Today this shop broke the law. Endangering customers. I bought some cannabis from this place and I noticed on the little sticker. It didn't have anything about the lab results. So I scanned it with my phone and the website doesn't offer anything about lab testing.The c o a is the certificate of analysis and is required by law. To give to each customer who requests it, it's not a matter of choice. When I saw it wasn't on the website and I couldn't find a telephone number I called some other places that could help me find their number. And they said their number is not listed, which is a big red flag in my opinion. No phone number, no way to check if it was tested! I called the store and the woman said she couldn't find the coa. She raised her voice as though she was irritated by me, even asking for such a thing. And I said, you're required by law to give that to me. And she hesitated and started putting me off with excuses. And yelling! I said, well, if you can't give it to me, i'm going to have to report it because it's a safety violation. She then said that that was a threat and called me a weirdo and hung up on me. I called the store back and got a hold of the security guard, I asked for the owner. He said that he would be in in an hour.I called back. he said the owner never came there only the manager Solah. But he said he wasn't coming in. Suddenly the woman burst onto the phone conversation and screamed at me that I was not allowed to come back in the store.. EVER, ever. And I asked why, she just kept yelling, and she said, if you show up at the door nothing good's gonna happen to you. Which was kind of a threat and I'm 70 years old. And so now i'm left wondering what the big deal is when I can always find the c o a (certificate of analysis) on cannabis packages. But not this time! I'm wondering about the legitimacy of this operation and since I can't get any cooperation, and they've actually banned me from coming in to see the laws requirement of showing me the c o a i'm not going to take legal action. Because we can't afford to have something bad in our cannabis. As it is given to medical patients and young people and old people. And that's why we pay more to the cannabis dispensary, so that it gets checked, and everything is on the up and up. If this place, which has had many complaints in the past about its legitimacy, (they were accused of selling chinese contaminated vapes). If they are not willing to cooperate with the law then i'm afraid that I have to insist through legal means. I mean, she had no reason to ban me from the store.I didn't cause any fuss.I just asked for what is legally available and required, which is the c o a. It's like, you know, thou protesteth too much. But as of now, if I were you, I wouldn't shop there.There are too many nice places to go. I have stopped by this place over a dozen times to grab a few things. Usually the guy George is there and he has so much knowledge of their products. Today a young lady helped me and she clearly had no experience. I wanted to leave this review so the management will encourage their staff to be more like their other employee George, he has great interactions with me and is very helpful. I came to this dispensary for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. The employee was helpful, however, the female manager was a tad rude. She was more interested in getting answers from the employee about a work related question than letting him finish up with me. I had to ask after check out if there were any freebies (not that I expect anything but getting a little something something on a first time visit is usually given) or perhaps that's not protocol any longer. Their products are all top shelf and they are always having specials where you can get two for one on some excellent products so you need to ask what products are on special. okay , so i go to the shop right before closing time and i truely had myself all ready to go home and relax with something yummy to smoke. this place is local - a little pricey, but the people there are very nice and normally they don't steer me wrong, but tonight they did me wrong . the bud tender told me i was getting a yummy, amazing, rainbow sherbert, prerolls, and i was so , disappointed when i got home and found out i had something totally opposite of what i was told i was buying. i paid $40 so i could be burnt out, and unhappy. i told the guy i wanted something fruity, candy like tasting , and relaxing but not a knock out drug like type . my whole body is uncomfortable and the taste was horrible!!! i've been in business and i've never tilted my customers like this- not ok ! this stuff is putting me to sleep with a headache!! that bud tender is shady and im pretty sure one of the owners was standing there with him so the people there are not as nice as i originally thought i guess. a decent business would compensate a disappointed customer we shall see what this place does, right ? chances are it won't matter to them either way i'm bettin'. anyways, the moral of this long ass story is beware of recommendation from the staff at kana luv. always make sure your getting what they tell you you are buying or be burnt like me read more
