My favorite shop! Everyone is so friendly! All the girly's are the sweetest and Arnold is also great! They have great prices and a great selection. Never disappointed. The discounts are great even for returning customers. ( I feel like most places only give good discounts on your first few visits). Check your receipts!! Major fraud. I was told that the register wasn't working. The clerk told me to withdraw money from the ATM machine. I went back to the clerk he took my money. I will never return to lemonade dispensary again after ordering takeout. I had a missed call from the lemonade dispensary within two minutes later I give them a call back and they told me they called me three times but the funny thing is I only had one missed call and I return their call back within two minutes and the girl was laughing telling me that the other person picked up so they gave them my prize from the raffle that did not even bother to leave me a voicemail. Supposedly they called three times. I go every week and buy .ounce back to the jungle boys plus their flower is a better quality. The lemonade dispensary it was convenient because it is close to my house. I would rather take more time and just get better quality weed at the jungle boys and they are honest people there anyway lemonade dispensary you lost a good customer I will never recommend anyone there again. read more

I used to LOVE this place! In fact, we'd travel miles away from our home in Canoga Park/Chatsworth, CA (even though there are plenty of closer dispensaries local to us), but the deals, specials, and senior discount at Lemonade in Pacoima/Arleta were too awesome to pass up, or ignore! However, they stopped offering the senior discount, and most of their really great deals & specials, but let us know they offered 20% off on edibles each Monday. Well, I can get the same and better deals locally, while saving my time and gas. So 'bye-bye Lemonade Pacoima! You've lost two regular customers who probably won't be back! I've given 3 stars - instead of 1 or 2 - only because I appreciated the deals & specials we USED to get there, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. read more

This store is horrible sold me the wrong item that was recommended and when I went back literally 60 seconds after purchasing they would not exchange my item for a disposable or with the battery I did have. Found this place off of Google, and glad I did! The customer service here is always A1. Great people working. Always very clean and organized. They used to have a great selection when it comes to edibles and drinks, it's gone down tremendously. Could be vendors, or the orders are not being fulfilled properly, I'm not sure. I love certain brands of lemonade, all of a sudden they stopped carrying it. The refrigerator used to be fully stocked with lots of treats and goodies, not any more. I'm shocked anyone has a bad thing to say! My only complaint is that you're in Pacoima and not closer to where I live. As far as selection, discounts and pricing go, I come to Lemonade because they're the only dispensary that charges 10-20% less and also maintains a good inventory. Lemonade's prices are much better than boutique dispensaries. plus the discounts? Love it. Always been taken care of by the staff. Very friendly and helpful read more

Do not go here they are not people that will help you out - unless you are randomly in the area and in need of some quick bud do not make this your home store. They have horrible customer service and are unwilling to help out. Super disappointed. I was told that I could use their online 30% off discount code anytime as long as I showed the budtender. When I came in they told me that was no longer a thing and only for first time patients. Don't tell customers false information and then be shocked when they are upset. I spend hundreds of dollars here, they could have easily helped me out and given me the discount one last time since it was there mistake for telling me that. Instead they said there was nothing they could do even tho there was a lady from upper management there. Instead of helping me out - they decided to tell me oh well. What kind of customer service is that? You have customers that spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars at your store and your unwilling to help them out over a miscommunication that was YOUR ERROR? Idk, I think the way this was handled was unprofessional and instead of losing a few dollars on one sale they will be losing a customer that spends hundreds of dollars per week. read more
