The lady that used to be here in like May/April was so sweet and so helpful, I wish she was there, not sure if she doesn't work there or what but she is why I came back to this specific store. She told me when they had the shipment of the flavor I like and was always so helpful when choosing flavors. I went back because it's Xmas time and was getting gifts and my cousins cool mint puff wasn't working, so I called and he exchanged it, easily. I bought 4 (2 lychee ice, lush ice, and cool mint). Before I went in my friend told me to check the authentication of it because of what happened and so I did and the lychee ice was fake but the rest were real. I told him and this man shook his head for way too long and was like "they all real" like ok... he doesn't even bother checking or being even caring about it. I had the same problem with the JUUL. I bought one from a different shop and it was not working, then I bought a different one from another different shop and it was still not working. It's not the shop's fault, because they are just retailers and they are just selling it to us. The JUUL company started to make new PODS which do not work with the old devices.
