The phone rang and he just told the person on the other line that he would call them back (personal phone call) and gave me all his attention to help find the right piece for me. I live around the corner and it's such a convenient store to go get vapes. The guy is so nice and knows me because I'm now a regular. They have a great selection of glass pieces, vapes, hookahs. Don't shop here. They try to pass fake products as authentic ones. Plus the manager is super shady. I purchased a vape pen that ended up being faulty and he hassled me when I wanted to exchange it. Keep it mind that I only had it for like a week. He obviously needs to learn how to treat customers. I'm surprised this place is still even open. read more

If you like to gamble with your hard earned money and treated like a crook then come to this place. I originally came to pick up a battery for my vape pen. The place wasn't fancy at all. Looked like a pop up liquor store, except for smokes. Didn't bother me much because I just needed to pick up a battery and leave. As soon as I got there and asked for the battery I wanted (I knew because I called ahead of time to check if they had it), the owner kept trying to up-sell me on this "better" battery that obviously cost more, but would last me so much longer. I told him the one I had lasted me over a year especially since I wasn't using it daily and sometimes not touch it for a week or two. He insisted that the "better" one is the way to go and he would even thrown in a "free" charger that I would normally have to pay for, so I trusted him and went for it. Owned it for about 2 weeks, used it only on a handful of occasions (not a daily vaper), and charged it once...no problems at all. Around the 2 weeks mark I noticed the battery was getting weak so I charged it (2nd time charging it), but it kept giving me issues and would not charge. Like any normal customer with a possible defective item that I've owned for less than 30 days, I took it back to the store thinking this was normal procedure and it would be fine, BUT APPARENTLY I WAS WRONG!!! The owner remembered me and was cool up until I started talking about the battery he up-sold me the last time I was there. The mood in the room changed immediately, but I continue to explain. I told him the situation and throughout my explanation he kept making rude side comments eluding to the fact that I was lying about only using it a handful of occasions and other things. Funny thing is even if I was lying about using it a handful of times, I only owned this "better" battery for 2 weeks with a receipt to prove it so at the end he still sold me a defective item!! Nonetheless, he kept making snarky comments. He then takes my battery and charger and tries for himself. It doesn't work like I said so he tries the battery with a different charger...that doesn't work so he tries a different battery with my charger and it works. Once he realized that he indeed sold me a faulty battery, the mood lightened up a little. He then kept blaming the person he got his products from and then said he would exchange his faulty product for a new one for me just this one time as if he was doing me a favor especially since he's ripping me off from the beginning. I took the new battery and vowed to never come back. The prices here are decent, but be warned that ALL SALES ARE FINAL even if it doesn't state that anywhere in the store. The hassle and being patronize is not worth a decent deal. I would much rather pay way more to a hard working, good hearted, good business ethics owner. By the way, they sell fake replicas here. The battery I got was close to $30 and had a bar code on the box for you to check for authenticity. When I looked it up on the site, the number that was on the box was not a genuine registered item. Even the battery itself was a total fake replica once closely examined. I looked it up on eBay and people were selling the real one or an excellent replica that looked like the real one for ONLY $10. Again, he was selling his fakes for close to $30!!! And was upset and rude when I brought his defective item back trying to make me feel like he was giving me a deal by allowing me to exchange something faulty he up-sold me on. What a horrible person and bad business owner taking advantage of innocent people. My friends and I will never be returning to this place even though it's the closest to where I live. read more

Great place to get smokes, much better than the King tobacco across the street. But I wouldn't trust the vape products, it's not their fault but a lot of brand name mods, pens, and the e juices themselves have knockoffs these days everywhere at what I like to call uninformed vape shops, that's what this is, not all their juices are like this but I wouldn't trust them, also they don't carry coils or anything. They do have some clear knock off products but so does the place across the street. It's the reseller taking advantage of someone who doesn't know the vape industry really well like you need to in order to spot inconsistencies in vape products. So, If you are a vapor go to the vapor shop near woodman on Ventura by the 7-11 and McDonald's across from poquito mas. If you need smokes and want a friendly atmosphere then this place is perfect. I'm giving it five stars cuz the guy is really Nice and the smokes are fresh and I much prefer it over the a$$ holes across the street at king tobacco read more
