Solid donut spot that has pan dulce. Got a concha and a pan de elote. The concha is so big but more importantly, yum! Soft and not too sweet. Pan de elote was pretty good too! On the walls were the different drinks they serve & sandwiches they make. For $3.75 + $.25 I got a taro slushie with boba. It comes in only one size, but it was a pretty huge cup. I like the fact that it's a slushie & not just a liquid so I thought it was worth the $4. She put a little too much boba for my liking but it's fine. Topped it off with whipped cream which was a nice touch. I also got a half dozen donuts. & they are HUGE. Really good too. The woman was really patient with me & answering my many, many questions. It seems like a lot of donut spots are doing boba as well now a days so I went for a taro smoothie. It had a weird taste to it, it was sorta good at first but then the after taste was a bit powdery. I've had way better but I guess you can't expect much from a donut shop. This review is based solely on the boba and a few cream puffs that I tried. I am hoping to give this place a second shot and get a breakfast sandwich with a fresh donut.
