Great store with some good prices. They have good prices on items with a wide selection of choices. Have been to a few local shops and this one usually has what I need. Registered dealer for Hunibadgers, Puffcos and Pax. Great if you need extra accessories that usually break off. read more

Hahaha they had this old long haired white worker. Dude had the biggest stick up his rear. Terrible customer service. It was funny going here buying my stuff meanwhile the employee didn't say a single word, avoided eye contact, and had the goofiest pathetic unhappy look on his face lol. I think they got rid of him. Good riddance. Hope you found a better job or picked the bottle back up. read more

Fully stocked store and very friendly service. I always get greeted with a smile and best prices in town.

Sin City is a great shop for all your smoking/tobacco needs. All the staff AND the owner are pretty knowledgeable about all the products they are selling. I have been in a number of times and any time I had questions or was being super indecisive about what to buy, they were more than patient and willing to help me figure out what to spend my money on. A big bonus, they are one of a very few authorized retailers in the area for Puffco products. This forsure has become my regular stop for whatever I need. read more

Where is Bryan? The White guy here now is a complete DICK. I come to this store once a week religiously. First, he rushes me. What do you want . . I asked him the price of a pack of Dutchess with tax ( Id noticed before this store is higher than everywhere else) he tell me 1.74 which I responded ah dang! You're higher than everywhere else. He shrugs his shoulders Oh Well (mind you Im still selecting the flavors even though they are more expensive) once he gave me that. Then turned away from me. I said, forget it. Youre not getting my money youre rude asf!! read more

Great smoke shop, they don't only carry products for smokers but they have a great selection of other products. Best of all is the great customer service Bryan left but Steven stayed and the new owner seems to be pretty cool too. I highly recommend this place read more

I just spoke with Bryan, the asian guy that I suspect owns Cig Zone. He sold me a bubbler about a week ago, and when I placed it inside the fridge to chill the water, the bottom of the bubbler popped off. No visible cracks or damage. He said of course he remembered me, because I thoroughly inspected all of his bubblers before picking one. In fact I still have the purchase receipt! He offered only to sell me another bubbler for five bucks off. When I suggested he speak to his glass provider he told me he could do nothing more. I been coming here for supplies for over a year now... And I will never come back again. He does not guarantee any of his products, and his solution is to sell you more of the same defective products, at a discount. Feel free to contact me if you had a similar experience at this business.... I don't like putting people out there, but this guy is pretty unreasonable. I was fairly surprised, and am happy to take my business elsewhere. Thanks for reading! read more

I handed over a twenty for a dollar lotto ticket, apologizing that I had nothing smaller for a $1 purchase. Imagine my shock when the woman behind the counter refused to give me my $19 in change, explaining that I had just bought 20 chances using the *same* numbers. And she couldn't undo it, it was impossible. Ultimately I got my money back but only after a lengthy argument and, I suspect, because two other customers saw it all and walked out. Shady? You betcha. read more

The guy who runs it is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a rolling tobacco that wasn't all dried out, or tasted stale. He actually knew what he was talking about, and wasn't quick to just hand me any old rolling tobacco. The prices are more than fair, he gets to know what you smoke, and he often has it ready for you by the time you walk up to the counter. It's a great local shop for all your tobacco or pipe needs. read more

I love the store owner here, nicest man ever! He always greets you with a big genuine smile and makes you feel so welcome. I always leave Cig Zone feeling good. It's my #1 go-to store and the prices are juuuuuust right. read more

I've lived by this place for a while now, but didn't get the itch to walk in until recently. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection for all products here. I walked in and did a quick browse of the place. Within a few steps into the shop I was greeted with a hello and had my question answered right away. I couldn't have been in the store for more than two minutes. Awesome! read more

I live right next to this place, and I walked there looking to buy hookah charcoal. I found that the brand I prefer buying (coco nara) are priced higher than I've ever seen, so when I asked the guy behind the counter why it's so pricy, he said (verbatim) "too bad". And that's when I left it and walked out - clearly does not care for my business! read more

Owner is very curteous and helpful. Cigarettes are a huge bargain, cheapest around, I get my pack of Marlboro for under 5 bucks. I recently needed to buy a pipe (I wont' say which kind), and there were others in the store I quitely asked for my particular pipe, and the young man wrapped it up in a brown bag before he handed it to me. Definately worth the small walk. read more

The owner is awesome, cordial and remembers his customers. His selection is decent and the prices are reasonable. I've been a customer for a few years and have had no problems whatsoever. The owner couldn't fix a pipe I had but offered a reasonable solution. Couldn't ask for better customer service! read more

This place is very expensive for bongs, or pipes. If you just need a pack of cigs or a lighter ok, but otherwise save your money and buy smoking goods wholesale. Plus the owner is very rude. There aren't prices listed in the store and the specials are whatever he decides at the time. When I asked how much for the bong on display he said 300.00! And curtly replied, "are you going to buy or just ask prices??" I informed him I just moved into the area and wanted to buy but his incredibly rude attitude turned me off completely. Expensive merchandise and terrible customer service. As a smoker enthusiast I definitely do not recommend this place, cig zone on magnolia & vineland. Go one block up to Blues smoke shop and leave happy seriously :) read more
