This is hands down the best smoke shop in the whole valley, and indisputably the best, cleanest, friendliest, and carrier of freshest products I have ever been to in my life. Every other smoke shop in the valley I've been to charges egregious prices per item and you end up getting dry or stale products. Every single thing I've purchased here is competitively priced and I've never been able to find a better price elsewhere. All of the employees are super nice and helpful. The girls are very nice and kind. The owner takes pride in his business and you can tell he is always ten steps ahead of the other businesses in terms of bringing new products in. We need to support smart business owners like this one and not the robber Barron's that overcharge and take advantage of you. The only criticism I have is that y'all do too much when it comes to customer service and asking questions, but hey If that's my only complaint, it's not too bad. read more

Last time I been here dude (owner) I know his name but not worth to say, up-charged me. I got a negative vibe from him so never been back since then. Good luck. Everything is competitive these days, how you treat customers is most important. What you have isn't special... someone else has it and for cheaper with the service that suppose to go with it. Great selection of vapes and items. I called in 20 minutes before closing to verify if they had item before driving in. They confirmed availability so I visited. At arrival my girlfriend and I mentioned our call and the rep pulled the item out. It wasn't the exact type I confirmed over phone but I didn't want to make a big deal and argue. While he was charging at cashier, I mentioned this will work but not what we discussed, (small talk) he paused asked me to wait. He charged my card and walked back to stock room and brought what I requested out. I was little annoyed but happy he had what we called for so I told him I'll take this one instead of what you just charged. He had the nerve to tell me we don't accept returns. I ended up buying the second item also, not that big of a deal. Just disappointed in the service. Both items were same price, I didn't even touch the item as he just finished charging. Not cool. I won't come back regardless how conveniently close they are to my daily commute. read more

Best new smoke shop in town hands down. I drive on Glen Oaks Boulevard quite often and saw this new place pop up, I figure I go check it out since it's next to the T-Mobile I go to. I went inside and was pretty amazed how nice it was. Brand new everything new product great prices and huge variety. But probably my favorite was the guy behind the counter. He was really cool a young dude that completely understood what I needed and was a really cool guy to talk to. Really nice guy and had a lot of product information. Walking in you're greeted with a great assortment of bubblers, pipes and bongs in a beautiful octagon display, they have great pieces to choose from and I recently picked up 2 brand new Grav bubbler and a bong from here and I loved it. The atmosphere here is great and they know what they are doing. I walked in knowing I wanted another Grav glass , and when we tried working out how to fit on a 45 degree ashcatcher, he knew exactly what I needed when I said a 14 to 14 mm adapter, practically reading my mind he sprinted to action before I can finish my sentence and truly made the buying experience quick, efficient and fun!
