Looks like they got rid of customer appreciation day with 40% entire store And the 20% off for returning customers. I guess the 20% off is now a happy hour and the 40%is on Kush and Maven products. Management sees these as improvements I and many other customers do not. I use to promote the heck out of Kush. I have keychains and stickers that I was so proud of. Told everyone they should check this place out. Not anymore, in fact now I'm looking for a new spot so I'm telling them not to go Kush and finding out where they go instead. So SAD.

First time customer, and would've been a great experience until I'd come home. I had come here…read morebecause online there was an email deal for $22 bags. When I arrivef, the seller confirmed and said I could stack the deal and get two for the same price each. I wanted to spend the savings in other products so I shopped around. My wife ends up getting something for herself too and I make the purchase on one transaction to avoid extra fees so I didn't bat an eye on pricing at that time. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that the $22 bag was had not been discounted, and was charged full price (save a generic daily discount they had going on). I didn't notice if there was a first time customer discount available either, but if there was it also wasn't applied. My experience otherwise was great, the options were very good and they had hard to find items. The atmosphere on the other shops on rest of the lot seemed very good too. I would've liked to come back. Unfortunately, having me pay nearly double the price than I intended to was very unpleasing.

Honestly, I'm deeply disappointed by what has happened at this place. What a shame that a business…read morein our community would lose a security guard who, from my experience and the experiences of many people I've spoken with, treated customers with genuine respect and kindness. For many of us, it wasn't just about coming here to purchase products. This guard made people feel welcome. He would ask how your day was, speak to you with respect, and actually make you feel like you mattered. That kind of customer service is rare. I personally remember having a very difficult moment when I was struggling emotionally, and this guard--who was a complete stranger to me--knew exactly what to say. Sometimes a simple conversation from the right person can make a difference, and I will never forget that. From what I knew about him, he was a hardworking single father who consistently showed respect toward customers and took his job seriously. I also witnessed him going above and beyond during the audit process, and it was clear to me that he cared about doing his job correctly and protecting the business. What is especially concerning is hearing about someone working extremely long shifts without what should be basic breaks or a meal period. If that is what actually occurred, that deserves to be addressed appropriately--not ignored. Businesses are more than the products they sell. They are also the people who represent them every day. When you lose someone who made customers feel safe, respected, and welcomed, you lose something that cannot simply be replaced. Because of this experience, I personally will not be returning anytime soon, and I know others who feel the same way. I hope the owners and management take a serious look at how they treat the people who work for them and the people who come through their doors. A business should value good employees who treat the community with respect. That kind of person is worth appreciating, not losing.
