This is my go to spot for picking up orders from online. Whatever your supplement needs, I always get it when they are having specials and I always set it up for curbside pick up. Curbside pick up is a game changer. You call them when you arrive and they will come out to confirm the order. Then they bring the order for you. You don't have to get out of the car. Definitely recommend. read more

I love the vitamin shop! They always have new items for me to try, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I went back today for the first time in a while since I recently got back into my fitness journey and Cheyenne was a great help!! She was welcoming and helpful, thank you Cheyenne read more

Wanted to give a shoutout to Cheyenne! She is the reason why we love going to this vitamin shoppe. She's always very friendly and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend coming to this location. read more

If the female employee with shorter hair is working don't bother she is more worried about her male friend who hangs out bringing starbucks and her appearance. Every time we go in and repurchase supplements we have previously purchased she tells us they don't exist. If the manager is working he is on it and great to answer any questions. Tells you about sales and offers you a bag, couldn't ask for more. For now 2 stars read more

Went into the Northridge Vitamin Shoppe and they were very unhelpful, didn't say anything when we walked in (even though there were no customers). I asked for help with something, and he said 'we don't have it'. Not checking if they had it anywhere else, or making any attempt to find it at another shop. Please encourage better customer service, there are so many other places to get vitamins from, and being unhelpful, not friendly is not a good way to keep customers shopping there. read more

Nothing really special to justify 5 stars - but the store is clean, well-stocked and our server was both helpful and friendly. They share a small parking lot with the bank next door. read more

I've spent a lot of money here before I realized how extremely overpriced this place is. Also, not great customer service and employees are rude and lie about policy. Go anywhere else! It's overpriced and you can get much cheaper vitamins other places. I'd recommend any store but this one. read more

The associate was great help in helping me find what I needed. Pleasantly surprised at the 50% off sale that day!

Such great customer service here when I stopped by today to get some ZOA energy drink. The moment I walked inside, one of the worker greeted me and ask if I needed help finding anything. I told her I was getting some ZOA energy drink so she pointed me to the right direction and told me they have the 12 pack as well. After I got my 2 drinks, I went to pay and it was a easy process. I wore my mask and they had a sign on their door for people to wear their mask. The parking location was alright, there were many spots open and it was east for me to get in/out from the place. read more

Came to this location last week to get some pre-workout and because it's been awhile since I've taken any I had a few questions. Julian helped me out and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the ingredients that go into them. Just wanted to say thank you again dude! read more

I loveee this store. They have a vast selection of protein powders to choose from. One of the employees was extremely helpful. She knew about every protein powder I asked about. She was able to tell me which ones have great flavor and the nutriton behind them, as well. She was knowledgeable about anything and everything. I will be returning next time I need some protein. They have brands I have never even seen before. Great to see the selection and customer service. read more

Make a few stops here every week. It's super convenient on my way to the gym. The staff is always super nice and welcoming. I usually know what I'm going to buy but here and there the staff will convince me to try other products and so haven't been disappointed thus far. They stay open pretty late during the week which is also very convenient. Plenty of parking in the lot as well so always a easy transaction to come in and out. Check them out read more

This location used to be good, not anymore, and the person in charge is rude, he gives you attitude if you ask him questions, not coming back read more

Fun fact, I have many memories coming here... I spent many hours in their parking lot making out with my boyfriend at the time because he lives in the apartment building right there. I came to buy protein powders and multivitamins. I want to lose weight so I was talking to one of the employees and they were really nice and sounded like they knew what they were talking about. They helped me choose the brands I wanted to try and gave me samples of a few products I wasn't sure I wanted to buy. I would consider coming back, but I'm stocked up for quite a while. The products were a bit more expensive than I thought they'd be, but I guess you get what you pay for right? read more

Horrible customer service. I don't usually put bad reviews unless required. This was required. Went to Vitamin shoppe to return online stuff, the manager (Michael) was reluctant, he didn't have any excuse, I can see he wants to some how say NO, I didn't have the card at first. He found credit card number from online and told me to bring that card. I told him can I come next day when he is here, he says yes, I didn't feel comfortable, I told him wait let me bring my credit from home. I went back home grabbed the card came back and it seems like he was waiting for me Looking through the window he came all the way outside the store to my car, at first why did he came outside, why could have he stayed inside, it was planned mine set up came outside stating: I can't do it, stating I talked to district manager, I told him I need to talk to your district manager, manager statement changed rudely it's she and it was some other store he talked to and not the District manager and she will not pick up the phone. New reason he can't do the return due to the fact it's over $500.00 I told him that's ok how much can you refund, I can return half, around $200, $300, you tell me its customer who is negotiating with the MANAGER. He was rude, non helpful, hyper, arrogant. Can't believe it happened with me at V. Shoppe. Well end of the story, I wish this guy could have told me in the beginning trip he can't do it, he found the credit card number, wish I would not have gone to him. Called customer service let's see if they can help now. Extremely unprofessional manager. Will never recommend to go to V shoppe Northridge. read more

It'd be nice if one of the employees ever actually said hi to me when I walked in. Perhaps offered some help. Not a big deal though as I know what I want before I go in, know where it is and know what the price is. 5 stars for selection and price. 3 stars for poor location, 1 star for poor customer service. Hence 3 star review. If vitamin world improved their selection, I'd probably go there though. read more

