I love the shop and I leave Orange County to go 50 miles north to pick up cigars because the owner Adwan is so consistent with his supply of cigars. A new year, a first cigar. I've been coming to Cigar Warehouse periodically the past few months as I've immersed myself into the world of cigars a lot more. I've always understood the basics, but have related them more into the world of whiskey as well as wine and sometimes enjoy one with the other. Funny enough I used to occasionally sell cigars as a former wine specialist and manager via Beverages & More (BevMo), but had never thought to really try one for myself or have a full experience until 2025. Dating a cigar person for the past two year definitely has had some influence for sure, but zero pressure. The aroma, the art and the joy of just relaxing and puffing (don't inhale) is something I'm enjoying in moderation. The gents and people who work here are super mellow, down to earth and personable. My first trip in the guy recommended some great mild to medium styles and since then I've played around with a variety from Crux to Davidoff to Macanudo to Padrón to Arturo Fuente. Their humidor room is next level amazing - inviting, vibrant, elegant, cool and classy. The lounge is the perfect vibe with big chairs, couches and a intimate layout with flat screens showing off the latest sporting events. A great place to unwind and enjoy a cigar with yourself or a friend. Parking available in the back, though limited, you can also find metered parking on the street. I can technically walk here being only a little over 1.5 away and often do on my way home or to run errands nearby. They do have a minimum for card purchases, but accept most forms of payment. The prices seem fair, reasonable and competitive and you won't find a place as awesome or as spacious around. read more

Okay, this store is awesome. Their humidor is impressively large and they have a beautiful selection of cigars from a wide variety of brands. The pricing is a few bucks more per stick than most other stores I've been to so keep that in mind. Staff did take a while to come help but eventually did make his way inside to help me pick out a few cigars for myself and his recommendations ended up being great! They have a really nice lounge area if you're looking to smoke there but I didn't inquire if it's paid or free to any customer so ask ahead as common courtesy. Other than that the store was really well kept, organized and clean. If you're looking for a large selection and beautiful place to smoke and don't mind paying a few extra bucks per stick then stop by and say hi. read more

Was staying in Sherman Oak's for the night and searched for a Cigar Lounge nearby and found Cigar warehouse via Yelp. It's located on Ventura Blvd. close to Noble Ave. Plenty of street parking on Ventura. Was impressed with the size of the place when I walked in, the Humidor was impressive and had a very decent collection of Stogies from all the Caribbean Islands & Florida. I may also add the prices were reasonable compared to other Cigar Lounges I've been to in California. Plenty of couches and several large screen TVs to catch whatever game is on. Nice crowd and good conversations were had with several individuals I met. Place was also open late. I'll be back for sure! read more

Wow, what a great lounge. After seeing some photos of other cigar lounges, I was worried that I'd walk in to a very "boys only" type of vibe but I was so wrong! This place has ample, spaced out seating with comfy loungers and tables for your drinks. Lovely selection of cigars to go along with it. I went on a Friday night and the crowd was so diverse and chill. Great vibes. Had an awesome, relaxing time. Will most definitely be back. read more

This place does everything possible to not get new clients. It's a shame because it has a huge variety of cigars, but the staff doesn't want you to find the cigars you like. If you guys don't want to sell cigars to walk in clients- you're doing a great job. Prices are the highest in LA. Good pizza across the street though, that's what got you the 1 star. read more

Found lounge in the right place and the right time! We were visiting from out of state, and I'd just dropped off my wife for a spa day. So, what to do while I wait? Cigar Warehouse is a short two block walk from where I dropped her and has convenient street parking. I arrived minutes before the shop opened, at 10AM, for take sales only. But, they were very considerate to set a table and chairs out front for me so, I could enjoy a fine cigar as the morning crew went about tidying up for the Morning. Indoor smoking starts at 11AM. I found the staff helpful and gracious. The lounge is comfortable and tastefully appointed. And, the selection quite good, especially if, like me, you are a Davidoff fan. Walked into the store, looked to the counter, and asked the employee for some advice on some cigars for a first-timer. I got him during a conversation he had with someone, but he stopped the conversation for a bit to show me the selection he has. Remember, this is a lounge too, so I didn't care if he didn't immediately welcome me in (this isn't like a clothing retail store). He provided his suggestion and mentioned I should smoke a good cigar instead of trying random one (sounds like a guy who wants to help a first timer). When I asked him about flavored cigars (I was looking online at random cigars before going in), he advised me not to get them yet. +1 on not trying to sell me something random since it could've an easy set up to sell me more. I'm sure if he didn't care, he would've showed me the most expensive one and tell me to get any flavor. Walked out with 6 cigars that I'm hoping to enjoy as a first timer. read more

