The service is excellent. The selection is great in a variety of hookah, vapes, cigarettes and a wide selection of cigars. The value is great when you buy more. I have been going there since 2013 and have had the best customer service and they are known as another family and knows your brand and let's you know of any new brands and flavors. I highly recommend this place they are well knowledgeable and any Questions you have is answered. There is no dumb questions only if you don't ask. This is my local shop and I come here frequently. Today I bought two elfbars and they were BOTH defective and/or fake. I got a kiwi passion fruit guava and it would not hit. Would not take a charge, nothing. They were able to offer a replacement. I also got a watermelon skittlez that gets stuck and (loudly) sizzles, right out of the box. Sounds like it was trying to catch on fire. They were not willing to replace and scoffed that they were doing me a favor in the first place. Dude also said they are supposed to sizzle loudly. Okay good sir. Would not recommend. read more

I brought my family here because it was the closet place to where I lived and they purchased a battery on June 19 on June 30 exactly 10 days later the main magnet to the battery popped out the battery worked fine up until exchanging carts. I came here to see if anyone else experienced this and there had been plenty of lost customers who also spent their money here just to be offered a sorry or a $5 discount. Everyone don't deserve to have a business because they run 1st time customers away read more

DO NOT BUY ZYNS HERE! I have been buying them here for a nearly a year. It was my go to shop. A few days ago I went in and bought them and they are FAKE! From the outside they look real, but when you open them you can instantly tell. They are yellow tinted and moist. They also smell strong of the flavor you get. Anyone that uses Zyns know that the pouches are always white and dry. Lastly you can use the code in the back of the can and input it on Zyns official website and it will not work. The codes are fake and the zyns are fake. STAY AWAY. read more

Well, that blows. I've been coming to this shop since June 2023 since I moved to Burbank to work on a couple feature films. It's right in walking distance, so it's always nice to go up there and grab a cigar. Today was the first time when I went to go get a cigar, the young man working at the counter literally stood at the door of the humidor, with his arms open, blocking the door exit and waited for and watched me pick out my cigars. I even told him I came there often and this is the first time anybody's made me feel this uncomfortable by standing at the door while I was getting my cigars. He said it was cause they moved some vapes in there. They've had vapes and everything in that humidor since I've been going there since June so I don't know what excuse he was trying to make, but that just didn't sit right with me. It was very violating & was so unpleasant and it just made me feel uncomfortable and I just can't go back after that. read more

Good smoke shop with wide nice variety of selection of smoke to choose from. I return here regularly after my daily rat droppings, to return to the sounds of the wave. Although I never have sufficient funds, I'd like to buy a whole carton. I usually go for Marlboro special select 100s, grabba leaf or hookah tobacco selection. Can't wait to buy from here again! read more

Been burned here before. Just went back because my other vape shop was closed. Once again, got a fake product. Recognized the misprint on the product, then when verifying the barcode on the fake elf bar I noticed it takes you to a website that spoofs the elf bar website. 100% frauds at this place. Do not go here. Who knows what you are actually smoking. read more

one of the best smokeshops in burbank they always ask how my day has been, have been coming here for one year and not one altercation, the men here are respectful and always on the customers side , ive been reading all the bad reviews and i genuinely can say those people are overreacting, this smokeshop always gets hate over theyre "no refund policy" but that's literally every smokeshop smh. Honestly, this smokeshop has wonderful work etiquette and they are very informative with their products. I would give 10 stars if I could read more

I began frequenting my smoke shop when I began working for the city of Burbank way back in 2015. 5 years later and its still the only smoke shop I go to for my carton of cigarettes and my other smoking needs. I no longer work for city of Burbank, I still travel from the eagle rock, Glendale/Glassell park area to My Smoke Shop. Why?. because they are just that awesome. They always have my cigarettes at a reasonable price, at least I feel its reasonable and although they've never had a complete full carton of my brand these last few times, it still hasn't deterred me away. Every single staff person I have dealt with over these years have always been cool and courteous. i have never had any type of negative interaction with anyone that's has been employed there. The shop is always well kept and clean. all of the merchandise is well placed and organized. you should never have a bad experience when coming here but as always everyone's experience will vary, just because I haven't had a bad expsrience doesn't mean that you wont. So for whatever it that you smoke, vape or other, my smoke shop has you covered. read more

I've been a loyal customer for nearly 3 years and I am very disappointed with the service I had received today on Christmas I have purchased well over 20 torches within just this year. so I was told by the employee that if I was to purchase one of the more expensive ones off the top shelf it would be a lot more reliable and last longer so I invested in one and I bought it ,..it was only two days old and the torch ended up exploding in my hand and setting my hand on fireI was told by one of the employees earlier today to come by in the evening and speak with a manager who should be able to help me with fixing the situation well when I got thereI I spoke with the manager call the owner to exchange it the owner quickly says NO! NO exchanges no returns and says " he's had it and use it I cannot and will not return read more

Chris was very helpful in helping pick out a gift in for a family member that is very picky when it comes to there cigars & especially picky when it comes to his accessories he showed me a few that I figured would be to his liking, two days later I finally get invited to there man cave and I never would of thought that they would complement me on having a good eye (thanks to Kris and the team working the night shift as well I think deserve some credit ;] I should have said had a say in it maybe enjoy the compliment just a little longer until then) for taste they where even amazed when I mentioned that it was all from our neighbor shopping center and not some fancy shop on Rodeo, they were shocked to say the least they liked the fancy cigar cutters and torch's.... thank you guys I haven't heard them complain at a single thing' they real are a one stop shop for gifts or personal ones at that' read more

My Smoke Shop - My first invite out with all the good fellas, I must say they were happy with there matching accessories' - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Burbank, California

Do not visit the smoke shop ever. They're selling pirated goods from another country and they are rude and they're shysters. They are in business only for themselves and they ripped us off today by selling us contraband vape products. And then they proceeded to tell us to open it up to make sure that they worked which in reality we knew that that meant that they were unreturnable even though they said open them up if they look like they're not right will refund your money then they changed their mind and said they would not refund our money once they were open so they're doing business in an unscrupulous manner and please steer clear of this awful business. If I could give them a -10*and yelp I definitely would. And they're selling ElfBar (contraband) which is illegal. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I frequent this shop often. They sold me a faulty vape battery a week ago, brought it in and the guy looked at me like a criminal. I did not have a receipt so that is my bad but I was treated like complete shit. He wouldn't even entertain an exchange or discussion, as I said I am a frequent customer. I was in on July 16 Saturday 11:00 am, whoever was working is a jerk. Won't be back, way too many options to put up with being treated like I was trying to get one over on them for a $15 vape battery. Stay away. read more

I needed a new smoking device and Niki came to the rescue. She offered a couple options to me and was very honest and KNOWLEDGEABLE about all of the products. She knew the ins and out of the devices as well as each of their qualities. There is plenty of selection for vape juices too. I ended up with the pretty purple novo and a jambalaya of different flavors. Niki will be a reason for me to return to this establishment because she makes it seem like she's been your best friend for 7/8 years in the 5-10 minutes you're there! I have never ever gotten any thing close to good customer service from this store. The people that work there are rather uninterested in your questions and mostly, for those questions they are able to answer, it is usually a "No." We don't have it, we don't participate in that, we have never heard of it.... no, no and more no. They aren't interested in why you are in their store and if a yawn comes out of them, it's not even surprising. read more
