I mean its places like this that make the industry so hated. Received 2 items from WHTC. They were Terraform genetics terra og and cake batter og. This place, WHTC, is either the owner of this brand or is partnered with them as this the main brand on their menu at all times. I receive the items, open them and i am shocked! Its bod rot everywhere! A bunch of rotted small leaves everywhere. Plus the nugs are larfy as hell due to either heat stress or some other issue during flowering. The cake batter og is no different. Just as larfy . Both flowers are premature. I called and received absoluteyl no help at all. They hid behind, "the state doesnt let us do returns".. this is a lie! The cannabis bureau says you cant SELL the returned item but you can certainly refund a customer when they experience trash. He tried to use an analogy of milk at ralphs but obviously mental strength is not these guys' forte. At ralphs ROBERT, you can return your milk to ralphs. You dont have to go to the milk farm. Sad thing is that due to literally a $50 profit, these guys are going to blasted everywhere. I can see from the reviews this is an ongoing issue. read more

There wasn't a wait, check in was fast and the facility was very clean. At first thought, I'm only here for a few days (3 days to be exact) and I didn't want to buy any fancy pen since I already have two at home. I explained my situation to the bud tender Holly and she was awesome! She didn't try to sell me anything price and explained my best options. Friday night 9:40pm (3-16-18) I rarely give 2 star reviews.... Went in a few days ago to pick up an edible (as I usually do). For the first time they did not have this particular edible in stock, just sold out. I left my name with Steve (really nice guy) to call me and possibly hold one aside for me. So I've called a few times since going to see if their shipment had arrived. Tonight I called and spoke to one of the rudest people working at a dispensary. I've never dealt with someone that wasn't nice at a dispensary. She said she was a manager. Managers don't speak the way she did to a person that comes to your business and spends money...that was just calling to ask if you had a product in. Or could not tell me if a particular person was working when I asked. Am I calling secret services or the government? Wow! I just wanted to speak to the person (that was nice) that I dealt with in person. Is that so hard to ask? Wtf? Everyone else that we e dealt with here has been nice, no complaints. People like her (the manager) make me not want to come and spend my money here. "She" (because "they" can't give names) sucks!!! read more
