My experience at this smoke shop was nothing short of disastrous. I walked into this nasty hole in the wall only to be met with an appalling level of customer service, shady business practices, sky-high prices, and an overall lack of respect. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. It seemed as though my presence was inconvenient for them. The customer service was abysmally poor; no smiles, no friendly greetings, and certainly no assistance. I felt as though I had to navigate the store and its offerings on my own. The staff members were more interested in other things than in assisting me, a paying customer. The business dealings were shady at best. There were no clear price tags on any of the items. When I asked about the prices, I was given vague answers that left me confused and suspicious. The prices quoted seemed unusually high compared to other smoke shops I had visited in the area. This lack of transparency made me question the integrity of this establishment. Additionally, there was a glaring lack of respect from the staff. I was met with dismissive attitudes and sarcastic comments. This disregard for customer feedback was appalling. Other issues included poor hygiene standards, with dirty floors and dusty shelves. This smoke shop turned out to be a nightmare experience for me. The combination of poor customer service, shady business practices, high prices, lack of respect, and incompetent staff made my visit a deeply disappointing one. I strongly advise anyone seeking a decent smoke shop to look elsewhere. read more
