Cigar bands from the stale "Cubans"

They sold me stale fake Cuban cigar for $35 - I told them it was probably fake and the cashier swore up and down and made ridiculous claims. She looked stressed and I don't try to make cigars a habit so I thought I'd try it . . . well I just tried it and it was stale and honestly I don't blame the cashier but whichever jerk runs this place and demands their employees resort to telling a first time customer they have Cuban's Again it's obviously the owners selfish, cheap and lazy thinking that pulls this kind of "business" If you go here don't buy into the "salesmanship" unless like me you have some pity for the employee. Or just know what you want to get lol Thanks Cigar house! Oh and it looks like I'm not the first review to make similar claims. And looks like I'll leave this same review on your other listings : )

    A bad cigar

I went in today. No one was there but the employee. He sold me a dried up non burning Romeo Y Julieta for $15. Why screw someone over like that? Why not sell them a nice cigar? Is the $15 worth a customer that will never return to your store? I'm sitting outside cutting and relighting. I couldve gotten this deal at the local 7-Eleven. I don't recommend these old dried out smokes.

A great newly renovated place under new ownership, this would be your ideal destination to buy reasonably priced cigars. This place is owned and operated by a cigar aficionado - the owner himself -Adwan Adwani. This is his fourth cigar shop. Adwan is a delightful conversationalist and quite knowledgeable about cigars having been in the business for 21 years. They are one of the few authorized Davidoff retailers in the area carrying their entire line. Also, they are an authorized S.T. DuPont dealer. The humidor is filled to explore vast variety of smokes to satisfy your taste from Nicaragua, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Ecuador and wrapped in Connecticut to maduro. The lounge is beautiful and filled with comfortable leather seats. They offer three TVs and Cigar lockers are available for rent. Espresso coffee machine & plenty of drinks to choose from. The environment is comfy, the lounge is extremely well maintained & ventilation is amazing. The clientele are fun, vibrant and friendly. Adwan has his own cigar blends that are reasonably priced with great taste. A One stop shop for Cigars and accessories - gifts -Humidors & lighters. Flat screen T.V's with broadband of NFL, NBL, Soccer, NHL games on.

Rude people. When asked if they had a particular brand they laughed at me and then tried to find some in the back. Will never go back.

A new year, a first cigar…read more I've been coming to Cigar Warehouse periodically the past few months as I've immersed myself into the world of cigars a lot more. I've always understood the basics, but have related them more into the world of whiskey as well as wine and sometimes enjoy one with the other. Funny enough I used to occasionally sell cigars as a former wine specialist and manager via Beverages & More (BevMo), but had never thought to really try one for myself or have a full experience until 2025. Dating a cigar person for the past two year definitely has had some influence for sure, but zero pressure. The aroma, the art and the joy of just relaxing and puffing (don't inhale) is something I'm enjoying in moderation. The gents and people who work here are super mellow, down to earth and personable. My first trip in the guy recommended some great mild to medium styles and since then I've played around with a variety from Crux to Davidoff to Macanudo to Padrón to Arturo Fuente. Their humidor room is next level amazing - inviting, vibrant, elegant, cool and classy. The lounge is the perfect vibe with big chairs, couches and a intimate layout with flat screens showing off the latest sporting events. A great place to unwind and enjoy a cigar with yourself or a friend. Parking available in the back, though limited, you can also find metered parking on the street. I can technically walk here being only a little over 1.5 away and often do on my way home or to run errands nearby. They do have a minimum for card purchases, but accept most forms of payment. The prices seem fair, reasonable and competitive and you won't find a place as awesome or as spacious around.

The walk-in humidor has some of the best selections of cigars you can find. If you don't know what you want, the owner provides great insight and recommends you a cigar based off of your experience and needs. Choosing to set inside or out in the patio is always a tough choice because you cannot go wrong with either one. If you choose to sit inside, it truly feels like being at that part of your home were you go to relax and unwind. There are multiple tvs with primetime UFC, NFL, NHL and NBA games. If you are looking to do some activities while you enjoy your cigar you can grab some friends and have a poker tournament or play some board games. Or you sit on one of the many sofas, read or get some work done. The outside patio feels serene. The lighting and set up of the patio gives an area of peace and quiet in an otherwise busy city. It feels like a great temporary escape from everyday life. Very beautiful. Along with the cigars that are a variety of snack and drink options. Always keep an eye out on the socials from special events i.e jazz nights. Overall, I highly recommend La Casa Cigar Lounge. You can't go wrong.

As cool as it gets…read more This local laid back very much Cigar Sanctuary, is open seven days a week as early as 11am in the city of Studio City, bordering Toluca Lake and North Hollywood. There's ample street parking in the area, vast majority of it, especially near 4419 Lankershim Blvd being metered. I've been around cigars for a bit and took up a social habit this year and have been learning a lot. I definitely lean more medium bodied, also how I like my wine as well as whiskey/scotch/bourbon, but have come across a lot of light, not to mention full bodied flavors. A nice Rocky Patel and a Balvenie 12 year neat, sounds like a good day. I've been in small handful of times now and the service is always friendly, personable and thoughtful. They're happy to guide you, answer any questions you have as well as let you explore. They have some of if not the best whole sale prices I've come across in the valley, maybe even all of Los Angeles. Great premium cigars, accessories and more. A lot of cigar folks gather in front with their patio chair and table overlooking Lankershim. They have a huge selection as well as a backroom lounge. Open until 9pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturday they stay opened until 10pm. Sundays there hour are from Noon to 8pm There's Wi-Fi, a flat screen in the lounge, plus a fair amount of tables and chairs. Open every day, seven days a week.

My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday for a quick drink before a movie, and the "vibe" was non-existent. They have four TVs at the bar, but the setup was bizarre, two were completely off and another was just frozen on a directory logo. The biggest issue, however, is the cleanliness--or lack thereof. The place is incredibly dirty. It feels like it hasn't had a deep clean in weeks, maybe longer. The bar top was disgusting, the floors were grimy, and even the woodwork looked like it hadn't seen a rag since opening day. They are charging $17 for "signature cocktails," which is bold for a spot that feels like a neglected dive bar. If you're going to charge premium prices, you have to at least wipe down the countertops. Service-wise, the bartender was friendly enough but low energy and minimal level of service. To make matters worse, a shift change happened while we were there, and the departing bartender made us close out our check and start a brand-new one with the next person. Why should the staff's administrative hand-off be the customer's issue? It's just unprofessional. The Valley has so many actual dive bars with character and plenty of high-end spots for a great cocktail; I'm not sure where this place is trying to fit in. It feels like someone bought it and just stopped caring. We won't be back.
