Very efficient and friendly service. Needed a 3D chamber replacement for puff o peak. Got an OEM chamber for less than anywhere else.

I used to come here all the time but unfortunately I stopped and found a better place. The girl that runs the store treats you as if you're disturbing her day and acts extremely rude and is annoyed when you ask questions. She's always in the back and creeps out when you walk in with RBF. Even after prices when up I still came but the last straw was that she added another extra 7 dollars to what she already raised. Im done. I found a new place and get the same exact thing for $14 cheaper than Saticoy Smoke Shop. I really miss the old team and old management. read more

This shop was highly recommended. I popped over to see what they had to offer. I was impressed with their selection of items & equipment. The service was amazing! I'll definitely return again. Listen, some of their items are a bit pricey, but the good news is they have plenty of affordable options for your needs. read more

Terrible customer service. I was ignored while waiting for assistance. And when I asked for an price for an item, the young gentleman working Friday, April 17th, said rudely, "The price are listed on the side" I will never go to this shop again and I'm telling my friends and family not to do business at this shop. Worse experience of 2026 for me at a smoke shop. This shop is shady shows you a paper of illegal cigarette vapes they sale for you to pic from and then they bring the cigarette vape flavor you choose from the back room located behind the glass table left of the incent display. They have illegal stuff there. The owner knows about it. I seriously wouldnt be surprised if they get shutdown for selling cigarette vapes illegally in California soon. (Flavored nicotine vapes sales are illegal in California) Also, EVERYTHING is way overpriced in the shop which is an extra insult to injury, that and the neighborhood and surrounding area is really bad, so be careful. Don't get ripped off and cheated, go somewhere else. Have a nice day :) read more

Super expensive glass pieces can be found anywhere else for $20-$40 less don't waste your time

I've been going to this shop for a long time! Before the remodel. They always take care of you with kindness and respect. I bought a vape about a month ago that I kept having problems with and every time I came in they fixed it. The smoke shop has come a long way and it's due to excellent customer service and genuine care for his customers. Not to mention the variety of MERCH he has from nice backpacks, to Incense to authentic snacks and drinks from China. read more

Saticoy Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Van Nuys, California

They sold me a nectar collector brand nectar collector for 600 dollars that isn't a real nectar collector brand so it doesn't fit right on their Infiniti tech connectors and won't hold water and it also jiggles in the glass making the Venturi bang against the core like it's some cheap piece of shit and because i wanted to wash it out before trying to use it it they won't do anything. I brought it back the same day I got it and because i used water to wash it they aren't going to do anything about it.... I guess I'm dedicating the next few months of my life to steering people away from this store, referring this to the ftc, bbb, disputing transaction on my cards, and if those go nowhere filing through small claims, this could have been such a simple fix, repair or replace an item that was broken and misrepresented as being a certain brand when it wasn't and now all this has to happen, and I have to do it all with the brand that advertises them as being an authorized retailer also because they are pointing people to a shop saying they sell authentic pieces when they are mixing and matching a bunch of random stuff without any mention of the fact that the items aren't that brand. If it was this would have been a simple process because the brand is great with refunding if unsatisfied with a purchase but because they sold me half of the parts from one brand and the other half from who knows where in left doing this... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless potentially paying for a 600 dollar paper weight is something you're into read more

Let me just preface this by saying I am an Avid Nectar Collector Enthusiast and saticoy Smoke Shop is heaven on earth when it comes to Nectar Collector brand name products Sam is the assistant manager and he is absolutely amazing definitely my favorite employee working there he's so knowledgeable and constantly looking to improve himself I have been to every NC certified retailer in sfv and Saticoy Smoke Shop is the absolute best place on the planet not just for glass enthusiasts but for literally any and all your smoke/vape needs Sam and Harry are always taking amazing care of me. They've even gone as far as to stay open past closing for me to get there and And then wait close to an hour for me to make a decision on what I plan to buy that night I must say they go above and beyond for their customers my opinion they treat me more like family than just Customer. Sam is always texting me new products as well as letting me know when Old products are back in stock. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that not to mention They will find anything you're looking for but If you want it chances are they've got it and if they don't they will find a way to get for you Harry is a true boss not just with his demeanor and personality and he's really stepped things up he has this place running like a well oiled machine from vapes to rare glass to custom hand crafted accessories made of repurposed vintage luxury LV, Gucci, MCM and much more this is isn't your average Smoke Shop. Honestly a really cool place with sick workers, buuut I got a fake elf bar and I know I likely wont go back. Battery was looser inside, font is way thicker, it's got a second light when you inhale, and it died way quicker than the other I bought same day with same use on both. At least vape ban will be in effect. :( read more

Beware of this smoke shop for looks are deceiving! They have a wide variety of products some being overpriced such as the snacks and other products such as vape batteries being defective which they in fact already know are most likely DEFECTIVE!!! Which is why one of the first things they mention before buying is make sure you register for the warranty! From there I knew that was a possible red flag but I mistakenly gave them the benefit of the doubt. Most likely not spending money at this shop anytime in future. SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! read more
