I used the Mobile app for a pick up order. I went with a Peanut Butter Mood Smoothie and a Strawberry Nutella+Coconut Oatmeal. it informed me that my order will be ready in 10min. I got to this store welcomed by staff and my order was ready for me in the Mobile order fridge. They did have a line for orders and a few people waiting on their orders so I can tell this is a busy location. They have music playing making it cheerful in there. I recommend this store. read more

We decided to try Jamba Juice's Acai Bowls and ordered the Regular Acai Peanut Butter + Nutella Bowl ($12.29) and a Small Acai Super-Antioxidant Smoothie ($9.49). The acai base had a nice texture, but it didn't taste like acai at all--it tasted more like apples, which was disappointing. The smoothie was just okay, but what really stood out was that the barista didn't even fill the cup all the way, even though there was extra smoothie left in the blender. For the price, both items were underwhelming. The portions felt small for what we paid, making it not worth it in our opinion. I stopped by this Jamba Juice last night after picking up my order from Lowes in the same plaza. I found parking easily because they were not busy. When I walked inside, they didn't have any guest so I was their only customer. I got a large Caribbean Passion smoothie for my wife and I got a small Strawberry Surf Rider. I asked the worker how was the drink and she told me it's like a strawberry lemonade. It didn't take long for her to make my drink and she even upgrade my Strawberry Surf Rider to a medium without me asking so that was appreciated. First and foremost never get any of the pretzels, they tasted awful, it was definitely sitting out there for a while and hard as a rock. The drinks were decent, but the menu online compared to the menu at the store is different so they were having a very hard time figuring out what drink to make. I usually order the white gummi and the impossible sandwich on the app ahead of time, and pick up the food at this location as it is closest to my work. Today was a very gloomy day, and I walked inside of Jamba and was nicely greeted by Brenda. I looked in the little fridge and saw my name on the drink that didn't look exactly like the color I usually get. I questioned it, and Brenda explained to me that some of the ingredients were unavailable. She was truthful about the ingredients she substituted, and unfortunately one turned out to have dairy. Since I am lactose intolerant, it is hard for me to digest milk products. She offered to remake it with oatmilk yogurt. She was very nice about it, and I really appreciated the kindness in her tone. Our UberEats driver waited 13 minutes until our order was ready. I even called the store to ask if there was a problem with our order. By the time our smoothies and açaí bowls arrived, the consistency was watery, just nasty. To add insult to injury, there were items missing from our order. My suggestion is that you never order from this place for delivery as you'll be disappointed as we were.
