This location is also near the DPSS building, and there's usually a free phone service person set up on the corner, which can be helpful for people in the area who need quick access to resources. The good part is staff has always been nice and always exchanged my products . Today they refused to help because they said we changed it last time and we can't change it anymore from here on . The girl at the desk made me try it out in front of her to proof to her it works , and it didn't. Owner refused to help and also refused to talk to me. They said we can give you a new used battery but we can't change the pods anymore. I come here weekly and not only is it my last time but I'm telling all my friends to never come here again.
