I used to come here all the time but unfortunately I stopped and found a better place. The girl that runs the store treats you as if you're disturbing her day and acts extremely rude and is annoyed when you ask questions. She's always in the back and creeps out when you walk in with RBF. Even after prices when up I still came but the last straw was that she added another extra 7 dollars to what she already raised. Terrible customer service. I was ignored while waiting for assistance. And when I asked for an price for an item, the young gentleman working Friday, April 17th, said rudely, "The price are listed on the side" I will never go to this shop again and I'm telling my friends and family not to do business at this shop. This shop is shady shows you a paper of illegal cigarette vapes they sale for you to pic from and then they bring the cigarette vape flavor you choose from the back room located behind the glass table left of the incent display. They have illegal stuff there. The owner knows about it. I seriously wouldnt be surprised if they get shutdown for selling cigarette vapes illegally in California soon. (Flavored nicotine vapes sales are illegal in California) Also, EVERYTHING is way overpriced in the shop which is an extra insult to injury, that and the neighborhood and surrounding area is really bad, so be careful. They sold me a nectar collector brand nectar collector for 600 dollars that isn't a real nectar collector brand so it doesn't fit right on their Infiniti tech connectors and won't hold water and it also jiggles in the glass making the Venturi bang against the core like it's some cheap piece of shit and because i wanted to wash it out before trying to use it it they won't do anything. I brought it back the same day I got it and because i used water to wash it they aren't going to do anything about it.... I guess I'm dedicating the next few months of my life to steering people away from this store, referring this to the ftc, bbb, disputing transaction on my cards, and if those go nowhere filing through small claims, this could have been such a simple fix, repair or replace an item that was broken and misrepresented as being a certain brand when it wasn't and now all this has to happen, and I have to do it all with the brand that advertises them as being an authorized retailer also because they are pointing people to a shop saying they sell authentic pieces when they are mixing and matching a bunch of random stuff without any mention of the fact that the items aren't that brand. If it was this would have been a simple process because the brand is great with refunding if unsatisfied with a purchase but because they sold me half of the parts from one brand and the other half from who knows where in left doing this...