I checked their website on Saturday July 1.2023, it reads opens at 11:00 am . I wanted to purchase Cigars for a good friend of ours , I was in front of the store at noon but store was closed !!I called the phone number ,no answer , and no voice mail was set up . I was very disappointed..I waited in my car for 20 minutes since the parking on Ventura Blvd is not easy . I gave up and left . I will never go back . I went to another Cigar shop and bought the Cigars . The Cigar Warehouse lost $400 plus dollars sale ! I have no idea what time they open for their business but for sure they have to update their opening hours on their website and set their voice mail as well . What a great valley cigar shop. I like it even more since I can walk here. I strolled in the other day looking for a few new cigars to try And Tony immediately greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. He proceeded to walk me through the humidor taking the time to explain the different cigar sizes and wrappers. He made me feel extremely comfortable asking questions as it can be intimidating for a woman walking into a place characteristically thought of as a man's domain. I've smoked here and there over the past years and I'm not a complete novice so Tony recommended his favorite cigar, the Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva. I've since smoked it and really enjoyed it. Thanks for the recommendation. I will certainly be back for some more tips and suggestions. The shop was filled with a few old codgers as any good shop should be. I called them twice, once to ask if they did vintage lighter repairs, and the second time to ask if they'd be able to just let me know if the lighters were functional or not, like do they just need fuel or new flint. I'm not sure if I spoke to the same person both times--I don't think I did-- but they first guy I spoke w/ asking if they did repairs was very kind and helpful. The second guy I spoke w/ asking if he could check them out... honestly? He was an absolute condescending prick. He talked over me, talked down to me like I was an idiot, and told me that I should just "google it," because there are "lots of different lighter brands," that "anyone can replace butane, I can sell you butane, and you could do it yourself," and, "I can't tell you what you need over the phone. Just type up the brand and google it." 1. Really? There's more than one lighter brand in the world? No duh! 2. I didn't ask you to tell me over the phone, I asked if I could bring them in for you to check them. 3. If it is that damn easy than take the easy money. 4. They're vintage lighters not all of the brands are searchable. 5. Nothing about my questions required you to be a jerk. From the other reviews this place seems great, but for me? Not so much. Best cigar shop in LA. I could smoke at shops closer to my pad but CW has the best group of smokers and an incredible cigar selection. Eric, AKA Nalgón, the muscle bound manager (no steroids, contrary to popular belief), keeps the riff raff, idiots and moochers out and will go to any lengths to keep customers happy. Like any business, there are scumbags who try to infiltrate but damn if Eric doesn't sniff em out immediately and throw em the fuk out. If you got yelled at by Eric, shiiiiiit fool, you deserved it!! CW is huge, seating for 50, three enormous TVs, great coffee and, recently, a constant flow of Cuban coffee. We BBQ out back from time to time and have parties about once a month. Stop by this place soon, you will have a great time and end up with 100 new pals. read more

New and renovated for 2015, the CW has received an internal upgrade. The cleanliness alone is more welcoming - though I think they could stand to include at least 2 more TVs and more couches. I don't mind the chairs and little cocktail rounds, but if I'm sitting at a cocktail table, I better be sipping on a cocktail! The new humidor is nice, I worry because it doesn't close all the way and with windows across the front - much like a box humidor - light effects cigars, much like it does with wine or tapestries. The only reason I don't worry as much is because they have a large turnover of supplies because of the # of regulars. It's worth a peak if you'v never been in a cigar shop before. I started coming to this place under the old owners, and continued through the new owners. While the old owners had a good cigar shop, the new owners have turned it into more than just just a cigar shop, but a place to hang out, smoke a stogie and relax. I was able to watch all the NFL playoffs and the Super Bowl there, while having a cigar and getting razzed by the regulars about my team. The selection is even better than before, and they've replaced and updated the TV's. If you show up while they're having a special event, there's normally food involved. All in all, this is one of the best cigar shops in the Valley. A must-visit if you're a cigar smoker. They also have a good selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. read more
