Today this shop broke the law. Endangering customers. I bought some cannabis from this place and I…read morenoticed on the little sticker. It didn't have anything about the lab results. So I scanned it with my phone and the website doesn't offer anything about lab testing.The c o a is the certificate of analysis and is required by law. To give to each customer who requests it, it's not a matter of choice. When I saw it wasn't on the website and I couldn't find a telephone number I called some other places that could help me find their number. And they said their number is not listed, which is a big red flag in my opinion. No phone number, no way to check if it was tested! I called the store and the woman said she couldn't find the coa. She raised her voice as though she was irritated by me, even asking for such a thing. And I said, you're required by law to give that to me. And she hesitated and started putting me off with excuses. And yelling! I said, well, if you can't give it to me, i'm going to have to report it because it's a safety violation. She then said that that was a threat and called me a weirdo and hung up on me. I called the store back and got a hold of the security guard, I asked for the owner. He said that he would be in in an hour.I called back. he said the owner never came there only the manager Solah. But he said he wasn't coming in. Suddenly the woman burst onto the phone conversation and screamed at me that I was not allowed to come back in the store.. EVER, ever. And I asked why, she just kept yelling, and she said, if you show up at the door nothing good's gonna happen to you. Which was kind of a threat and I'm 70 years old. And so now i'm left wondering what the big deal is when I can always find the c o a (certificate of analysis) on cannabis packages. But not this time! I'm wondering about the legitimacy of this operation and since I can't get any cooperation, and they've actually banned me from coming in to see the laws requirement of showing me the c o a i'm not going to take legal action. Because we can't afford to have something bad in our cannabis. As it is given to medical patients and young people and old people. And that's why we pay more to the cannabis dispensary, so that it gets checked, and everything is on the up and up. If this place, which has had many complaints in the past about its legitimacy, (they were accused of selling chinese contaminated vapes). If they are not willing to cooperate with the law then i'm afraid that I have to insist through legal means. They didn't have tons of the one I wanted because they sold through a bunch, I hesitated but told them what I was trying to avoid because I didn't want to have them look around, and honestly it's an energy drink so I didn't expect them to take the time to read ingredients and look for me. He GLADLY looked for me, and starting doing the searching, and I felt confident that he also searched through the more complicated names for it. He gave me multiple alternatives so I rushed in, and sure enough he was completely right and super knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to look for me and going above and beyond. I've loved coming to this shop for years because they're always fully stocked. Today, I had to leave as soon as I got there because of the aggravated security guard. I was heading towards the restroom and he literally yelled with a rude tone, "where are you going". I responded, "to the restroom" and again with his loud ugly tone, "bathroom is off limits". I explained, "I've used it before, that was a little rude". That must've hurt his ego because he looked at me with crazy eyes, and in a defensive aggressive tone said " who, i'm rude?". We decided to leave after that. He's a large man and I'm a 5'2" woman. I don't go into a weed shop to be intimated by a ugly man...does not feel like a safe place for women
