I'm not a cigar smoker, but I needed to get a gift for a cigar smoking friend, so I stopped here based on the great reviews. The place is super cozy, but they had a huge selection of cigars. I was at their mercy to pick out some decent sticks for my friend, and according to my buddy, they picked out some great ones. So I'll definitely be back the next time I need to get some cigars. I've lived in Burbank for 11 years and found this cigar lounge about 3-4 years ago. Love it. I frequent most Burbank businesses based on the owners, the products, the vibe and most of all - my experience. From the great experiences I have had to relax, have a smoke, watch tv or movies, and the great valuable conversations with the owners and other regulars / customers that come in - I've become a regular at this point, It's not your fancy membership type spot, it feels home-y, it's chill. After seeing that 1 star review - I'll say this: No matter if everyone has their own perspectives and opinion - as we all do as humans being living our own lives - there's never been any intentional disrespect to anyone no matter your community, gender, etc. Very intelligent folks in this space including the owner and sometimes we may have the occasional deep, enlightening convos about the world, but usually it's lighter, just jokes and bustin chops. Great times! Take it from someone who's very black, very empathetic of others - great people, cigars and great experiences are had at this lounge. Had a chance to check out Burbank Cigar Lounge when I was in the area waiting for kids on a play date with friends. The lounge is on the corner behind its front parking lot that can fit 6-7 vehicles easily. It's a small place, TV to the left, check out area on the right and the humidor immediately directly in front upon entering. Not a huge selection of cigars but carried many of the popular brands from Dominican and Nicaragua. I purchased a Montecristo White Label. The humidity seemed to be well controlled, the cigar was in good condition and burned well. Had a few questions about their product lines that were answered. I smoked inside and watched tv. Wasn't the most modern lounge but a place you can buy premium cigars at a decent price. read more

I remember walking in the first time after having my first 2 day fishing trip in Bishop California going up the canyons and stopping by streams and lakes all connected beautiful high altitude and one of the guys was into cigars and had a humidifier and I guess special cigars he had been saving for a trip like this and he was thankful enough to share me a couple while fishing and the first took a while to get used too but oh man once in that beautiful outdoors,gentle snow first time seeing, catching and releasing rainbow trout while enjoying a fine cigar that I wish I knew more about, this led to after the trip which was almost 3-4 years ago I decided to find a figure and buy a cigar and being young 19-20 looking 16-17 at the time and buying from couple junk rip off smoke shops around burbank area I grew up in my whole life Any I suddenly remember a cigar shop near a Alfa Romeo and mechanic shop hidden but living in the area I decided to drop by and it was funny and awkward experience first time because a young looking kid walks in with men with manly beards sitting smoking cigars chilling and just us both confused as much haha but regardless they were really nice and I told him I had a low amount of money and told him pick one for me and it was amazing compared to the other smoke shops in Burbank I had tried once or twice! Now many years later I've had some cigars from a old Birthday I found kind of late and dry so I tried to restore but had some weird complications anyway long story short I just gave a call many years later and gonna swing by pickup a fresh one to enjoy and some tips! I spoke to Brandon, I am about to head out there now and if you always treat people with respect and kindness I don't see anyone ever having a bad experience here at this cigar lounge (they have A LOT of choices and cigars too)! I would avoid this location and I recommend it 0 stars. The regulars who were smoking inside with the owner were saying degrading things about women, racist comments about Asians, and were saying the N-word openly and laughing about black people. I also heard a few f*ggots thrown around when they were talking about gay people, and some anti-semitism as well. The owner seemed to not care, considering he was sitting there laughing with them the entire hour. Yes, he was participating in the conversations and debauchery. Seems like they were all trying to one-up each other saying crude and disgusting things that don't belong in the 21st century. I really didn't understand it; they were all in their 40s or 50s and it is mindboggling how low one's IQ can be. At least I hoped being grown men they would have learned some decency or civility. It is a huge shame this establishment exists in our community. read more

Super cool old school retro cigar lounge, it's like going back in time to the 80's to smoke cigars with your uncles. Good selection, but better prices. Plenty of chairs for such a small place and cold drinks available for a buck. Will definitely come back again. read more

Since I did a review already, here are the bullet points of my most recent visit: - still small - same guy running it - still has great suggestions - low inventory now a days (had maybe a total of 100 sticks in his humidor) - only cigar shop open on Sunday in Burbank If he beefs up his inventory I would have been more inclined to walk away with things, but as I was just in the neighborhood, I sadly did not walk out with a bag in my hand... also note that he does not carry pipe or pipe tobacco or accessories here, simply Cigars. read more

When the gang came in from Chicago on business, they immediately met me at the Cigar Shop. Jimmy Larson and Peter Nelson couldn't believe the prices and the short 7 minute drive from the Bob Hope Airport. The Casa Magna recommended by a big guy named Greg made their night, while the rain poured down and we watched the NBA Slam Dunk All Stars. The Chicago 5 were happy to be dressed casually in jeans and running shoes. They were laughing like crazy with a cast of characters in the lounge who could have their own reality TV show. Some guy named fudgecake said to Peter, party hardy and rock and roll when he asked what L.A is like.
