So I came in today and there wasn't any more of the Christmas gift boxes cool. So I asked if I can get the box that was empty right nothing in it so I can put what I buy from them in the box. The girl was nice enough to ask the owner and I could hear him say no no we can't...and she was like come on I can't say no and he's like I don't care. I've never had a worse experience at a dispensary then I just had here. Firstly the bud tender lady pushed their shitty 5g $45 packs when I told her we wanted 8ths in the higher price range- we literally had to find them on the shelf ourselves. Then as we were looking at edibles some lady came into the waiting room yelling like a maniac demanding money, acting like she's gonna start a fight. We chose our edibles and moved on to get a vape cart- there were 4 different Raw Garden sativas and she couldn't tell us anything about any difference between them, and then immediately started pressuring us to choose because they had let more people come in than they could handle so it was getting crowded! How bout you help me make a fucking decision or at least apologize for all the craziness and for your own ignorance, instead of pressuring a customer! We weren't wasting any time, we were only in there for 5-10 mins max, so it was just insane to be treated that way. After we paid she started helping another customer before giving us the receipt, so we had to specifically ask for it and she finally give it to us. The only reason we were there was to take advantage of the FTP deal- besides that all their prices were exactly the same as any other place, so thankfully we'll never have any reason to return. read more

They have a variety of selections which is good a little bit of everything. What I have an issue with is the unprofessional staff that work there specifically the younger ones. I asked about their opinion of a product and she said she didn't have any knowledge of the product. How are you going to work at a dispensary shop and not know the products? If I were working there I would try a bit of everything to be educated on what I'm selling. This is why the new STIIIZY shop located on San Fernando road and Paxton is my new go to shop. security guard sucks. arrived at 9:56pm on 9/24/2022 he let in what seemed to be a barely 18 -20 year old girl without checking her id to purchase from the club. seconds later after she was let in I was turned away and told the club closes at 9:55. I told the security I would to seek help form a manager I feel that this isn't rite. He then tells me to go home and proceeds to ask the Same young girl he let in in front of me for her phone number. as a business owner id be upset by the customer service that is being provided at this club. not verifying identification and turning away paying customers during posted business hours.