Staff: yes, it takes them a minute to acknowledge that you've been there and are staring at a wall of protein powders in serious bewilderment, but eventually, Dad showed up for my recital :-) Farid helped me and explained a bunch of stuff about vegan protein options. Woven into play, was his own personal testimony of the product, which was very helpful. I want to believe they dont make commission though because I need to believe that isnt why I got upsold to the $60 top-shelf powder lol Oh well. Some of the other employees, the guys, really arent very personable, its true. However, during my visit, I did hear random "can I help you find something"s from all corners of the store, soon followed by a sweet girls reply "um :) yeah, im looking for like, melatonin?". So maybe they just help cute young chicks, who knows haha Supply: they've got sufficient for sure. Theres even a whole natural skin care line and wrinkle creams etc. going on. "Shoppe" till you drop..pe. read more

This is not about this vitamin shoppe in particular, but the online service. I registered for the other delivery service. I thought the service is supposed to be a convenience for customers. But instead of asking in an email or text if you want this shipment to be sent, you just got an email saying your order has been processed. When you contact them back to cancel, they say it's already too late and the order has been made. I canceled the auto delivery service and won't be buy anything from them again. This is very annoying. I'll be returning the product once it comes in back to one of the stores. read more

I went here today to purchase a candida cleanse and to get some probiotics. There is a guy that works there named, Mike, and he was so helpful!! He was very knowledgeable about a candida overgrowth, which is actually very common in men and women. I already did my research about it but was torn on what products to use. Mike helped me decide and gave me great advice about how to keep it under control after the cleanse. There were also 2 others that were working today, 1 woman and another man- they we ALL very friendly and personable!! I have never gone to an actual vitamin store before, I usually just go to Wal-Mart to get stuff like that but I will definitely be coming to this store from now on for any of my supplement needs!! P.S. I noticed that some of the items in the store were less expensive online and Mike told me that they would do a price match, which is awesome!! Thanks guys for your help today- it was much appreciated!!! read more

Just wanted to add a quick note that they carry Kiss My Face products - And for competitive prices. Back story: Can't find my favourite facial cleanser ANYWHERE. Hearing that it's been discontinued. My wife and I started a new workout routine and the gym owner recommended some supplements i should get to enhance my workout. He gave me a 10 coupon so off i went to the vitamin shoppe by Northridge Mall. The service was spot on. The guys that work there are all very nice and helpful, giving their own ideas and suggestions and useful tips on how to mix in green vibrance (if you've ever tried it, you know why you'd want tips to make it a more pleasurable experience!) Overall i spent quite a bit of money in there but got top quality products. read more

I've never been to a Vitamin Shoppe before till today and really enjoyed my experience. I've been to GNC before and I feel like they try to sell me more than I need. Well, I came in today already knowing what I wanted and the salesman, James, brought me right to it. He reminded me to get a bottle shaker and showed me the ones on sale, which is perfect, I just need something simple with a mixer ball. Sure enough, James came through. He also threw in a handful of awesome samples into my bag in which he went to the back for. Finally, we ended it all with a handshake. It's the little things that go a long way honestly. I didn't feel pressured and he even hooked me up with samples of other protein supplements. read more

Decided to check The Vitamin Shoppe cause I was in desperate need of supplements I'm not able to find anywhere else. They had what I needed, and more! They have such a great selection of vitamins, diet and nutrition products, and etc. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's way cheaper than GNC thats for sure. And, I was amazed by how knowledgable the workers were. The store was clean, shelves were stocked. What more could an occ diet freak like me ask for? Overall, it was a good experience and i'll be coming back when I need a refill on my supplements read more

Customer service absolutely SUCKS at this location. My wife and I went in to ask some questions about two specific products. We walked in the door around 10:45am. Three customers are in the store thats including my wife and I. Two customer dis-service employees are also here working the floor. A third employee walked in and decided they all needed to talk to each other and not say a single word to my wife and I. By this time we have been in the store for a minimum of 15 minutes and nothing. We finally walked out of the store 20 minutes later and no one said a single word to us. No way they didn't see me. I have a giant beard, shaved head, covered in tattoos and my nickname is KINGSIZE. I ended up looked at the price on the two products and decided I'd check the Internet and see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere. Found both products on Amazon.com for a total of $37.75 savings over the Vitamin Shopee Had the employees here been more helpful I would had gladly paid the higher price for the SERVICE and INFORMATION! read more

Walked in knowing absolutely nothing about vitamins and pills. Saw one of the workers. I like the vitamin shoppe. Some things are cheaper online, but overall, the prices are competitive. The employees are helpful, some are more informative than others. I was waiying pick up email. Until i called them, they didn't say they were out of item. Now i don't have time even check different store. Horriable experience and bad customer service. read more

I was pretty impressed by the knowledge of the products by the clerk on my last visit here. I was looking for any product that would help with sore muscles from working out. I had a list of items I wanted to read the ingriedients on. The clerk was able to find all ten items on my list. They have never had a case of lemon drop Bang drinks when I've been in. I finally ordered them there to be shipped to my house. They sell out of Isopure drinks super fast here as well. They need to stock/buy more of the top sellers to have them available and on hand. read more

Came for a curbside pickup order. Girl answered fast and said she was the only one in the store to give her 5min. That was fine with me. 25 minutes later I'm still waiting, as I see more and more people going into the store and not seeing many coming out. I would get off but I have a sprained ankle. I give the store 1 star for poor management and staffing. Poor girl is probably stressed with the amount of people going in and being all by herself and doing curbside. I ended up leaving and ordered at another store. read more

Been shopping here for over a year. Staff can seem like they don't care but they do seem very knowledgeable the last time I was there. I like the huge the store is compared to GNC, I wish they had a few more other grand products so I have to go to GNC for some other supplements. Also a good thing about this store is they are good about price matching their website prices as sometimes it is cheaper. The Lancaster/Palm dale one was making me show them proof via phone when they can see everything on their computers. So this location gets a better than average score from me and better then GNC's overpriced supplements as a whole. PS - Free reward program through Vitaminshoppe, you'll get the coupon at the end of the year. read more
