Only 2 prerolls had green flower. When I came to try to exchange them I was told I had to contact support MYSELF to receive exchange/refund. I do not blame bud tender, apple her name was super nice. Manager/supervisor I just spoke to, did not catch her name since she did not introduce herself to me, all she did was state company policy. Still waiting for her to receive confirmation from "contacting support" for refund/exchange since it is 3rd party brand. Been here literally 2 hours standing to receive an exchange/refund whichever. I have been patient and not an asshole about the whole thing. Please be aware they have a "sell first" flower signs throughout the store. Just check out the product first before purchase if it's a prerolls or flower. One of the bud tender came up to me and told me now "I'll get the exchange going". Funny how the manager/supervisor never confirmed or said "approval" from a so-call "support". She just left the store now at 6:45PM with no acknowledgment.
