I've been coming to TeaN'Me for the past few years, and I still consider it my favorite boba spot in ALL of Sylmar. It's located toward the back of the Sylmar Square plaza, tucked away like a little hidden gem. The shop itself is pretty small compared to other boba spots, so seating is limited, but I actually like the size of it. It feels cozy and relaxing ...like a nice little place to escape without dealing with huge crowds. They do have outdoor seating as well, but that's also limited. Inside, they have comfortable sofas, a booth with high chairs, a decent-sized coffee table, and board games, so it's a great spot for a casual date or to hang out with friends. The only two downsides are that there's no public restroom (i make sure my bladder is empty before coming to the store) and no working AC. I'm not sure what the ongoing issue has been with the air conditioner, but in all the years I've been coming here, the only things keeping the place cool are a few fans. So on hot summer days, it can get difficult to hang out inside. Unless you're like me and don't mind the heat ( I've lived in Florida and Puerto Rico, so I'm used to humidity ) just keep that in mind. They have a pretty good drink menu, though they don't serve food. My personal favorite drink is the jasmine milk tea, pot plant style, which comes with a layer of whipped cream and crushed chocolate cookie crumbs on top. The serving is also huge, which I appreciate because I love a drink that isn't served like prison rations. The staff has always been warm and professional. When I stopped by today, the cashier was especially kind and attentive, which meant a lot because I had my infant son with me. He made sure I was seated comfortably, helped make sure the stroller was parked close to me, and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my drink. He even asked me to let him know if I needed any adjustments. I didn't catch his name, but he was an older gentleman and clearly cares about giving customers an excellent experience. Parking has never been an issue for me here, though I usually come on weekdays. Thankfully, you don't have to worry about limited parking or paying for parking like you do in many parts of Los Angeles. Overall, TeaN'Me is still a solid 5/5 for me. They continue to take the lead in sylmar as the best boba spot in the area. read more

It used to be our favorite place to visit for Boba. The drinks are now super watered down. The milk tea had absolutely no milk and too much sugar. I miss the quality of the drinks. Unfortunately we won't come back. read more

I stopped by because I was craving milk tea, I gave their matcha milk tea a try and wasn't impressed. It was super bitter and not very sweet, it had an overwhelming amount of what seemed like black tea. It had no matcha flavoring whatsoever, hence the coloring of the drink :D I know a lot of the drinks here are great just not this one! I'll keep trying different milk teas from here because the price is unbeatable! 5 dollars for this big cup! Service was friendly and quick, it went at a time where it was very lonely. read more

Usually we love it. I thought i would grab a coffee this time since they do have it for $5.50 on their menu. What I got was very gross. An overly sugared freezing "hot" coffee. I would have taken it back but they had already messed up once. They heard me ask for a no sugar HOT coffee and had to correct their iced coffee mistake. I get it. It's a tea place. Then maybe don't even offer coffee on your menu if you aren't willing to learn how to serve it. read more

He's super personable and always makes you feel welcome. His customer service is top-notch, and it really sets this place apart from other spots in the Valley. As for the drinks, the Thai tea is hands down my favorite. It's not overly sweet like at some other places, and you can tell it's always fresh--probably because I'm usually there right when they open! This boba shop is tucked away in the alley near the fountain. There are no seats, maybe 1-2 tables with a few seats outside. Definitely expect to order for take-out here. Their drink sizes are huge-remind me of Half and Half for all of you boba lovers out there! PARKING: Free in the plaza it's located in. COVID-19 RELATED: They allowed one party at a time inside to order with plastic screens up. There might be a line outside, but it moved pretty fast. They bring drinks outside on a table when they are done and call out your name. JASMINE GREEN MILK TEA with BOBA: This drink costs $3.75 and boba costs an extra 50 cents, boo! Love this place! The owner is super sweet! But when I went the girl with the septum piercing was really rude. We asked about the new drink and before even finishing our sentence she says I don't know I've never had it and then starred us down. We then ordered and I pulled out my payment getting ready to pay she then tells me I'll let you know when you can pay. We sat down and someone else came in and she wouldn't come to the front the guy had to ring several times for her to come out. Cute boba location, very home-ey vibes with comfortable couches for seating area. They have a lot of drink options including slushies, smoothies, and and milk tea. The portion is really big, I wasn't able to finish a regular size boba. The large size is HUGE. Tucked away in Sylmar Plaza is this really cute and refreshing addition to Sylmar. It gets super hot in Sylmar and this is definitely a treat to quench you thirst and cool you off. Boba is the treat! It's perfectly cooked. Chewy and yummy boba marbles. I tried brown sugar milk tea, almond milk tea, jasmine green milk tea and Taro milk tea. Love them all. The absolute best place to get boba. The variety of teas, smoothies, slushes, and all the flavors are amazing. I have NEVER had a bad drink here they are always so delicious!! The workers are amazing and always provide the best service, they're so super kind. The ambiance of the shop is very nice it feels like a small coffee shop and they offer games to play if you're there with friends having a drink. I was so excited when i was in the area for work and i yelped "BobA" and Tea N' Me popped up. I actually had to re-type and search because i couldn't believe it. This place is located in a shopping area where Vons is located, and is a bit hidden. Seriously a hidden gem in Sylmar. Once I walked in i was greeted promptly. I ordered my usual drink in any Boba place that i go to.. almond milk tea with 1/2 less of the sweetness. The drink was perfect. No too sweet, just perfect. There is a little sitting area to the right of your once you enter the establishment. Counters were neat and clean. Not like other Boba places where there is just too much going on, in my opinion.
