I waked into the smoke shop to see what they had, I was immediately greeted by Mike, the shop owner, and directed to what I was looking for. I believe the man that helped me out was the manager. He was so super friendly & helpful. I'm a noob, so he told me everything I'd need to know and more. He basically covered everything so that in the end, I didn't really need to ask any questions. This guy is great with customer service, and wants to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with the product before you leave. He let me smell the e-liquids before I decided on a flavor, so I could get an overall idea of how it might taste before committing to buying one. So great, right? Also, if you want to buy a disposable vape (because those sometimes don't work), he will let you test it out in the store to see if it works, and if not, he will give you another one to try, and if it works, you take that one :).
