty good job masking it. My only complaint is that I wish there was more banana flavor. Even with the banana cold foam, the drink barely tasted like banana. I'm not sure if I'd order this specific drink again, but I'd definitely be open to trying more of their drinks if I'm in the area.

First time here this last week! Came in the morning and it was pretty empty. I decided to try the mazapan latte and the spinach and cheese croissant! Both were delicious! The coffee was just a little on the sweet side, so I wish it was just a little stronger coffee taste. Croissant was very delicious! Loved the indoor seating and staff was great! There's a lot outside which usually have parking, but just depends on the time

Saw this place opened up a few months back, got the chance to come and try them out. Walking in immediately it's very aesthetically pleasing, the have inside and outside seating very cutesy inside. They have different pastries & breads, also a menu with some food items. Employee at the register was very welcoming and friendly she recommended the Spanish latte and I expected it to be a little sweeter, it was a little strong on the coffee which I do not like. Matcha latte was a little watered down but the hello kitty design was absolutely adorable.

I was in the neighborhood and wanted a coffee so I ordered a Mazapán Latte, I was highly disappointed the coffee was freshly made so the whole coffee was different temperatures even when shaken, warm in the bottom cold on top. Using the straw made me just get big chunks of mazapán not even crushed enough. The color of the coffee was a darker colored not much oatmeal milk. Definitely not worth it, they charge for everything extra so it adds up. The one thing I did love was the ice , it was so crunchy and a good treat. Location is nice and clean.

-Drinks are barely passable -few cool staff and a few weirdos -food is nasty-straight frozen Burritos are the 8 packed market ones. -over priced -swing is nice

Crossaint & drinks, pretty basic, nothing great.

Really wanted to like this place, today is 2nd time coming in. First visit drinks were basic, i always want to give places a 2nd try, so went back a few weeks later. Today we tried the $6 ham & cheese crossaints, & once received it didnt look appealing, it looked like my toddler slapped it together, it looks bigger in the picture bcus of how it is thrown together but its actually small. We also tried the Duvalin drink & the Mazapan drink, they are ok, nothing special to crave again. The cutest thing is the swing they have inside. Staff is not rude or friendly. Would I give it a 3rd try? I dont think so, there's so many other places that have amazing one of a kind drinks, mainly in Northridge area and out of the SF valley, sadly once you try great drinks its hard to find other places that are just as great .

I usually love this place but today it was such a miss with the chile verde burrito. I paid almost 10$ for this burrito with door dash. The ingredients were not as advertised at all. It's listed to have pork, rice and beans. It has none of that. It was a small frozen egg burrito with some green chiles. I'm so disappointed and sad because I was really looking forward to the burrito. Unfortunately, there's no phone number listed so I couldn't call management which I feel is bad service. 0/10 do not recommend.

Great ambiance, staff is very friendly and the dodger designs in the cold foam are wonderful. Coffee is great. I got the horchata with vanilla cold foam and dodgers World Series design. Great way to start my morning.

So. excited we now have a Con Azucar Cafe close to home. We finally made it in and had to try the Giant Concha. We went with the pink one and they do have different colors. The Concha is so soft and delicious. For drinks we went with a matcha latte, a cafe de Hoya and chocomil de fresa in a bag all very tasty. The staff is so friendly and polite. The music is great so it is definitely a vibe. we will be back for sure

What a cute little spot! My friend and I came late on a weekend and there was hardly a wait. Parking is pretty standard- there's a lot in the plaza and more parking in the back. My first impression of the place was how cute the decorations were on the inside! I also was told by my friend that they sold the GIANT concha's here. Next time, I'm going to have to get one to share with my whole family and friends! We ordered the matcha dulce de leche I believe, and a banana muffin and dulce de leche croissant. Everything was so yummy! They also have a rewards program at the kiosk and you can get discounts/freebies the more you come by. Definitely worth a visit!

I went with my girlfriend, we loved their bean and cheese burritos, they have this feeling of comfort food. The place is so nice, staff is very friendly and social with customers. We ordered an horchata latte and a mazapán latte, we absolutely loved them, try their conchas and the puerquitos, they're so good and taste very fresh!

I came when it was not busy and got my drink in under two minutes. However, the person sitting next to me (with the cutest doggie! They're dog friendly, I think ) waited longer than 10 minutes for her drink. However, this was during a rush and when it was probably the busiest in the morning (?) AMBIANCE AND ENVIRONMENT: The music volume was pretty good. It was low level when the place got busy due to people chatting, machines, ice scooping etc., but when it wasn't so busy, the level was about medium due to the atmosphere being more quiet. The vibes were Mumford and sons, Oasis, Of Monsters and Men, the Head and the Heart, and some classical sprinkled here and there. It is smaller than a chain, but cozy with quite a few seats and table options. I think they did a great job at making the best of the space. The space also encourages community as half of the seating options are shared/shareable. All within an arms reach, which in my personal opinion, is plenty of space. Because of this, it encourages you to acknowledge your fellow human being sitting across, or beside you. The environment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The environment feedback I woukd give is perhaps a stronger sun shade in the windows that the bar and stools face. I first sat here but within minutes decide to move because the heat was a bit too much for me. Again! A personal preference. Coffee shops can also naturally get warm due to the energy being used for the machines and refrigerators, so something to consider. The air-conditioning kicked in a little later which helped make it more comfortable. Another thing I noticed is the outlet near the corner table and lounge chairs has a an outlet extender plugged into the wall outlet, but the wall outlet is extremely loose with no faceplate. This can cause electric shock, wiring damage and possible fires. I know from personal experience. It's a real easy and cheap fix that I highlyyy recommend they do ASAP. Just trying to be helpful because I really, really like this spot. FOOD AND DRINKS: I ordered a Hibiscus Berry Blend, as is, iced. It was $5.00 even. It is served in a14 Oz. cup. With ice, it's probably about 12-13 Oz. of drink you're getting. I think it was worth it. The flavor was equal and very nice. Not too fruity, not too watery. It wasn't sweet, due to me not asking for any additional sweetener. As I sat and worked, I heard a lot of other orders and some were very creative. So they do have all those fun drinks people love to indulge in occasionally. They also have classic drip coffee and loose leaf tea. THE REASON WHY I TRIED INICIO: The biggest thing I noticed, being an activist myself involved in many efforts for social justice through my work and personal life, was their mission to erase modern day slavery. Human trafficking is a horrible thing that unfortunately is haooening right before out very eyes. They donate a portion of all food, drink, and catering sales to Justice 180. That is honestly, the reason why I came. I would love to partner with them and invite them to come cater at my center. I plan to spread the word about this place and continue to support them.

