I definitely lean more medium bodied, also how I like my wine as well as whiskey/scotch/bourbon, but have come across a lot of light, not to mention full bodied flavors. A nice Rocky Patel and a Balvenie 12 year neat, sounds like a good day. I've been in small handful of times now and the service is always friendly, personable and thoughtful. They're happy to guide you, answer any questions you have as well as let you explore. They have some of if not the best whole sale prices I've come across in the valley, maybe even all of Los Angeles. Great premium cigars, accessories and more. A lot of cigar folks gather in front with their patio chair and table overlooking Lankershim. They have a huge selection as well as a backroom lounge. Open until 9pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturday they stay opened until 10pm. Sundays there hour are from Noon to 8pm There's Wi-Fi, a flat screen in the lounge, plus a fair amount of tables and chairs. Open every day, seven days a week.

Please, me and a lot of other neighbors in Toluca lake are begging for you to end this smoking patio that takes up the sidewalk. Nobody likes it. Nobody appreciates it except the rotating lot of four men who sit there. Or at least ask them to please fucking respect the people who live here who walk.

Updating review because my account that had a LOT…read moreof points from spending hundreds of dollars showed up as being created "3 months ago" when I didn't even come by the store then - plus their "double tax". Retail prices (for what I got) are fair - but then they charge a "double tax" meaning 10% + 10%... Back when I used to come by they'd never charge me any tax at all. Again, maybe new staff/management? Either way, my points are gone and the double tax thing ain't it. It's not about the little money. Everything I wrote about cleanliness, customer service, and their vast selection of items still applies except for those 2 major things.

My name is Joe Farr from Studio City and I have been frequenting this Smoke-shop for over 3 Years, making quick friends with the PREVIOUS OWNERS. But, there is New Management (operating only in CASH?) -that does NOT FURNISH receipts UNLESS BEGGED FOR- (or collect taxes for Our City, County and State taxes). The new Owners look like, act like, and TALK a lot LIKE stereotype "GANGSTERS". They make Me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Here's INE EXAMPLE: Yesterday I bought something I cannot use, and I asked for a receipt. I received a handwritten illegible piece of Paper instead. Today I needed to EXCHANGE this new Glass component FOR ANOTHER because it did not fit. "Tay-Tay" refused any exchange. I dont want a refund. I was HAPPY with this STORE... not now!!! read more

Literally the best smoke shop I have ever been to (I don't know much about smoke shops buuuut) ... going in there makes you forget you came to buy something. Everyone is so funny, straightforward and more about making sure you get what's suitable for you versus trying to sell you sh*t. It's like a little family. They actually went to bat for me with another shop owner that overcharged me & completely ripped me off because the unit was defective. They personally went & had it swapped out. - They're all really bourgeois & they talk a lot of sh*t lol but they're good dudes with great prices, good hearts and great energy. This place is really fully loaded and has all of my smoking needs. Prices and fair and reasonable and the staff know their stuff so if you need a hint as to what to buy, they will guide you. The selection is massive, and they have all the high end hookahs, cigars and glasses. Parking is very easy and they open late just for that last min stuff that you need . Thank you guys. Folks are chill and mind their business ... but if you're a dude that likes some banter at the register - omg. Jackson is super pro, knows all the products, always has my (unusual) brand in stock - or conjures a fresh carton from the back somehow (every other joint in town is out half the time) - plus! seriously one of the brighter lights / instant charisma wizards I've bumped into in a business in ... hella long time. Enthusiastic, real, energetic, funny like laugh out loud style, super solid - I spend time in there just shooting the sh*t - and then wander around spending random money like a drunken sailor on posters and stickers and keychains and candy I even use the atm on the regular chuckle ... just so I can hang a little longer! Later met his gal pal Nic: same - super sweet, smart, fun...later got to know Curtis U, another major cat - now everyone in there. I met the owner Carla the other day finally (I'd heard of her from the folks)...hand to god I stood at the register for several minutes gushing about how much I like the store and especially the employees. I don't even smoke cannabis anymore, haven't for years and years. But feel totally at home there. This place is off the hook. If there was 'leaking' it was do to her misuse and her fault. The fact that she even used it with 'tobacco' BEFORE SIMPLY TRYING IT A FEW TIMES with just water and NO flame is PROOF the she was a liar and the pipe was USED FULLY and most certainly, NOT RETURNABLE (as the sign at the register says anyway).
