They have the BEST selection of products in the San Fernando Valley. Compared to other shops, I promise you they give you everything for a much cheaper cost. Been going to this place for a while now and I must say the service here is spot on. Rafii always helps me with everything and is the sweetest. I'm super happy with this place and grateful to all their services. The employees are all kind and welcoming and will answer any of your questions. read more

Hands down Best smoke shop in the San Fernando valley.... Lowest prices, great hours and A+ costumer service.

Guy spoke no English.... Couldn't help me then refused to give me my discount after I spun the wheel for discounts. Horrible selection and overpriced ok don't waste your time line I did! Was a joke! read more

If could give this " Smoke shop" ZERO stars would! Horrible customer service. Man who speaks zero to no English dose not care about customer service. Older gentleman their was rude to begin with from the moment I purchased something from here. Over the weekend I drove from Santa Clarita to purchase a bong here. Bong was $50 witch was overpriced but still gave this place a chance. Went home only to find out the bong is defective. Wasted expensive wax on it whatever figured they would see it's defective and not any fault of mine. But this man straight up told me it's not his problem and points at a sign that says no refunds or exchanges. Which I understand but this something they sold me that is defective. Says owner is not there and he can't do anything about it. I kept trying to nicely explain to him how the bongs smoke is not circulating properly he goes and adds water and tells me see it works! And I said that yes the water can hold but using it is different but he just didn't want to listen to me kept saying not his problem. I told him well let me leave this bong here so you can show your boss not to sell these. He kept insisting I take back with me. But it pointless taking something that wont work back home. I don't know if it was because I am girl or what but the rudeness was crazy! Things didn't end well left VERY UPSET BROKE BONG in front of him! I am not this type of person but Damm I'm not letting this man disrespect me like this! DO NOT COME HERE!! if you don't want to waste money or time. Take the drive to down L.A better prices and service! read more

Bought a vape from here. Died on me within the day and I called asking to return it. The employee on the phone told me to wait until the owner got there the following day. As I pull up to the store he tells me he can't do anything for me and too many people complain about broken vapes to him. read more

I've been here a lot love the place, great prices. Great quality goods! I come here usually for vapes but once in a while I'll get some nice fresh blunt wraps and dope exotic sodas. read more

Dude was nice but he wasn't wearing a mask which made me rush to pick out what I needed, and then he'd like hover around me (I guess to help me take something out of the case but still, back up bruh, my hair and my mask still smell like a musky cologne.) Then like a grip of family members or something came in without masks and went behind the counter. I should have said something but I just wanted to get out of there. So here's me saying something now. I wish I could go back and return it but I just don't want to go back and it's just not worth it at this point. Like I said he was nice but this establishment obviously didn't give a fuck about other people. Prices were whatever, market price for a bubbler won't change more than $2 from shop to shop so it's not expensive, but not any cheaper than any other smoke shop in the valley. I hope you appreciate this real review. read more

Smoke Haus - Different size nails - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Los Angeles, California

The best smoke shop I've been to. I new to the whole vaping stuff. I've been to other shops but they don't seem to be very knowledgeable with what they're selling. He doesn't push you to buy the most expensive stuff. He finds out what exactly your looking for and gives his recommendations. AND he also repairs the devices himself. I've lost money from other shops when my vape pen messed up within like a week. Love this place, he answered all my questions read more

So happy for this new smoke shop in town!! I went in and was immediately amazed at how well they took care of me! Very friendly! They have a variety of hookahs, flavors, vapes and glass pipes. They also have Amsterdam Shag and a lot of other brands of tobacco! Not all smoke shops carry these! They even have a HUGE selection of vape pens and E-juices...but I'll stick to my hookah for now ;] Looking forward to what else they bring in after their Grand Opening (: read more

This place is fantastic. If you pay cash, it is "tax included" and the service is fantastic. My boyfriend and I came here, and he left his wallet on the counter. After two or three hours of freaking out, we return to the smoke shop to find the owner frantically trying to find my boyfriends name on Facebook. Ironically, his paranoia and just trust of the world cause him to have his privacy settings turned up too high for that to be effective. However, the sentiment is what counts. If you have options to spend your dollars here. read more

So happy that I came across Smoke Haus! Super friendly and attentive staff. I've been searching for a small to medium sized good quality hookah and i found the perfect one here!!! Smoke Haus - An amazing mod from Smoke Haus - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Was happy to finally find a place that actually does vape repairs! Plenty of places doing builds etc, but let your mod break and they are dead set on insisting you need a new one. Stopped in here one day by accident and have not gone to another shop since. The parking sucks, sure, but they're also open until 2am. Tiger is super friendly and helpful, let him know what you need and your budget and he will find a way to make it happen for you. Also, lotttttsss of different glass pieces in here if that's your thing. read more
