The manager said oh well either you wait until 5 days or travel to another store and get it because I forgot to place the order. I requested my refund. The Manager is very unprofessional. he does not know it but he just lost out on a $2k future order from my team.

First of all I walk in and check in and the blonde security off the bat has BAD vibes. He instantly rubbed me the wrong way and I've been here before and never had that feeling. Second if you're the cashier please learn your products . I asked a specific question about a disposable and she said yes to my question when the answer should have been NO. Due to the cashiers mistake I ended up with the wrong product. So now I'm super annoyed to be stuck with it. Next time please be aware of what you're selling or ask someone else if you don't know the weed products. Wasted my money thanks. I still went immediately back in about the mistake SHE made and the security literally brushed it off as if wasting my money on her mistake is okay -__- didn't tell her anything, wasn't offered an exchange over something I just got a minute ago nothing to even try to calm me down about it. I have been patient and not an asshole about the whole thing. Please be aware they have a "sell first" flower signs throughout the store. Just check out the product first before purchase if it's a prerolls or flower. One of the bud tender came up to me and told me now "I'll get the exchange going". Funny how the manager/supervisor never confirmed or said "approval" from a so-call "support". She just left the store now at 6:45PM with no acknowledgment.
