I missed my window for a pick up order (through a 3rd party), received confirmation over the phone that I can pick up by end of day, as long as I show proof of payment. Once I arrived, the manager did not feel I had adequate proof and she said she cannot give me the bag. Keep in mind, I paid for the bag, it was made for me, they even put my name on it ...She walked away, and I was able to show another employee an actual INVOICE showing the charge, and he said he can't because the manager said no. After a ton of back and forth, I didn't even want my order anymore. How is an invoice not enough proof? I don't know why, but all the employees there seem way too stressed. They also give off a snobby vibe. No smiles, condescending tone. It's a strange and unpleasant shopping experience. I've ordered family meals and from the deli counter. The employees that have helped me always appear upset or overwhelmed. And I always feel rushed ordering from the deli counter. The store is clean and organized, so they at least have that going for them.

Victor and Francisco went above and beyond, offering suggestions and making sure I left completely satisfied. It's rare to find employees who are not only skilled at what they do but also bring such a kind and welcoming energy to their work.
