I've been here a couple times, for the most part it's a great shop, I've had nothing but good experiences. Although today I couldn't say the same. I bought a cool "car key cart battery" and it said the magnetic piece for the screw on was included. Turns out it was not in the package, and now I have to get that separately. Unless I go back and see if I can get one for free since it wasn't included. Nonetheless, People are super nice, they have great pricing, and it's overall a great shop. This ticked me off a little but I'll talk to someone and have it resolved. This issue is the only reason I did not give a 5 star review. read more

This place is the worst. I went to buy something and one of the armenian cashier guy that works in the night had one of his friends come inside and I physically got assaulted. His friend started talking crap and started punching me in the face. I had called the cop to file a report and have the guy that hit me arrested. When the cops had got there to take the report from the cashier, he literally disregarded the fact of what had happened And said that he doesn't know what they're talking about and none of that happened. Do not support this business at all cost, they don't care about the customers! read more

Able helped me out, service here is top notch. They have a wide selection of pens and the best part is their unbeatable prices.

This is the best damn smoke shop in Van Nuys !!! Every time I come here the guys are awesome! they have great customer service! And they always give me a great deal on hookah pens and tobacco products. Every time I'm in town, I gotta come to THIS smoke shop and leave with at least three pens and some backwoods because it's the cheapest in town for great quality ! read more

Abraham is a true businessman, I bought a product here that I thought was factory defected. Abraham solved the problem instantly. Not only that they have better prices than all of smokes shops I've been to. Will be shopping here from now on thank you. read more

The parking area sketch, so don't leave anything valuable in you car. The shops doesn't sell E-Juice, so really don't understand the name "Ultimate Smoke Shop". The selection of glass was good, a bit over priced though. You could probably catch the same deals on Venice boardwalk. If you're a E-Cig smoker in need of juice, DO NOT come here. You will be disappointed. Also; they do not sell any type of mods. This shop is a legit tobacco and hookah shoot. read more

This shop has really nice pieces!! There was a lot of pink ones that I fell in love with. The owner is super nice and BIG PLUS this ship doesn't close until 10pm. All the others close at 9pm. I was in and out super fast. Really nice shop! Clean and easy to see everything. read more

These guys are amazing. Stayed a half an hour later answering all of our questions. So patient and informative. Their glass selection is out of this world and convinced me to spend more than quadruple what I intended to spend. I highly recommend this place for new comers and old timers alike. read more

Can't beat the prices here. Dabbing accessories are much cheaper here than it is at other smoke shops. Service is always friendly. I really like that they take the time to help you pick out things if you're debating on something. Plenty of parking, shares the lot with a dry cleaners. read more

Owner is a great guy. I was looking for a smoke shop; saw this shop had 5 stars. Owner is very friendly. He gave me a great price on a glass piece. Unfortunately, on the way home, I banged the piece and it cracked. The owner laughed, threw a couple of jokes at me and set me up with a new piece, free of charge. Customer service is huge with me. 100% would recommend this spot for any smoking supplies. Great price and great service. read more

I went in with the intent of buying a small glass pipe. But came out with a slightly more expensive pipe. The selection is outstanding and had great customer service!! Definitely my go to place for these type of products. read more

Very nice and clean smoke shop, definitely did not expect it to be this nice in this area... Customer service was great, they had a very big selection of everything a smoke shop should have even cigars! And they really made me feel comfortable unlike other smoke shops where you walk in and a young guy that is high out of his mind greets you. Will be coming back!! And to the one star review below me, you clearly can't read signs because it clearly states that their store opens at 9am, so OFCOURSE if you come at 8:22am no one be there... Lol read more

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. After looking for a birthday gift in the Ventura Blvd. area I decided to come here. I came across all kinds of bongs and pipes but all of em overpriced. Not only did this place have what I was looking for, I got it for a bargain! A bong that would of ran around 200 anywhere else I purchased for 49.99! The guy was friendly and cool and knew his stuff. It's not one of those places where it's between getting a really expensive piece or a cheap one, this place has a wide range of price points and beautiful glass. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

My experience at this smoke shop was by far the best I've had in any smoke shop! Super friendly customer service made me feel very welcomed. Iam a hookah smoker so I always try new places I've been everywhere and now I will stick to this one. Amazing selection on flavors and coals. I would highly recommend giving them a shot! I definitely will be back read more

I went in here last week and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a smoke shop. I was cruisin the valley looking for Heavys and hit up three other shops before Ultimate because the others were on the Heavy distro website. None of them had any so we were headed back when I decided to stop here as a last ditch effort because I'd been there before and liked their selection for such a small space - and my friend got a really nice bubbler from here. So, y'know, what the heck. I walked in and the owner was quick to greet us and let us know that he was there if we had questions about anything. I appreciated this because he didn't crowd us and immediately start prodding about what we wanted like some other shops will. I just like to browse at my own pace. I was eyeing a pretty sweet piece that I was probably going to get until my roommate spotted a Heavy in the back corner of a case. As soon as it was in my hands I knew I had to have it to replace the one I had broken and loved so much. Only problem was I didn't have enough cash on me. I was a little shy of the asking price and he asked me how much cash I had in my pocket. I counted it out and he told me he'd make the deal. I couldn't believe it. When I was looking at it he was telling me how it's a rare find, really a piece of art. All of which is true so I assumed he'd be firm on price. But he was a totally cool guy and told me he'd make the deal because he wanted us to come back. Tell ya what, that's exactly how you get me to come back. And how you get me to write a review which I never do. This spot is a real gem. I rank it above Captain Ed's across the street at this point and they used to be my go-to. Seriously, if you're in the area and have a little time just go check it out because you will definitely find something you like. I plan on going back soon. read more
