To other customers: PLEASE READ BELOW…read more TO THE MANAGER: About 20 min ago I just got off the phone with your employee. I bought 2 vapes and walked to pavilions. I called the store about 15 minutes after I left and asked about my item and that i would be picking it up. He lied about taking my item I left behind, making up about how a homeless man ran in and spit on him and took it. I asked him this was true. To which HE TOLD ME THAT HE LIED after I confronted him on the phone about it. I WAS THEN YELLED AT ABOUT HOW I SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT IT, AFTER I TOLD HIM I CANT BELIEVE HE LIED. He then made an excuse, and I believe he took it himself. No curses were exchanged. I DID NOT YELL OR WAS ANGRY, I WAS UPSET ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME AND THEN VERBALLY WAS NASTY ON THE PHONE. I had to hang up after he repeated berated me. I am a repeat customer. This was HORRIBLE. Please contact me directly.

Looks burnt and half empty upon opening it. Doesn't show above but a protective mouthpiece cover was non-existent.

We stopped and went inside. I did not catch the guys name but he was so nice and helpful. The price for the stem, bowl, and clip to help keep it together was so much less than I expected. Cool local cigar shop & lounge in Sherman Oaks…read more The Cigar House (#3) is a small inviting and intimate space with amazing customer service, selections and a beautiful layout. They have some great couches and areas to sit and enjoy a cigar, huge flat screens playing the latest events and that aromatic scent of flavors. The humidor room is fairly nice and even more intimate! They keep it at a higher temperature compared to other local shops, but this preserves the cigars in the best way possible. Being in the plaza lot off Ventura Blvd/ Van Nuys Blvd with places like El Torito, Dojo Sushi, New York Bagel, VE Station and Gyu-Kaku to name a few, the lot can be pretty oversaturated at times, especially on the weekends. C.H. sells cigar boxes and accessories at reasonable prices, but are slightly more than other shops, again the quality and upkeep speaks of this small business. The guy who runs the store is pretty friendly, often in a dapper suit or stylish dress fit. I've been in a few times now and never had one bad experience. Hoping to stop in with my friend Jeff over my guy and enjoy the full experience soon. Don't inhale. Just enjoy.
