Beware of Racial Discrimination executed by the RACIST Barista who wears black baseball cap. She snatched my steamed oat milk out of my hand as she accused me of not ordering it and while then reaching it out to the woman behind me who of course did not reach her hand out for it as she told the disrespectful rude unethical bias judgmental Barista that she did not order it, while I told the Barista that I DID. She then had a surprised look on her face instead of handing it to me politely. Then ignored making my large ice water she had me standing there for a long time, waiting for after telling me in a ride tone - to wait. This, after saying she doesn't know what type of syrup (what the syrup is made of) that is hand-pumped into the hot matcha drinks; when I asked so that I can obviously know what I've been consuming whenever bi order matcha at Starbucks. She told me she'd find out but left me hanging. I took the liberty of saving face and dignity and my valuable time by finally walking away and going to ask my cashier who seemed to possibly be the manager. She told me it's high fructose corn syrup (not maple syrup like matcha cafe's provide complimentary cups of to customers including the one I went to yesterday. That, after she yelled over to the rude barista a few minutes prior, asking if she made and gave me my steamed oat milk yet. She ignored her, but I held it up showing her I had it.
That cashier (whom earlier also poured and gave me my coffee while I was at the register); then made and gave me my large ice water and paper tote bag; both of which the Barista ignored doing.
What could the pleasant cashier (possibly a manager) done better?
A. Handed me my coffee instead of sliding it on dirty counter as I had my hand out for it to be properly served to me (in MY HAND).
B. Put every item on one ticket so that the Barista could see my order of oat milk along with my other items).
C. Trained the Barista before putting her in front of customers; on customer service, ethics, multicultural interpersonal skills, professionalism, respect, courtesy, business decorum, kindness, how to simply treat all customer's the same and all humans the way that you want to be treated. Or, stop hiring RACISTS, period. You're in violation of the Starbucks policy which is on the door and website. You're therefore begging for lawsuit's with Racism and Discrimination being the meritorious just cause.

The barista from the point I reported her ill minded behavior to that cashier; kept staring at me, when sweeping near me put on an act of disdain and made me feel uncomfortable in that aspect along with her continued stares, including as she left her shift... stared over at me as she's walking out while looking at none of the other customers around me.
She needs to be fired, bottom line. No customer should ever suffer such mistreatments, including an employee ruining their pleasant money spending experience dine in or to go. No sour apples should be allowed in the bunch; the whole tree should as a collective treat all customer's with a pleasant experience. Clearly Starbucks does not realize that.
