I was loooking for a SPECIFIC energy drink, and I randomly called on my way home to see if they had it. I was mainly looking for it to avoid very specific ingredients that also are listed under other complicated names. They didn't have tons of the one I wanted because they sold through a bunch, I hesitated but told them what I was trying to avoid because I didn't want to have them look around, and honestly it's an energy drink so I didn't expect them to take the time to read ingredients and look for me. He GLADLY looked for me, and starting doing the searching, and I felt confident that he also searched through the more complicated names for it. He gave me multiple alternatives so I rushed in, and sure enough he was completely right and super knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to look for me and going above and beyond. I am SO excited now for my workout tomorrow, and to try something new that hopefully won't cause me any more acne (booooo b12) Just made my whole day after a rough one. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, definitely stop by this one! read more

OVER PRICED !!!! This place / company price gouges like crazy, no way should protein cost so much or a good pre. I've been lifting and training for over 20 years Bodybuilding!!! No way would I ever shop here, mostly low stars for poor prices!! Other wise staff is nice and shop is always clean! read more

Went in earlier today and was helped by Moe, he was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for pre workout powder and he not only pointed me in the right direction but also helped explain the differences between the various brands. I also had questions on muscle building and explained what I was trying to achieve, he helped me with a body fat vs muscle mass assessment, then based on the results he recommended what other products might be helpful. I was very satisfied and can't wait to try the recommended products. He's a great guy and I'm happy to support a local small business owner. read more

I came in with a low attitude came from another gnc where i was asking questions how for me to lose weight. And seriously i was so discourage the 2 gentleman in the panorama mall gnc were laughing at me . I felt like trash. I left home and then remember there was a gnc on San Fernando mission and I came here , I soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile , and I dint know if I should ask. But here I went I asked so many questions, and I got some amazing answers . I asked for help and I was given a huge help. I ended buying so many things that the lady here advised me . Now here is where it gets interesting, I was 320 pounds with a size 42, with this lady's help in less then 4 months I lost weight inch by inch one year later I went from being 3xl to regular L , I went from size 42 to a size 38 . I am 10000 percent thank full for this gnc place I will always come buy and pick up my newest things . With out this lady and the confidence she gave me I would not be here with a weight loss . Come on in and let them help you . I'm a walking testimonial. They will help you. read more

This store is always very welcoming. I head to this store for my GNC needs because they continue to have everything in stock. I have had a hard time getting my orders on the GNC website so now all I do is pop into this GNC and they have it all. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Always service with a smile. Thank you for being there for me, I do appreciate you so much. read more

Lets discuss the good first: From my recent encounter at this location, the Sales person was actually knowledgeable and had profound knowledge of things that the average person wouldn't. I was impressed. The not so good: I'm not sure how GNC stores stay in business. Everything is so overpriced! I consider myself super health conscious, a gym rat and a bodybuilder in my own mind! I buy online a vast variety of supplements, proteins, amino acids, etc so I have a good idea on what the pricing should. Some times I feel I can't wait for a specific supplement so I walk into the Vitamin Shoppe and there it is, the price is doubled and if not tripled compared to online shops. I don't get it. Yes, it's nice to see it, feel it and then buy it. Yes, there are times where we can't wait a few days the an online product to be shipped. So I understand why we may want a big box retail store, but the prices...they are outrageous! read more

Moe helped me out yesterday he's always so nice and informative , I love coming to this gnc because they have the body composition test and you can check out what you need to work on . I went in to get a fat burner and I was only there for 10 minutes or less and he told me what I should be eating , how I should do my workouts and I took home 2 products . I left a happy girl ! Can't wait to come back and buy more protein and check out how I'm improving read more

Best GNC I have been to. Stopped buying products online because these prices and deals have been much more worth it...also easier to drop by the store and talk to the staff about products than searching and buying online. read more

The best GNC store I've been to. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. First time I came here I wanted to change my preworkout and once I mentioned it to the sales rep he offered me a bunch of samples. I tried them all but decided to stick to my c4. My favorite GNC location!!!! I started coming to this location to restock on my favorite Alani Nu energy drinks. They're a hot commodity but they were always in stock here. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Moe who has made picking up essentials into such a fun experience. I cannot say enough good things about this location!! Best in the business!! read more

Came in to return a 6 Pack Fitness bag that was an early Xmas present and the intoxicated/stoned associate said they couldn't even exchange it. I asked if they could track the transaction and they weren't even going to honor the exchange without the original receipt AND PURCHASOR'S DRIVER'S LICENSE. I'm pretty sure GNC is a money laundering operation bc who would tolerate this kind of treatment in 2018 when there are soo many other alternatives. read more

Stopped by here to pick up some test boosters and vasculators. Definitely can't beat the price for grams per serving they offer for the citrulline. The staff is very knowledgeable especially Moe. Great customer service and updated me on upcoming products that will be coming in the next few weeks. Thanks Moe. read more

After binging on hot cheetos and the latest season of Orange is the New Black I realized it was now summer and I should probably get back to my workout and add supplements to support it. I went to this local GNC and the owner Mo was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the different products and helped me find what I was looking for. He even gave me a free sample lunch from a local meal prep company. This location was much more helpful and knowledgeable than other locations I have been too. Thanks Mo for helping me get healthy and fit!! read more

Best GNC in the Valley This GNC is a franchise so not only are you supporting your community but you also get discounts you won't at any other GNC! The most friendly and knowledgeable staff at any supplement store! What ever your goal is, sport, activity, or just want a better health they can guide you and give you the best advice. Did I mention they also do price match from your favorite online store! Such as bodybuilding.com so no more waiting for shipping. If you become a regular they even go as far as getting supplements they usually wouldn't carry just for you. Give them a try you will not be disappointed read more

Best GNC I've been to! The staff is very helpful and don't try to talk you into anything you don't need. I have a few staple supplements I always get here. The Quest Bars here are the best in the valley! Too many GNCs order a big shipment, and let them get old and hard on the shelf. I love how the bars here are always less than 2 months old for optimum freshness. It's important so thank you! read more

This place is family owned and operated. The guy Mo was a super nice guy and answered my dumb questions, so i would recommend them :)

After reading the review for the gnc on chatsworth, I did not want to go at all. It was the closest one to me. I saw this one, which just opened a month ago and the staff was really friendly. They did ask me if I wanted something more than what I came for, but that's what a business does. Anyway, I knew what I wanted, said no to all the extra stuff they tried to sell me, and didn't bother me after that. Really close to home, so I will definitely be back here. read more
