Really don't care much for this dispensary. First time here the bud tender gave me weird anxious looks . I'm pretty sure it was because I only bought a pre roll. I still left a cash tip, from his behavior I assumed he must work on commission. Second time there I was looking for a particular type of strain, but they were out. Funny how I didn't receive a free pre roll on my first visit?? Not a coincidence. read more

Best dispo in the Studio City area! The product selection is pretty awesome, and the staff is really helpful & patient & chill. Pleasant experience here for my first time, and I'll for sure be coming back. Thanks for being the most friendly and smoothest dispensary experience I've ever had! Y'all are dope. The layout & the floor mats + neon sign + TV's on the wall are a nice touch. 10/10 place right here read more

First timer! Passing by and had to check it out. Looks great, clean. Easy access. Let's gooooo

Horrible place. Staff is untrained and regularly spew bs as far as promotions go. Worker tried claiming I was handed product when I was not. It is on camera that I was not yet he lied to the manager ti save his own ass. I will be submitting a BBB review as well as a complaint to the California State Attorney Generals Office. read more

Good service accept cards which i like. Friendly staff great products yay! They have lots of edibles and preroll selection

This is the total I got based off there website and discount. When the driver came he showed me a ticket of 69.62. So I called and talked to Robert, lol, he doesn't know how to conduct business. He continued to argue with me that the price I have from my online order was wrong and he couldn't take the heat and long story short he's unprofessional and when it came down to treating their patients with respect and dignity he completely ignored all that. And continued to tell me that I'm wrong and that I only have a 15% off when it clearly says 36% off. So either he's blind or just plain ignorant. All he wanted to do was make that extra $10 and maybe pocket that to himself. Self centered sob read more

WHTC - They tried to rip me off. POS!! - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Studio City, California

What a poor experience for a couple that just moved to California with a lease and Light Bill, to be considered out of state because it takes time to get your ID switched over. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with how this entire situation was handled. As a CEO In the cannabis field, I can't wait to do a blog about this experience! With lessons in life I've learned, it's not what you say it's how you say it. Before leaving this establishment we verbally expressed how we would rate them, because we rate all of our experiences in our blogs. Yelp is a platform to rate your experiences so that people are aware of phenomenal experiences as well as horrific experiences. Unfortunately ignorance happens when a human uses their rights to express how they feel, and another human disagrees. read more

Amazing products, friendly service and expertise. I love this place! They're open nice and early and I love everyone there! Go there!

Nice place, convenient location. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice selection of different products. Would recommend.

Great service , very knowledgeable and helpful choosing my medicine !!! Great selection and prices run don't walk !!!

Staff here is wishy washy. There are 1-2 guys that are usually pleasant when I come to this location but lately some of the bud tenders have been very rude. I have sent friends to this shop & they have all stated the same thing that some of the male bud tenders are a*holes with chips on their shoulders. I never understand how someone can be rude to a guest that's spending money in an establishment that the worker doesn't even own. The product itself is decent & if you get a decent bud tender (the skinny guy w/ the glasses & shoulder length black hair or the light skinned Hispanic looking guy I wish I knew their names) it's not a bad shop. I hope that this shop one day hires a more diverse staff that represents the local area & maybe then they will start treating everybody with respect. Possibly Hire people that enjoy being in a customer facing role & occasionally smile read more

Awesome dispo, awesome staff, awesome location. I'm blessed to work right by WHTC, their bud tenders get you what you need and get you right out, no bs or Bafoonery. Amazing shop. 10/10. Worth all of the treats and tree they have to offer. I'll be coming back.

Great shop! Good pricing, great staff, good weed! Def come here ... you won't be sorry!

One of my favorite shops, great weed and friendly employees. This spot also has good deals, definitely will be back :)

I mean its places like this that make the industry so hated. Received 2 items from WHTC. They were Terraform genetics terra og and cake batter og. This place, WHTC, is either the owner of this brand or is partnered with them as this the main brand on their menu at all times. I receive the items, open them and i am shocked! Its bod rot everywhere! A bunch of rotted small leaves everywhere. Plus the nugs are larfy as hell due to either heat stress or some other issue during flowering. The cake batter og is no different. Just as larfy . Both flowers are premature. I called and received absoluteyl no help at all. They hid behind, "the state doesnt let us do returns".. this is a lie! The cannabis bureau says you cant SELL the returned item but you can certainly refund a customer when they experience trash. He tried to use an analogy of milk at ralphs but obviously mental strength is not these guys' forte. At ralphs ROBERT, you can return your milk to ralphs. You dont have to go to the milk farm. Sad thing is that due to literally a $50 profit, these guys are going to blasted everywhere. I can see from the reviews this is an ongoing issue. read more
