This place is hidden in a little shopping center located right next to a car wash, across the street from a Vallarta Supermarkets. BSN, Optimum, Dymatize, Carnivore...it was all there and at awesome prices! He even offered to have any product he currently didn't have in stock, at his store by the following day as long as you let him know by 3pm the day before. Karl, the owner, laid down the knowledge! Any questions I had were answered to its full extent! In so much detail that he even gave me information of the individual ingredients that were in the products I was interested in. To say he was helpful would be an understatement. It was like being in Nutrition class. All in all, awesome place and customer service. The cashier, Opal, was extraordinarily patient. She didn't rush her, didn't sigh, and didn't treat her like an inconvenience. Instead, she calmly walked her through how to locate the number on her phone, ensured she received the savings she was entitled to, and graciously answered multiple questions afterward. It was genuine kindness -- not performative, not transactional -- just respectful and thoughtful service. What made it even more special was that the manager on duty, Gina, came over to bag groceries at our line. As Opal was ringing up my order, I asked Gina if she was Opal's manager. You could see a split-second look cross her face, as though she were bracing for a complaint. But I quickly told her that Opal had delivered exemplary customer service to the woman ahead of me. Gina was visibly relieved and appreciative when she realized it was praise. And Opal heard the whole exchange! It was such a sweet moment. In a world where people are quick to criticize and slow to compliment, this interaction truly stood out. Opal treated that customer with dignity and patience, and Gina clearly fosters a culture where that kind of service is encouraged. Whole Foods should be proud to have both of them.

The family member spoke with him and got the vitamins he recommended. This person had been quite ill for aprox 9 months by then and not getting better, not even well enough for surgery. Within 10-14 days on the regimen Bernard suggested, they got so much better. Another family member has serious autoimmune issues (lupus, alopecia, dermatitis) and had barely been able to get out of bed for over a year. This person did not want to take the pharmaceuticals the doctors wanted to prescribe. They too went to see Bernard and his amazing team and no joke within 1 month they were out of bed, able to go on walks, able to participate in activities again, take care of their home and start to heal beyond words. They are even back in school. The ONLY time this family member had gotten sick since starting the lupus/alopecia regimen was when they ran out of the vitamins for a week and a half. The most wild part about it is that the vitamins cost around the same as a co pay for pharmaceuticals. If there is anyone with anything they need help with - I could not suggest Earthwise Vitamins more. I have SEEN his products work WONDERS for people I deeply care about. His staff is highly competent and knowledgeable as well, but I do recommend starting with Bernard for the initial 'consult.' He is a lifesaver.
