Hard to find. No sign because the mini mall is being remodeled. Bigger than most, not as sad as most. Extremely limited donut selection of only the greatest hits, but the juice bar looked promising, but pricey. Not (at all) the best but certainly not the worst. read more

Whether you are a pro athlete, a great historian, a scientist on the verge of the next big discovery in warping light to quark time travel at slower velocities then needed for light speed, or just one of the best donut makers in town, bringing joy with every single bite. Not only are the donuts great, but so are the Croissants, when you are feeling a tad bit more healthy. All are home made. No boxed items. These are serious bakers, and they know their craft well. In a sea full of donut disappointments, I commend Jim's Donuts for not taking the shortcuts every other donut shop I've seen go from good to bad, has. To them they pride themselves on the quality of their food, and it shows on my favorite double chocolate cake donut. Hats off to the crew that makes the magic happen. read more

What can I say this is your typical donut shop offers everything from Donuts, to Bagels, to ice cream. Not one of my favorite shops to come to but it's close to my work. The only thing that can make this place better is if they bought a toaster instead of microwaving my Bagels. Other than that their Donuts are pretty decent. read more

I'm so sorry for Jim! But his customer should be his number one priority and with that said the first direct contact with costumers is the lady taking orders. I hope Jim is able to find someone kinder and happier to be able to run the donut and ice cream shop. First time and last time I will be going into this donut shop. First the lady was rude unable to understand my order BECAUSE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE the entire time taking my order (lollll) therefore too busy to listen. I love this place. It's been here for years. The donuts are warm, the boba drinks are always on point. The costumer service is nice. The do have healthy options like orange juice or carrot juice. There is a Micky D and burger king in the same complex, so I guess they may be competing with them but their sandwiches are good. The wait is never bad. They get through their costumers quickly. read more

Great donuts. Thats all I have had there. Have gone several times in the evening and the donuts taste fresh and the dough has a good flavor which is important. Can't drive by without the kids begging for donuts. If you warm up for 15 seconds...mmm....the best. Not the greatest location. The shop doesn't impress you but the donuts will. Great value too. Worth stopping by and checking them out. Donut selection is basic....but thats all I need, a good ol' tasty glazed donut. Our new favorite local donut shop. read more

Jim's Donuts & Ice Cream is a great little family owned donut shop to be able to get donuts when you have the craving for them. Everytime I enter the donut shop, I am now greeted by the employee there and she even knows my regular order when I am in a rush to get to school in the morning. I say that the service is mediocre because it is not the best but at the same time it's not the worst and they get started on your order as fast as possible. The quality of the food sold in the donut shop is good and have never ran into any problems with my food whatsoever after 3 years of going to their shop. Overall, the shop there is relatively clean and there is nothing disgusting about it. The employees there are kind as far as the times I see them and try their best to make your order quick to not keep you waiting. They greet you as you come in if they are behind the counter already and get prepared to fulfill your order. I would definitely recommend coming to this donut shop if you are ever in the area and craving for donuts because most of the times they usually still have my favorite donuts that I regularly order. I honestly can't really compare this to a more famous establishment such as Dunkin' Donuts because I personally have never entered that restaurant at all. I can say however that Jim's Donuts & Ice Cream has good quality donuts, hot chocolate, morning sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and ice cream as well that won't disappoint the common person. read more

Don't recommend. Women at counter poured hot Boba into my cold frozen drink quickly melting my drink. Was very dissatisfied. Plus enormous flies flying around everywhere.. Spotted a least four or five. No thanks.. Go elsewhere. read more
