I've been here a couple times, for the most part it's a great shop, I've had nothing but good experiences. Although today I couldn't say the same. I bought a cool "car key cart battery" and it said the magnetic piece for the screw on was included. Turns out it was not in the package, and now I have to get that separately. Unless I go back and see if I can get one for free since it wasn't included. Nonetheless, People are super nice, they have great pricing, and it's overall a great shop. This ticked me off a little but I'll talk to someone and have it resolved. This issue is the only reason I did not give a 5 star review. read more

This place is the worst. I went to buy something and one of the armenian cashier guy that works in the night had one of his friends come inside and I physically got assaulted. His friend started talking crap and started punching me in the face. I had called the cop to file a report and have the guy that hit me arrested. When the cops had got there to take the report from the cashier, he literally disregarded the fact of what had happened And said that he doesn't know what they're talking about and none of that happened. Unfortunately, on the way home, I banged the piece and it cracked. The owner laughed, threw a couple of jokes at me and set me up with a new piece, free of charge. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. After looking for a birthday gift in the Ventura Blvd. area I decided to come here. I came across all kinds of bongs and pipes but all of em overpriced. Not only did this place have what I was looking for, I got it for a bargain! A bong that would of ran around 200 anywhere else I purchased for 49.99! The guy was friendly and cool and knew his stuff. It's not one of those places where it's between getting a really expensive piece or a cheap one, this place has a wide range of price points and beautiful glass. I went in here last week and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a smoke shop. I was cruisin the valley looking for Heavys and hit up three other shops before Ultimate because the others were on the Heavy distro website. None of them had any so we were headed back when I decided to stop here as a last ditch effort because I'd been there before and liked their selection for such a small space - and my friend got a really nice bubbler from here. So, y'know, what the heck. I walked in and the owner was quick to greet us and let us know that he was there if we had questions about anything. I appreciated this because he didn't crowd us and immediately start prodding about what we wanted like some other shops will. I just like to browse at my own pace. I was eyeing a pretty sweet piece that I was probably going to get until my roommate spotted a Heavy in the back corner of a case. As soon as it was in my hands I knew I had to have it to replace the one I had broken and loved so much. Only problem was I didn't have enough cash on me. I was a little shy of the asking price and he asked me how much cash I had in my pocket. I counted it out and he told me he'd make the deal. I couldn't believe it. When I was looking at it he was telling me how it's a rare find, really a piece of art. All of which is true so I assumed he'd be firm on price. But he was a totally cool guy and told me he'd make the deal because he wanted us to come back. Tell ya what, that's exactly how you get me to come back. And how you get me to write a review which I never do. This spot is a real gem. I rank it above Captain Ed's across the street at this point and they used to be my go-to. Seriously, if you're in the area and have a little time just go check it out because you will definitely find something you like. I plan on going back soon. read more

They sell fake RAW papers here. Went in and bought a pack got home and instantly knew they were fake. Cheap knockoff , threw it away because i have no idea what it's made out of . I'd avoid this place and find a place that doesn't try to cut corners and make an extra 50 cents off a pack of papers at a customers health expense. read more
