This GNC location is located in The Plant Plaza. It is by the dining area of the plaza. This was my second visit to this location. Both times I had a pleasant experience. Staff are nice and friendly. When asked questions or asking to locate an item, they are willing to help and show where the items are. The store is well stocked and they have most of the vitamins and shakes. It is clean and well maintained. For parking, it is a shared parking with other stores. It can be hard to find a parking spot. If you don't mind walking, there are plenty of empty parking on the other side of plaza. read more

I don't know why it's taken this long to finally post a review on my tried and true go-to for all my supp needs but hey, better late than never! This GNC is a bit hidden within this giant shopping center but it's a gem due in large part to the level of knowledge the staff has here. Maaz is always quick to help and is so enthusiastic about fitness and knows the ins and outs of the products they sell. After telling him what my fitness goals were, he put me on a very curated stack to tie it in with my workout regimen. It's been more almost 5 years since our first interaction and I haven't looked back ever since! I would never come back to this place again and I have not come back to this place again I'd rather buy online and have them ship it out to me or just go to a completely different location because of the customer service. Yes you guys are open in person and have someone working there For customer service for your clients that spend money there !!!! and the fact that you guys HIRE SOME GUY that doesn't look professional came in wearing a muscle shirt & shorts like if he just got out of the gym and WOKE UP! He had horrible service did not want to help did not want to help me locate any items that I needed or didn't seem interested in answering any questions I had. THATS AFTER I CAME IN WAITING 10-20 min for him to open the door even when it said YOU GUYS WERE OPEN! Terrible service. I came in to make an exchange for an item I bought online, however the man told me I was not able to because I had to do it online. so I took what he said and left. I came home and looked online because I had thrown away all of my papers and package and I didn't want to keep the item. Online, it said you are able to make exchanges in store. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Gas isn't cheap right now. So if I would've looked before taking the employees at the store's word, I would've have seen that he was wrong and he could've helped me out. read more

"The guy in charge who does all the orders and runs the place quote, is an absolute doink. Talk about an employee who knows 15% of the category, but likes to talk at people like he knows everything. My friend and I wanted to try supplements because we started working out again, I'm really glad we went to this GNC! Service: It was really great! Shoutout to Clay! He really helped us on which supplement to get. He was very informative on each supplement that we asked. Pricing: We went on Black Friday and we got the Xtend BCAA's and we got 30% off which the original price of 30 bucks to 22 bucks. Interior: It was clean and neat. Everything was organized which made it easier for us to see what we were looking for right away. Overall, this GNC has really great service! For sure will be coming back again and again. The store was very bare. I was looking for a specific vitamin, and it looked like they carried more pot items then vitamins.

I'm not fond of going to GNC or vitamin stores. I heard about Intaflex so I went to GNC I called panorama branch but the lady said that they don't carry the product. I called the other location and sure enough GNC had what I need I met clay at GNC IN VAN NUYS by the The Plant . He given me personal advise to what fits my needs. GNC always states if you dont like it bring it back for a full refund or exchange. As soon as I tried to just switch flavors of protein powered they said no because it was over 30 days (by 6 days). She offered me a 20 dollar credit for a 70.00 unused protein cheap and shameful I feel like they where tying to take me for a ride. I even gave her a second chance, I have spent at least 500.00 in the last two years there in supplements not a good way to treat a customer. They are very nice until you have a problem, I would avoid and save your self some grief by driving to the next GNC. read more
