I love this little mom & pop donut shop!! It's so cute and the owners are always so nice. I usually get glazed twists and eclairs, and the owner told me that they make their cream inside of eclairs, which is so impressive. I know all the other places usually get cream from outside. And their cream tastes so good! Also they use non dairy cream for Thai ice tea and that's a huge plus for someone who is lactose intolerance. Love this place. The owner is very sweet and everything is great. I've been coming here since I was a kid. My friends and I would run here before and after school when we used to go to OV. Lol Great memories. Whether it was for a hot chocolate and a donut in the morning, or a snack and a soda after school. They have slushees and those were a hit in the spring and summer. I remember getting a personal pizza at little caesars next door for $1 and getting a can of coke at Sylmar donut shop for 50cents and a slushee for $1. I came here because this place had good reviews. When I went inside I was greeted by a friendly man. I asked him if the donuts where fresh , he reassured me that they were made that morning and that they were very fresh. He told me that if I come in the morning I can buy them straight out of the oven. He even gave me 2 extra donuts for free. He was very sweet. I have a big sweet tooth and I was craving something fluffy and sweet to bite into and boy did these donuts deliver. They are so soft and delicious. I am definitely coming back. I have been coming here since 2007. It's family owned and has that family welcoming energy. In the morning with all the kids getting donuts for school and adults getting coffee before work. It's awesome. The married couple that work endlessly to serve the people. THE PRICES ARE CHEAP AND HAVE STAYED THAT WAY! I love their sandwiches and coffee and donuts. Need to come more often to try all of the menu but alway will come back. The only thing I disliked was when they put the rule to not have outside food. I came here a few days ago because I saw a flashing sign that said BOBA. I recently acquired the taste for it so I figured i'd check the place out. Place is a bit outdated but then again so are most donut places around the valley. The guy in the counter said this was the best boba place in town so I went for a mango smoothie with boba. The lady who works here is so nice and sweet I've only been here once but she's such a nice woman. She took her time to make our drinks to perfection (DELICIOUS THAI TEA BOBA) and she even new a little bit of Spanish which was nice haha. The ham and cheese croissants were delicious and they have a wide variety of drinks. She was so kind that she even gave us two donuts free of charge. I got an apple fritter - soft in the center and crispy on the outside, everything that you would want in an apple fritter. The place is pretty small, but the owner is so friendly and accommodating! Him and his wife are the owners of the store and it's just the two of them working there. I would come all the time if I didn't live 30 minutes away haha.
