I just spoke with Bryan, the asian guy that I suspect owns Cig Zone. He sold me a bubbler about a week ago, and when I placed it inside the fridge to chill the water, the bottom of the bubbler popped off. No visible cracks or damage. He said of course he remembered me, because I thoroughly inspected all of his bubblers before picking one. In fact I still have the purchase receipt! He offered only to sell me another bubbler for five bucks off. When I suggested he speak to his glass provider he told me he could do nothing more. I been coming here for supplies for over a year now... And I will never come back again. He does not guarantee any of his products, and his solution is to sell you more of the same defective products, at a discount. Feel free to contact me if you had a similar experience at this business.... I don't like putting people out there, but this guy is pretty unreasonable. The guy who runs it is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a rolling tobacco that wasn't all dried out, or tasted stale. He actually knew what he was talking about, and wasn't quick to just hand me any old rolling tobacco. The prices are more than fair, he gets to know what you smoke, and he often has it ready for you by the time you walk up to the counter. I found that the brand I prefer buying (coco nara) are priced higher than I've ever seen, so when I asked the guy behind the counter why it's so pricy, he said (verbatim) "too bad". Owner is very curteous and helpful. Cigarettes are a huge bargain, cheapest around, I get my pack of Marlboro for under 5 bucks. I recently needed to buy a pipe (I wont' say which kind), and there were others in the store I quitely asked for my particular pipe, and the young man wrapped it up in a brown bag before he handed it to me. This place is very expensive for bongs, or pipes. If you just need a pack of cigs or a lighter ok, but otherwise save your money and buy smoking goods wholesale. Plus the owner is very rude. There aren't prices listed in the store and the specials are whatever he decides at the time. When I asked how much for the bong on display he said 300.00! And curtly replied, "are you going to buy or just ask prices??" I informed him I just moved into the area and wanted to buy but his incredibly rude attitude turned me off completely.
