They have a spacious parking lot which is convenient because the street outside is one way and had lots of glass and potholes when I went by. By far the worst customer service dispensary since I've been to in Cali. Vlad is the best person that works there. If he isn't there, i rarely buy anything. Everyone is rude from security to personnel. It seems like everyone there hates their job. They actually banned me for a while for some random reason they still never really told me about. At first they said it was cuz someone used a fake id with my name to buy products then they changed it to saying, i disrespected an employee, then changed to i stole from them. Vlad had to vouch for me & tell them im a regular. They lifted the ban but, still haven't felt the same about going since then. Lastly, i just called to ask for deals on 420 & was met with more rudeness. Shocking....plenty of other dispos in Cali...don't do this one, not worth it read more

Customer service in store is good but over the phone they're super rude and unhelpful today wasn't even the first time this has happened btw. I just called and asked what brands they carry (for carts) and price ranges since I just got off from work wanted to just get a ball park answer didn't have to be exact since I was driving I decided to call and the dude who answered told me to look online i explained to him I was driving and he said that it is illegal to discuss prices over the phone. Which I know is absolute nonsense because I work at a shop myself and no it isn't, that guy was just lazy didn't want to do his job. Good daily/weekly deals (onsite Atm fee is a bit expensive though) The house wax is very tasty! Very reliable, consistent quality! Though I wish they had more flavors/ strains All of their products have consistent quality, i appreciate that so much! I know what I'm getting into every time! The house cartridges are verryy veryy fun, heehee. So worth the price. though.. they do get Consistently Clogged... which can b a bit annoying.. i had to use toothpicks a lot... or whatever i can.. So I came in today and there wasn't any more of the Christmas gift boxes cool. So I asked if I can get the box that was empty right nothing in it so I can put what I buy from them in the box.
