Arma was awesome he was very helpful and gave good customer service. I drove through here on my way to NorCal. I bought a lighter that I thought was broken. On my way home to socal I drove through to see if they can exchange it for me which he did and gave me some free butane for my inconvenience. Although it wasn't broken I just wasn't using it right. Been shopping here since before their expansion, but probably no more. My issue is that their prices vary depending on who is working when I go in. For example; I regularly buy Bugler brand rolling papers-sometimes they are $2 and sometimes they are $2.50. Today I tried to talk with the 'manager' about the descrepency but the clerk refused to convey my request (even though he had just went to the office to ask the price). There are at least 4 stores selling tobacco accessories with 3 blocks of this place, it is easy enough to shop elsewhere read more

I mean for some people this is cool but I was greeted by a gentleman named Jorge. I guess Imthe confusion look on my face when trying to decide what item I wanted. He was extremely courteous and made you feel as if he wanted your business. Certain spots just magazine like you owe them a favor. No it's a transaction and we are both getting something good out of this. Make your way down there. Convenient parking so you can get in and grab yo ish and hop back in the car with your homies or your lady. P.S try not to stress yourself out or dull in it. We only have one life to live. Great shop and most employees are nice and friendly. Unfortunately there's this young guy that works there and whenever I go in he adds $2 onto the normal price of each item, plus tax. George and the other guy who have been working there for a while have amazing customer service. Looks like they need to train the newer associates on proper etiquette and customer service. Went into this smoke shop by chance as I was passing by, the selection here is incredible. As soon as I walked in a man named Arman walked out and greeted me and asked what I needed. I needed an extra quartz banger and man oh man did they have SELECTION!!! The store is SUPER clean, and they have a massive selection on everything from pipes to salt liquids and all. Well I told the guy "I dont want it to shut off and turn back on every 5 seconds because its to hot" He told me take the hookah john burner. He hooked me up and gotta say its the best one ive bought. Made a quick stop today to pick up pods for my Juul and I was amazed. The service they rendered to me as a customer was amazing. The worker at the time knew everything about juul and compared it to puff and Hitt and told me about the pros and cons and It felt like I was talking to a specialist at a BestBuy. Other then that the store itself is not your regular smoke shop, it has more then anywhere I have seen before. It was like I walked into a Costco with great prices as well. I also threw out a question about a bong and again the guy helping me was on top of it like he had a degree in the glassware.
