I loved this place. They had a great selection of products, especially hookah products which are my favorite but I noticed a wide variety of products to cater to anyones needs. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful. They recommended a flavor I hadn't tried before (double apple) and it was amazing. Definitely coming back here once I run out. read more

Wouldn't recommend going there bad customer service thank you want to comply with us keep yelling after we she demonstrated it in the brown was broken and we show him that it was cracked and it was fine and this is how they come I bought 2 bongs in 1 week both broke in the same week all the bongs and pieces Riggs are cheap and keep telling us to bad glow it back not my problem all glass is cheap and over priced even the expensive bongs that they have there bad experience for my first time going there rather stick to the smoke shop in Sylmar that have great customer service and there bongs and rigs and trays and other items that they have for selling that aren't cheap and over priced. Wouldn't go there ever again read more

This was my go to shop because it was by my house .about 2 weeks ago I went and I was looking for hookah tips owner was trying to sell me 3 tips for 1$ when you can buy a bag of 40 for like 5 bucks,so I already knew he was ripping me off which I did not care because I needed for a party . I buy 7$ worth of tips as I pay and I'm walking out I realized I didn't need them no more so I go inside and try to return them 1 min later and the owner was like no you can't return.have in mind I come here every time for cigarettes. To me that's bad customer service for 7$ which is fine I'll be taking my business to another shop won't be coming here anymore read more

This shop has been in Pacoima for a while. The selection they have is huge and you are able to find anything you are looking for. I usually come in for puffs and hookah flavor and they always have new flavors in stock. Have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else! Prices are the best you'll find anywhere. Mark the owner is incredibly helpful and kind, there's been times where I'll be looking for a specific product and if they don't have it he orders it and keeps it in stock! He even will show me things that he thinks are better in quality but cheaper in price and every recommendation is always spot on. Highly recommend! read more

This is the best smoke shop in town. There's a couple of closer ones by my house but I drive a little further out to come here because they have the best prices on all their product. The guys working here are all friendly and very helpful. I get my vape juice from here and it's always consistent and good quality. Their cigars are always fresh too so I never have to worry about getting a bad batch. They have a good selection of custom vapes.. I've had mine for over a year and it's still working perfectly. This is my Go-To Spot for not just tobacco, but also wraps, papers, and wonderful pieces. There is a huge variety and the quality doesn't decrease when the prices do. Very affordable- less expensive than your local convenience stores. My favorite part is the customer service- the owner and employees are always sincerely kind and want to make sure I get what I like. They even keep an eye out for new products that I might want to try. If they don't have something in stock, they will try to find it for you too. Best smoke shop in town. When you walk in you'll notice that the store is full of products of all kinds from glass to hookah tobacco to flavored swishers. Its a daily store for many customers and they always walk in an out happy.