Drinks also came out quickly, although we did have to wait longer for the food items. My matcha that I ordered was really good, it was off the seasonal menu. It was a peach basil matcha, very creative combination and the basil was not overpowering at all. I also got an avocado toast with egg and that item was a little underwhelming. The egg was cold and the avocado needed a little more flavor. However, overall good experience.

The drink costs 5 bucks, and adding a shot costs 3, so I spent 8 dollars on a drink here just to fix it. However, that was a small hiccup; the coffee shop was nice and small and very cozy. Felt family-friendly, it is next to the restaurant, which is owned by the same owner. They have little games on their counter you can play while you wait, which is what my kids did. Kept them entertained while they waited for my coffee and my shot. The staff was very friendly and nice, and there are a lot of inspirational quotes all over the waiting area. As I waited for her to arrive from work on a blistering hot afternoon, I parked outside and watched a continuous flow of people coming in and out of the doors, taking lots of homemade goodies with them. Once my girl arrived, we walked inside and got a sense of what people were experiencing. A small establishment, with about a half dozen counter seats, you are immediately in front of a several large glass doors of fresh Mexican pastry, with several other fresh racks waiting to be stored. There are so many options to choose from, with prices ranging from 50 cents to $1.50. We decided to first order what we came for, which was the Carne Asada Torta. We spoke with the friendly gentleman at the counter who walked us through what was on the sandwiches, as well as how to grab some tongs and a plastic tray to snag some delicious treats for after lunch. While waiting for our sandwiches, my girlfriend and I grabbed several pastries and cookies for dessert. The restaurant was buzzing non-stop this Friday afternoon, with people of all ages coming in to load up on goodies for the day, and possibly the weekend. Within 10 minutes, our sandwiches were brought out to us. They looked amazing! I decided to keep all of the ingredients in tact: Carne Asada, Beans, Chili, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Avocado, Cheese. The bread was delicious: soft, fresh and a perfect vehicle to hold in all of the delicious ingredients. The asada is the star here. Absolutely tender, seasoned to perfection. The cheese is also top notch, with the other ingredients adding tons of flavor in each packed bite. Priced at just under $10 each, there aren't many options that compare in taste and value around. As for the pastries, my girlfriend and I shared a few cookies and pan dulce shortbreads in the car. Freshly baked, crumbling to the touch, these goodies were delicious and simple. Not too sweet, and great versions of traditional Mexican delights. The energy at this Sylmar restaurant is fast-paced, friendly and outstandingly delicious. Parking is good as there are several spots available in this strip-mall layout. No bathrooms as it is primarily a grab-and-go establishment. I'll be back to see what other affordable, homemade pastries are available to complement the next time I am craving a Carne Asada Torta from El Milagro. Check them out!

Inside, they have comfortable sofas, a booth with high chairs, a decent-sized coffee table, and board games, so it's a great spot for a casual date or to hang out with friends. The only two downsides are that there's no public restroom (i make sure my bladder is empty before coming to the store) and no working AC. I'm not sure what the ongoing issue has been with the air conditioner, but in all the years I've been coming here, the only things keeping the place cool are a few fans. So on hot summer days, it can get difficult to hang out inside. Unless you're like me and don't mind the heat ( I've lived in Florida and Puerto Rico, so I'm used to humidity ) just keep that in mind. They have a pretty good drink menu, though they don't serve food. My personal favorite drink is the jasmine milk tea, pot plant style, which comes with a layer of whipped cream and crushed chocolate cookie crumbs on top. The serving is also huge, which I appreciate because I love a drink that isn't served like prison rations. The staff has always been warm and professional. When I stopped by today, the cashier was especially kind and attentive, which meant a lot because I had my infant son with me. He made sure I was seated comfortably, helped make sure the stroller was parked close to me, and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my drink. He even asked me to let him know if I needed any adjustments. I didn't catch his name, but he was an older gentleman and clearly cares about giving customers an excellent experience. Parking has never been an issue for me here, though I usually come on weekdays. Thankfully, you don't have to worry about limited parking or paying for parking like you do in many parts of Los Angeles. Overall, TeaN'Me is still a solid 5/5 for me. They continue to take the lead in sylmar as the best boba spot in the area.

All I wanted was a banana smoothie so I go in last night like an hour and a half before they close…read moreand they said cash only.. cool I go to Bank of America across the street and get cash, I got back... they have no ice... alright cool, I come back today... still no ice , how do you run out of ice consistently at a drink shop ? That's like going to baskin robbins and they tell you they have no ice cream. Whoever the owner here is should get his shit together and then maybe his business could start running like an actual business again
