Called to see if they have something in stock and the lady on the phone says aggressively "idk come…read moreto the store and see." I stayed respectful even though she was giving me attitude. Told her it's a far drive. Hangs up on me. I call back and ask again. She says with attitude they have it and it's $50. It's supposed to be a $25 item, but she's upselling me double, telling me it's $50 + tax. This NoHo location only pays for the Mr. Smokes name. That's why they're so shady. I went to Glendale Mr. Smokes and found the item I needed for $25 and the service was 10x better. I would rather drive all the way to Mr. Smokes Glendale than deal with the rude service from this fake Mr. Smokes in NoHo. NoHo is upselling anyway too, so the extra money I'm spending on gas is actually cheaper than paying double price lol

I mean they're decent considering for Smoke Shop but every now and then it's nice to have some like cheaper items but it seems like everything here, kind of caps around 20 bucks which kind of sucks so that's my only complaint as far as things go here Otherwise they've got a gigantic fucking selection of legitimately just about everything smoke related and not smoke related and before tonight 6/24/25 being the date the last time I had been here was maybe last year I would usually come here when I was in this area, but this is my first time being back in quite some time I happenstance and the customer service I got tonight I wouldn't complain about and I would say it was good, but I don't feel like Ihave been here enough times to give a review other than what I experienced tonight with customer service

I called the store about 15 minutes after I left and asked about my item and that i would be picking it up. He lied about taking my item I left behind, making up about how a homeless man ran in and spit on him and took it. I asked him this was true. To which HE TOLD ME THAT HE LIED after I confronted him on the phone about it. I WAS THEN YELLED AT ABOUT HOW I SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT IT, AFTER I TOLD HIM I CANT BELIEVE HE LIED. He then made an excuse, and I believe he took it himself. No curses were exchanged. I DID NOT YELL OR WAS ANGRY, I WAS UPSET ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME AND THEN VERBALLY WAS NASTY ON THE PHONE. I had to hang up after he repeated berated me. I am a repeat customer. This was HORRIBLE. Please contact me directly.

She told me when they had the shipment of the flavor I like and was always so helpful when choosing flavors. I went back because it's Xmas time and was getting gifts and my cousins cool mint puff wasn't working, so I called and he exchanged it, easily. I bought 4 (2 lychee ice, lush ice, and cool mint). Before I went in my friend told me to check the authentication of it because of what happened and so I did and the lychee ice was fake but the rest were real. I told him and this man shook his head for way too long and was like "they all real" like ok... he doesn't even bother checking or being even caring about it. I mean I don't care about how rude he was but what bothers me is the lack of care he had for when I told him. PLUS, it wasn't even opened so it's not like I couldn't swap it, he didn't offer a swap or anything. Probs won't come back here.
