Still waiting for her to receive confirmation from "contacting support" for refund/exchange since it is 3rd party brand. Been here literally 2 hours standing to receive an exchange/refund whichever. I have been patient and not an asshole about the whole thing. Please be aware they have a "sell first" flower signs throughout the store. Just check out the product first before purchase if it's a prerolls or flower. One of the bud tender came up to me and told me now "I'll get the exchange going".
