Updating the review I left 5 years ago. Been coming here for a long time and finally decided to switch shops and these are my reasons: 1. The charging system. Yall, get it together. Also get better WiFi, the number of times I've had to just stand there for like 5 minutes while waiting for the iPad to connect to WiFi is too many to count. So ghetto. 2. Like other reviews have stated, most of the security guards are dick heads. Why would you make them your front of house? Not welcoming at all. Bad vibes immediately. 3. I don't like to call people out so I'll keep this vague but some of the new budtenders can be really hot and cold. Like, one visit they're super friendly. The next visit, I'm getting zero eye contact and one word replies from the same person. Feels like they don't want me there. I have a feeling this is related to the way management treats the budtenders. Either way, I'm not coming back. My final note here is just that this place reeks of sketchiness. No deliveries via Weedmaps or any of those services. You have to email them??? Yeah no. You cannot be charging the same prices as everyone else and have this poor of service/selection. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. When I walked into the dispensary, I was greeted by a front desk employee who was bald and had an extremely intimidating demeanor. I understand everyone has bad days, but this isn't the first time he's presented himself like this -- cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming -- made the entire experience uncomfortable. When you're spending your hard-earned money somewhere, especially in a place that's supposed to be inviting and relaxed, you expect at least a basic level of courtesy. I didn't even say anything to him, yet I immediately felt like I wasn't welcome. If you hate your job or just don't want to interact with customers, then working in customer-facing roles probably isn't the best fit. Unfortunately, that one interaction has made me not want to come back. A dispensary should feel safe and pleasant, not tense and off-putting. They keep your change, stating you can use it next time and there definitely won't be a next time for me. My total was $14 something, so I basically lost $6 dollars. I don't frequent these places much, but with the current state of the coronavirus world creating more stress I popped on down for some relief. Set-up and account and ordered online, then took then :15 walk down, entered and boom, they had my order all bagged up and ready to go. I think I was inside about :5-min total. After years of shopping here as a medical patient and being pleased with all of their products, including their in-house strains of flower, I have not once received a receipt that I could easily understand or that balanced. This problem with your receipts can lead to a feeling of being cheated, as nothing is easy to comprehend or calculate. It makes me wonder what the discount to tax ratio actually is, and if you're somehow manipulating these things for your own financial benefit.
